Our coordinator, Brianna, went above and beyond to give us the wedding of our dreams. We loved our DJ, Noah (with DJ Maestro), who was coordinated through the venue. “The Secret Garden At Rancho Santa Fe was an absolute dream venue for our wedding! This venue came with the best team and I would 10000% recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless experience and beautiful wedding. From the moment we first reached out, the team was responsive, quick, and clear in their communication, making the planning process smooth and stress-free. Kendra did our initial tour and did a great job laying everything out on the table so there wouldn’t be any surprises. We could not believe everything that was included and the value- but it truly is an all inclusive experience. Mary was great with communication and answered all of my questions (even the really silly ones). On the day of, the quality of their work was truly amazing - they executed my vision perfectly, with every detail thoughtfully considered. Tammy, Ellen, and Brian who were our incredible photo/video team, went above and beyond to make us feel at ease and ensure we had a fun, memorable experience. Last but certainly not least - Laura was our coordinator and she was absolutely EPIC. She played such a huge role throughout the process and relieved so much of my stress through multiple meetings and emails. She made sure everything was perfect the day of, kept me calm (which is not easy to do) and was an absolute gem. She is truly one of a kind and the absolute best - I could not have asked for a better coordinator. “Our wedding was absolutely incredible, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience from start to finish. Every single detail was thoughtfully executed, and the entire team made us feel so cared for throughout the planning process and on our wedding day. They kept everything running seamlessly, answered every question we had, and made what could have been a stressful day feel completely effortless. We also have to recognize Brynn, our banquet captain, who ensured everything flowed perfectly behind the scenes. Their professionalism and attention to detail were second to none. The entertainment was unforgettable thanks to DJ Maestro. Mik absolutely understood the vibe we wanted and kept the energy exactly where it needed to be all night long. The addition of the cellist during our ceremony was stunning and made the entire experience feel so elegant and memorable. The florists completely exceeded our expectations. They created the most breathtaking floral arrangements, including a gorgeous flower chandelier that truly became a centerpiece of the room. The creativity and craftsmanship were beyond anything we could have imagined. Our cake from Violet Cakes was both a work of art and incredibly delicious. Malissa designed the most beautiful three-tier cake adorned with fresh flowers, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how amazing it tasted. Finally, we have to give the biggest shoutout to Nico and Paul from True Photography. They were an absolute dream team. They made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, were endlessly patient, and worked together so seamlessly that it was obvious how talented they are. We honestly can't wait to see our photos because watching them work gave us so much confidence that they're going to be spectacular. We loved having a smaller private space for our rehearsal dinner and then a larger area for welcome drinks, which gave us flexibility for different parts of our celebration. We rented the golf simulators for the larger group event which was a total hit with our guests! The staff delivered excellent service throughout the night, and the food was genuinely great. From our first conversation to the last toast, the team was friendly and responsive to all of our requests and needs. We felt taken care of every step of the way. “We loved our wedding at the Flower Fields! The venue comes with a day-of coordinator who is very helpful and makes sure everything goes smoothly. We had our wedding end of June, so the flower fields flowers were not in bloom, but the grounds still had a lot of other flowers and greenery that made the setting truly lovely. Plus, the barn and stage area are decorated with string lights that look great, so you really do not need to add many decorations. We are so happy we did our wedding there!”

Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach, a Hilton Resort and Spa

“We got married at Cape Rey Carlsbad in May 2026 and it was the best decision we made. From the very first visit in April 2025, we couldn't stop thinking about how gorgeous the venue was. Not only was it extremely spacious to host 140 guests, the Ocean view is spectacular plus it was very close to our ceremony site. Just steps away from the beach, it was a no brainer for us to take our newlywed photos there. Each part of our reception had a unique space. Our cocktail hour was hosted on the grassy patio, dinner was out on the terrace to enjoy the sunset, and dancing was inside the ballroom. We even had space to set up more fun activities and bars for our guests in the foyer between the ballroom and the terrace! There was plenty of space for our guests to roam around. Our guests are still raving about the beautiful beach setting and the food! Not only is the food portions generous in size but it is so delicious. The head chef knows what he is doing. We had quite a few of out of town guests and most stayed on property. It was convenient and everyone felt well accommodated. Having the room block there was a great choice. Our suite was comfortable and we felt welcomed! What really made the day unforgettable was the team. 4 months before the wedding, there was a change in Sales Manager. We had a good relationship with the previous Sales Manager and were nervous. Cape Rey managed the transition well and the new Sales Manager, Mikayla Leversen, hit the ground running She went above and beyond, making sure everything ran smoothly. From the planning process to the last dance, the staff was extremely professional, kind, and attentive. We loved everything about Cape Rey and can't wait to come back for our anniversaries!”

“We hosted our wedding ceremony and reception at LCR in August 2025. The venue was absolutely stunning, and our experience with the staff at LCR/Personal Touch Dining was very positive. Very organized staff who provided prompt responses to our questions or concerns, and always up front about costs. Our day-of coordinator was excellent! The day ran smoothly, vendors coordinated without difficulty, and we felt to be in very capable hands. We did a buffet-style for our reception dinner, and the food was much better at our event compared to the tasting that we did prior to the event. Overall would highly recommend to all brides and grooms around.”
