“We did not use The Knott to find this venue but we had such an amazing experience we had to share. The venue itself, the first thing you see is a modern foodhall / full bar with a large variety of restaurants. If youre staying at the hotel connected, it was such a great place to hangout with your bridal parties before everything starts. Moving along to the even areas, the ceremony room gives off a modern barn yard style venue and it's such a pleasant contrast from what you initially see when first walking in which really adds to the "wow" factor when entering the room. The cocktail hour area is amazing as well and after we gifted some of our items, they will now have Cornhole and a beer cart available! The area itself is wide open with great seating areas as well. The reception is another instance where the contrast is such a difference from the food hall downstairs, it once again adds so much to that jsw drop reaction. We were approached multiple times complementing how "cool" this venue was and it was definitely a true compliment. Now the venue wouldn't be anywhere with out the staff and I can not say enough great things about them. The entire time was courteous, professional and really give they sense that they want to make sure you have your special day as one to remember. Specifically wanted to shout out our amazing coordinator - Brianna, banquet captain - Lee j and Dj - Rhy's. These three went above and beyond for us and it seemed like that was just their normal demeanor. Brianna made sure we had nothing to worry about and made every part of the planning process a breeze. Lee J was also always checking in appropriately often to ensure we were never left wanting, thirsty or hungry. Rhy's was also great to work with, we had a very specific request with music which ended up having my wife and I take part in a lightsaber fight to two different versions of starwars music - Duel of the Fates, and he handled it masterfully. All in all, 10/10 can not recommend enough.”

“Our wedding was absolutely incredible, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect experience from start to finish. Every single detail was thoughtfully executed, and the entire team made us feel so cared for throughout the planning process and on our wedding day. A huge thank you to our amazing wedding planners, Petr and Bri from Wedgewood. They kept everything running seamlessly, answered every question we had, and made what could have been a stressful day feel completely effortless. We also have to recognize Brynn, our banquet captain, who ensured everything flowed perfectly behind the scenes. Their professionalism and attention to detail were second to none. The entertainment was unforgettable thanks to DJ Maestro. Mik absolutely understood the vibe we wanted and kept the energy exactly where it needed to be all night long. The addition of the cellist during our ceremony was stunning and made the entire experience feel so elegant and memorable. The florists completely exceeded our expectations. They created the most breathtaking floral arrangements, including a gorgeous flower chandelier that truly became a centerpiece of the room. The creativity and craftsmanship were beyond anything we could have imagined. Our cake from Violet Cakes was both a work of art and incredibly delicious. Malissa designed the most beautiful three-tier cake adorned with fresh flowers, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how amazing it tasted. Finally, we have to give the biggest shoutout to Nico and Paul from True Photography. They were an absolute dream team. They made us feel comfortable in front of the camera, were endlessly patient, and worked together so seamlessly that it was obvious how talented they are. We honestly can't wait to see our photos because watching them work gave us so much confidence that they're going to be spectacular. We truly had the wedding of our dreams, and we're so grateful to everyone who made it possible. If you're considering this venue, don't hesitate—you'll be in the best hands possible!”

“My husband and I could not have imagined a better wedding experience and we are so grateful we chose to have our special day at the beautiful Secret Garden! We got married on December 14, 2024 and it was the most beautiful day we could have imagined! We booked the venue over a year in advance and throughout the entire planning process, the entire team was so available and responsive. As the day approached, we met with our day-of coordination Laura and she was truly amazing!! She helped me create the day of my dreams and was very prompt in responding to any of our concerns. She helped bring our vision to life and I am so grateful!! The very inclusive experience at The Secret Garden was also so helpful. We ended up going through our own food vendor for BBQ for dinner, but everything else was seamless and really helped ease the wedding planning stress. The photography and videography team was so amazing and captured our day so beautifully. I still cry tears of joy looking at our pictures and videos from the special day! :') The DJ services provided were also amazing and we couldn't have been happier with DJ Jason Lyons! Overall, we could not be happier with our experience at The Secret Garden. It was worth every penny to marry my best friend at such a beautiful place surrounded by everyone we love!! :)”

We loved having a smaller private space for our rehearsal dinner and then a larger area for welcome drinks, which gave us flexibility for different parts of our celebration. We rented the golf simulators for the larger group event which was a total hit with our guests! The staff delivered excellent service throughout the night, and the food was genuinely great. “We loved our wedding at the Flower Fields! The venue comes with a day-of coordinator who is very helpful and makes sure everything goes smoothly. We had our wedding end of June, so the flower fields flowers were not in bloom, but the grounds still had a lot of other flowers and greenery that made the setting truly lovely. Plus, the barn and stage area are decorated with string lights that look great, so you really do not need to add many decorations. We are so happy we did our wedding there!”

Cape Rey Carlsbad Beach, a Hilton Resort and Spa

“We got married at Cape Rey Carlsbad in May 2026 and it was the best decision we made. From the very first visit in April 2025, we couldn't stop thinking about how gorgeous the venue was. Not only was it extremely spacious to host 140 guests, the Ocean view is spectacular plus it was very close to our ceremony site. Just steps away from the beach, it was a no brainer for us to take our newlywed photos there. Each part of our reception had a unique space. Our cocktail hour was hosted on the grassy patio, dinner was out on the terrace to enjoy the sunset, and dancing was inside the ballroom. We even had space to set up more fun activities and bars for our guests in the foyer between the ballroom and the terrace! There was plenty of space for our guests to roam around. Our guests are still raving about the beautiful beach setting and the food! Not only is the food portions generous in size but it is so delicious. The head chef knows what he is doing. We had quite a few of out of town guests and most stayed on property. It was convenient and everyone felt well accommodated. Having the room block there was a great choice. Our suite was comfortable and we felt welcomed! What really made the day unforgettable was the team. 4 months before the wedding, there was a change in Sales Manager. We had a good relationship with the previous Sales Manager and were nervous. Cape Rey managed the transition well and the new Sales Manager, Mikayla Leversen, hit the ground running She went above and beyond, making sure everything ran smoothly. From the planning process to the last dance, the staff was extremely professional, kind, and attentive. We loved everything about Cape Rey and can't wait to come back for our anniversaries!”

“We hosted our wedding ceremony and reception at LCR in August 2025. The venue was absolutely stunning, and our experience with the staff at LCR/Personal Touch Dining was very positive. Very organized staff who provided prompt responses to our questions or concerns, and always up front about costs. Our day-of coordinator was excellent! The day ran smoothly, vendors coordinated without difficulty, and we felt to be in very capable hands. We did a buffet-style for our reception dinner, and the food was much better at our event compared to the tasting that we did prior to the event. Overall would highly recommend to all brides and grooms around.”
