Absolutely disappointed for services I paid for that were never delivered. Brides, don’t be lured by the “good” prices. As another reviewer mentioned, she may initially come across as kind and professional, but in the end, her actions clearly show she prioritizes her own monetary gain over your peace of mind. Instead of support, all I experienced was constant back-and-forth arguing the last thing any bride needs while planning what should be one of the happiest days of her life. If she were an honest professional running a legitimate business, this situation would have been resolved amicably. Sadly, it wasn’t hence this review.

Melissa I truly wish there was a section I can reply with attachments so I can show everyone your breach of contract. You signed a contract and made 2 partial payments of $400 for and invoice totaling over $3000 for coordinator and photography and altering agreeing to the terms of the contract and SIGNING the contract you decided to on your own with no notification change the plan. So I said no problem since you are going to only have 1 service instead of the 2-3 services stated on the contract you will have to pay the full price of the 1 service. since that was DISCOUNTED due to a MULTI SERVICE you no longer qualify for that discount. Simple as that but your rude threats are not necessary via text the contract was clearer than day and you signed it willingly. Best wishes

I will start with I think that Alex is nice but I am extremely disappointed with the quality of service that I received from her and ultimately did not continue working with her. I paid 1200 for her to be our “partial” planner but really only got a timeline out of our time together. She did offer me to work with one of her employees but by that point I was over it. The issue that I had with Alex was the communication that we were having and I was growing increasingly frustrated. There were several incidences where I would ask her to complete a task, she’d tell me she would work on it that week or get back to me about something, and I wouldn’t hear from her again until I reached out to her. Notably, after three failed attempts to get a time line from her, I asked her why it’s been a month and I still haven’t gotten it. According to her, she asked her assistant to send it to me, which they forgot to do. She then continued to tell me that she’d wish I would’ve told her that night that I hadn’t received it. 1. If you’re delegating a task, as a superior, you should check on your employees to make sure that it is done. 2. I had already reached out several times - at this point you should make it your prerogative to make sure that it was completed. “Add On” services: If you want your day of coordinator to be there for more than 5 or 6 hours be prepared to pay extra. Also, if you’d like your coordinator to do a final walk through with you, that’s an add on as well, apparently. She was going to do the walk thru with me “as a favor.” I’m putting that in quotes because again I paid 1200 and the only thing I’ve received from her was a timeline. I was unaware that those were add on services and she said that it was in the Service Agreement. I told her that I did not receive that particular PDF and screenshotted the (3) emails that I’ve ever received from her in the time that we were working together (booked in October cancelled in June). She didn’t even acknowledge that I told her I hadn’t received it. The only agreement I received from her was a contract that REALLY emphasized there were no refunds. If I did have that PDF prior then maybe we could’ve avoided everything or I just would not have wasted my money from the start.

Hi there Kimberly, unfortunately I was out of town during the week when you told me you had not received the timeline and had someone resend it, in which you were aware that I was out of town and didn't have my computer with me you should have followed up with me letting me know it wasn't received so I can further handle the situation not wait until 3 weeks pass and I'm thinking everything is perfectly ok and then you tell me you never received it. It is both our responsibilities to keep in contact with each other to inform us of any changes. You hired me as a day of coordinator during a time that I had a free partial planner add on. You had everything booked and done by this time, so what is left of my tasks to do is a timeline in which you had and then coordinating the flow of the day of your wedding so you do not make sense in saying that I did not complete my tasks because up to now everything that is supposed to be done is done. I do have vacation and days off just like any other person in the world at their job. I offered to have another professional day of coordinator attend your wedding but you decided to no respond and take the offer. Just as you saw on your contact attachment that there is no refunds it also clearly states that a final walk thru or a rehearsal dinner is an add on and is not included in your package. There offer still stands and you can still have another coordinator attend your wedding so you do not lose your money. Thank you and I wish you the best ** NOTE TO ANYONE READING - PLEASE FULLY READ ALL YOUR CONTRACTS AND DETAILS**
