Hey y’all! I'm Michaela, the face behind Savvy Sapphic. I’ve been obsessed with party planning since I was a kid. In 2023, I married my partner, Gwen. And while planning our wedding, I found that there weren’t many resources available for queer or non-traditional marriers like us. So, I decided to create my own planning service that specializes in alternative events. From epic queer weddings to mind-blowing themed bashes, I'm here to create a celebration that's totally unique and totally you! Let's make your special day an absolute blast! ✨🌈💍

Savvy Sapphic Events LLC was absolutely phenomenal to work with for our wedding! From the very first call, Michaela and Glenn were incredibly communicative, responsive, and attentive to all of our needs. They did an amazing job of keeping us on track with planning and making sure every detail was taken care of leading up to the big day. On the wedding day itself, Michaela and Glenn were a calming presence and made sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes so my husband Jonathan and I could fully enjoy ourselves. Glenn even went above and beyond to help make sure I was calm and ready for the day. We are so grateful to Savvy Sapphic Events for helping to make our wedding day perfect in every way!

What a celebration it was!!!! Great job Michaela (and Gwen)! We loved everything starting from the invitation, venue, decorations, all the details/special items like– personalized champagne glasses, hangers in the room, games on the tables, gifts bags.
