Thankful that alexandra was so sweet and non judgmental throughout the process we trusted her to plan our wedding as we were her first male & male wedding and she did amazing learning new traditions and experiences throughout the process so happy we chose her!

OMG
WOW I just dont know what I would have done without alex on my wedding day. A million things went wrong even the weather but alex made sure to get everything to work out and turn out beautifully and most of all KEEP ME CALM!! She was a huge part of my day turning out great and I am so thankful that her and her team made a great turn out. I highly recommend alexandra shes sweet and amazing!

Disappointing experience: lack of professionalism
I am writing this review to express my deep disappointment with the Day of Coordination services provided by Laura & Co. Events. We began our planning with Alexandra five months prior to our wedding. We had a signed contract for a specific 4-hour package covering the pre-ceremony, ceremony, and reception setup. While scheduling calls was sometimes difficult, our correspondence via email and text seemed productive. However, the experience took a sharp turn just three days before the wedding. Alexandra called to inform me that she would no longer be our coordinator and was sending a replacement simply because he spoke Spanish. This was never a requirement we requested, and it felt like a last-minute excuse to swap staff. On the day of the wedding, a gentleman arrived whose name and contact information we had never been given. While he handled the basic task list I provided, he neglected the broader professional responsibilities outlined in our contract. -- He was nearly impossible to find within the hotel. My sister had to step in to handle logistics like printing vows and managing timing to ensure my fiancé and I didn't accidentally see each other before the ceremony. -- During the ceremony, he was nowhere to be found. The hotel staff ended up helping me with my veil and crossing the street to the beach. Most frustratingly, two bystanders were allowed to stand directly behind us during the vows, which has significantly impacted our professional photos and videos. -- Since the wedding, I have learned that many tasks I assumed the coordinator handled were actually completed by my guests or hotel employees. The only reason I am providing an extra star is that the coordinator did assist with breaking down the beach setup. However, my primary disappointment is with Alexandra. I hired HER based on our months of conversation, yet she was absent when it mattered most. To make matters worse, there was no follow-up to see how the event went. I finally received a generic "thank you for choosing our company" text a full month after the wedding. I expected a much higher level of personal care and professional accountability for such a significant life event. I cannot recommend this service to other couples.

However, we must formally address that several of the claims outlined in your review are factually incorrect and do not accurately reflect the services provided. First, the assignment of a Spanish-speaking coordinator was not a last-minute or arbitrary decision. This was discussed in advance based on communication indicating that Spanish would be spoken during portions of the event. ( which I have video of the groom speaking Spanish during the ceremony) The coordinator assigned was selected to best support those needs and ensure smooth execution. Additionally, your statement that the coordinator was “nowhere to be found” during the ceremony is demonstrably false. We have both photo and video evidence clearly showing the coordinator present and positioned within close proximity throughout key moments of the ceremony. Regarding responsibilities, tasks such as printing personal materials (including vows) were not included within the scope of the contracted Day-of Coordination services. Our role, as outlined in the agreement, was to execute the agreed-upon timeline and assist with setup and coordination—not to provide printing or off-site logistical services. Your claim that responsibilities were not fulfilled is also inconsistent with documented evidence confirming that the coordinator completed the assigned setup and supported the event as contracted. While we understand that expectations can differ, it is important that public statements remain accurate. At this time, we respectfully request that any statements that are factually incorrect or misleading be corrected. We remain fully prepared to provide all supporting documentation, including communication records, contract details, and visual evidence, should this matter require further review. AMAZING1
We hired Laura and Co. for our wedding, and we’d do it all over again. We chose a package for photo, video, and day of coordination. Our photos? Framed and displayed all over the house within hours of receiving them. The videos? Watched as often as you read your child a bedtime story. The day of? Amazing, lovely, smooth as a babies butt. We had bumps throughout planning and they were quickly resolved, we had bumps the day of, and we were able to sit back and laugh about it because we knew we were in good hands. This was the first wedding within both of our families in over ten years so we had lots of questions and i always knew i could lean on Laura and Co. to answer! As we are now almost two months after our big day we still chat and laugh about the big day. If you are not only looking for an amazing company to work with but a friend after the fact, i highly recommend working with them!
