    Impressed!

    Working with Laura was an absolute joy from start to finish and I could not have asked for a better experience on our wedding day. Communication was wonderfully easy with every question answered promptly which completely removed any planning stress. I was especially impressed by her incredible attention to detail ensuring every important moment was captured perfectly. Beyond her exceptional professional talent her genuine kindness and warmth made us feel completely at ease in front of the lens. Whenever we shared any thoughts or feedback she was exceptionally receptive and eager to make sure everything turned out exactly how we envisioned. When our timeline unexpectedly shifted slightly her flexibility allowed everything to flow smoothly so we could simply enjoy our celebration. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone for future events and will gladly send all of our friends and family her way.

    Beyond words!

    Laura took photos of my wedding this July, and she was beyond amazing!! Communication was frequent, clear, and professional. She was flexible, kind, and very competent in her craft. I would recommend her for any of your events, no matter how special. Our photos came out gorgeous!!

    RUN!! Terrible customer service

    RUN!!! Save yourself the stress, disappointment, and heartache. This vendor has MANY negative reviews. BELIEVE THEM! Working with Alex was, without question, the WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had. Every concern I brought to her was met with excuses, blame, or complete deflection. There was ZERO accountability and absolutely NO customer service. Planning a destination wedding meant putting an incredible amount of trust in her. During planning, she occasionally missed calls and texts, but after the wedding, communication became nearly impossible. Countless messages went unanswered, and every follow-up was met with another excuse—or NO response. Then came my wedding day…and pretty much EVERYTHING she touched went wrong. I didn’t even see her until I was walking down the aisle. She had NO idea where my décor was stored, even though I had CALLED her the day before to explain exactly where everything was. On my own wedding day, I had to realize things weren’t being set up and call HER. Had I not, thousands of dollars worth of décor would’ve been forgotten. Before the ceremony, I asked if she needed the processional order or timeline. She confidently told me NO because she was experienced. She then sent everyone down the aisle in the WRONG order, with the WRONG timing, and asked the wedding party stand at the altar despite us discussing MULTIPLE times that they would be seated. Then came the most shocking part: my wedding planner and day-of coordinator LEFT MY WEDDING without saying a word to me—or anyone else. Instead of handling it professionally, she asked me to call her that night. When I replied, “No…it’s my wedding night,” she sent me MULTIPLE long paragraphs DURING MY WEDDING telling me how appalled she was by MY behavior. She later claimed she had a medical condition that prevented her from being in the sun. If that’s the case…why accept a BEACH WEDDING IN SOUTH FLORIDA? She insisted another coordinator was there, but I wasn’t introduced to Ivonne until the END of cocktail hour—after I’d already spent over an hour directing family portraits MYSELF because there was NO one coordinating anything. Alex recommended sunset portraits. We had one of the most BEAUTIFUL sunsets I’ve ever seen. The photos I received? Completely white skies with NO color. I had already asked NOT to use that photographer after our engagement session, but my concerns were dismissed. I had to request the RAW files and PAY ANOTHER PHOTOGRAPHER to edit them. Finally, I paid for content creation and NEVER received my wedding videos. After following up SIX times over 3 MONTHS, I got excuses, silence, and eventually accusations that ME contacting her was “harassment.” The “proof” she sent didn’t show the videos had been downloaded, and she REFUSED to resend them. Since she wasn’t even there and NO one saw anyone filming, I truly believe I was scammed. To this day, I STILL do NOT have the wedding videos I paid for. The saddest part isn’t that mistakes happened. Mistakes happen. It’s that every concern was met with blame, denial, and excuses. NOT ONCE did she take accountability. NOT ONCE did she apologize. NOT ONCE did she genuinely try to make things right. Read her other negative reviews and you’ll see the SAME pattern. Do NOT put yourself through this. Find LITERALLY ANYONE ELSE for your wedding day.

    THIS IS 100% LIES AND DRAMA which I will be sending every single piece of proof to Zola and if needed small claims for your false defamation. Our 1 year of planning went great YOUR first venue cancelled on you and that had absolutely nothing to do with me. I also reviewed our entire 1 year of texts I still have and maybe 1 call was late or missed if that because I don't see any communication about missed calls and texts I ALWAYS get back to everyone with 24-48 hours. You never told me after your engagement photos you didn't want the same photographer and you actually adored the engagement photos and bragged about how much you loved them... so that makes no sense. Also I didn't see you on your wedding day until aisle time because you weren't even at my location you were at an Air BNB and I was at the venue making sure everything was getting set up.. which the venue you chose had to be told multiple times to put the tables and linens out so we can put the decor out and all of your decor was put out except for the light up letters which kept floating away and we tried MULTIPLE solutions but nothing worked. You were introduced to Ivonne a week prior to the wedding in a group chat and your processional line was exactly how I had it in our notes... my timeline I also had which was a digital file both you and I had. the issue with the wedding party standing... a few family members from Jareem's family moved the reserved signs on the first row of chairs and I confirmed with Jareem that I asked those specific people to please move their seats because that was reserved for the wedding party and I was rudely told " NO IM NOT MOVING IM STAYING HERE" and Jareem said just leave her there because she had a medical procedure recently and she can't move. So as per the groom the party was standing because there was no seats all together due to that family members issues. Also I don't have a medical condition that prevents me from being in the sun I said I was on an antibiotic and it was making me nauseous and thats why after the ceremony I told you are jarreem congrats and gave you both a hug... and I told you that you needed to go to Amanda by the pool in the sand area to take photos and thats when explained and told you Ivonne is the main contact and will be in charge. the entire night went smoothly and there was not issues with decor, timelines or anything. Content creation... as shown in the download records the content was downloaded around the same time as the photos I sent you all the proof, of dates, times, and which emails downloaded the images and videos. It is your responsibility just as it is everyone's responsibility to properly download photos and videos in a timely manner and store them on back up devices. I cannot disagree with this review enough and this is all fake false information and a form of slander.

    THE BEST OF THE BEST!

    Like I dont even know where to start alex and I felt like we were BESTIES from our first consultation. Shes so nice and helpful taught me where I need to save and where i can splurge. Kept my budget on track and actually saved me over 5k!! Truly alex was just the best and her assistants are amazing also. All of her recommendations for vendors were top notch and amazing I CANNOT SAY HOW MUCH I RECOMMEND ALEX!! JUST BOOK HER ALREADY! LOVED MY DAY SO MUCH

Depending on the services you're looking for we will discuss what payment is needed to reserve the date. All payments are non refundable
All payments and deposits are non refundable but are transferable to another bride or groom.

yes. minimum $500 travel fee will be added. we can discuss this depending on the locations.
Unfortunately I do not offer any refunds for any services. If a wedding is cancelled there is no refunds only credits to be used another time. Payment is not only about the time spent working or not. When you book and reserve a date with me I remove that date from my available dates and lose leads for those days or have to turn down other job offers. which is a loss for my company. If you decide for any reason to cancel or no longer use my services there will be no refunds only credit.
