Our couples receive unlimited communication with their planner, giving you support throughout the entire planning process. We handle the behind-the-scenes details, including vendor coordination, timelines, logistics, setup, take-down, and venue reset, so you can focus on celebrating. We also believe in transparent pricing, with travel fees included in most packages.

Our booking process is simple and personalized from start to finish. First, we’ll connect with you for a complimentary consultation to learn about your wedding, vision, needs, and budget. Once we determine the package that’s the best fit, we’ll send your proposal and contract for review. To officially reserve your date, a 50% non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required. Once booked, we’ll begin planning alongside you, keeping everything organized and providing guidance, communication, and support every step of the way. We’re here to make the process feel seamless, organized, and stress-free.
