Welcome to The Crossings at Carlsbad, a premier wedding venue. We are recognized for our gorgeous surroundings, impeccable service, seaside atmosphere and our world class cuisine. Located in the beautiful scenic coastal community of Carlsbad, California, a quaint beach town that epitomizes the charm and the beauty of Southern California. Named after a 19th Century spa in Europe, Carlsbad, boasts beautiful beaches, delightful coastal breezes and a small town charm. We'd like to think of it as Southern California’s best kept secret!

With the beautiful Pacific Ocean to the west, The Crossings at Carlsbad offers guests a magnificent setting in a relaxed California Coastal environment. Our expansive venue provides perfect spaces for small, intimate events for 20 or lavish galas for 225. Lush ceremony event lawn features manicured gardens and an ocean view backdrop. Wraparound veranda boasts panoramic views of the golf course and ocean. Stately clubhouse includes floor-to-ceiling windows with gorgeous, sunset ocean views.

Best Wedding Venue Ever!!
From the very first tour at The Crossings, we knew it was an easy yes — and that was all because of Megan. She was truly EVERYTHING. From day one, she made us feel so confident, cared for, and completely at ease. Maddy (Megan’s assistant) was just as incredible — the two of them together are an absolute dream team. Even when we sadly got rained in, Megan and Maddy went above and beyond to create the most beautiful, graceful indoor setup. We completely forgot about the weather because everything inside was so stunning. The food was incredible, the communication was seamless, and every detail felt next level. On top of that, we had to make some last-minute modifications due to my dad’s health, which understandably brought a lot of stress and big emotions. Megan and Maddy handled everything with such grace, compassion, and understanding. The way they supported us during that time is something we will truly never forget. We are beyond grateful for Megan, Maddy, and the entire team at The Crossings. They made our wedding day feel effortless, deeply personal, and unforgettable. We could not recommend them more.

The team at Weddings at The Crossings made our wedding day absolutely perfect. From the beginning, our coordinator Sandy was incredibly easy to work with - she was collaborative, helpful, and provided us with invaluable guidance and tips for months leading up to the big day. The venue itself is beautiful, gorgeous golf course and clubhouse that provided a great pricing compared to other options we considered. We couldn't be happier about choosing The Crossings for our special day, as the entire team worked tirelessly to ensure everything went off without a hitch. We highly recommend this venue to any couple looking for a stunning setting, fantastic service, and great value.

We are still glowing from our wedding day at The Crossings. It was truly one of the most beautiful, emotional, and joy-filled days of our lives, and so much of that is because of the incredible team — especially Lauren Lee. From the very first conversation, Lauren made us feel cared for in such a genuine way. She answered every little question with patience and kindness, kept us grounded when we were overwhelmed, and guided us with a warmth that made the entire process feel easy and comforting. On our wedding day, everything flowed so seamlessly that all we had to do was be present and take it all in. The venue was stunning, the food was absolutely incredible, and our guests are still talking about how wonderful everything was. Every member of the staff went above and beyond — you could feel their heart in the work they did. It made the entire experience feel even more special. We are so grateful we chose The Crossings. It became more than just a venue for us — it became a part of our story. We’ve already decided that we’ll be coming back every year for our anniversary for dinner or brunch, just to relive a little piece of the magic and say hello to the place that meant so much to us. If you’re considering The Crossings for your big day, we truly can’t imagine a more loving, thoughtful, and beautiful place to celebrate.
Beautiful Venue
The Crossings is a beautiful venue and the inclusive packages made wedding planning pretty easy and stress-free. We had the most incredible wedding day, and we owe so much of that to our fantastic day-of coordinator, Lauren. From the very beginning, she was so sweet and made us feel completely at ease. Throughout the planning process, she was always very responsive to our emails and patiently answered all of our questions. On the day of the wedding, Lauren was an absolute rockstar. She was on top of every single detail, making sure everything ran smoothly and perfectly on time. Because of her, we were able to just relax and be present on our special day without a single worry. We feel incredibly lucky to have had Lauren as our coordinator and can't recommend her enough! She truly helped make our day perfect. Thank you Lauren, Maddy and the entire team at The Crossings for helping make our dream wedding come true!
