My style is documentary/editorial. I love an image that looks like it was taken on a film camera, and I'm a huge fan of the modern-day blur. However, I know it's important to get the MUST grab traditional photos if the couple want's them! I'm a huge fan of flash photography as well as natural light. I've been taking photos for seven years while I have owned my own wedding band that has performed all throughout the south. I think it's important to laugh and it's even more important that you feel like you look your best.

I build strong bonds with my clients because it's important to know people you'll be staring at through a camera for hours on end! I'm simply a fan of wedding photography in all forms, and I cater my posing style to the needs of each client. Some people move more freely and fit better with a candid looking style, while others are more precise and would work better with an editorial style of posing. Some are both! I love it all!

Description

This is my most popular package, and it works for most typical weddings. Weddings like these include getting ready photos, a first look before walking down the aisle, family portraits, wedding party portraits, and an exit. These weddings tend to have average wedding parties of 8 or less members total allowing for the typical extended couple's session and a the formal family portrait session.

Description

This package is popular for destination/large weddings or couples who want coverage of their rehearsal dinner. It either includes 12 hours on the day of wedding (for larger venues with photo locations further apart from each other) or 8 hours on the day of the wedding and 4 hours on the day of the rehearsal dinner. This price includes all travel expenses for travel weddings. This package includes a second photographer at local locations only.

    Beautiful Photography

    She did an amazing job taking me and my husband's wedding pictures at our wedding. When we got the pictures back we couldn't believe how amazing, beautiful and incredible they looked. I couldn't stop looking at them. We got so many compliments about the pictures. I highly recommend any couple getting married to use Tasteful Tea for your wedding day.

    1 decision about my wedding I’ll never regret

    I want to set the tone. I’m a single mom who met the man of her dreams after moving to a rural city from Atlanta. He decides he wants to marry me very quickly and I have only a few months to plan a wedding. My budget is extremely small, but my family is very large. No matter what, there’s going to be at least 100 people there. It’s a month before the big day, and I’m frantically trying to find a photographer within my price range. My cousin finds Tasteful Tea and Charissa…essentially making the best possible decision ever for my wedding. She’s sweet, kind, and talented; willing to meet you where you are as far as planning or vision. She helping me pull off this spectacular day for under 6k and made it look fabulous in the process. She asked about potential poses, gave tips on crucial moments and wanted to know every detail from faces/names/relationships to moments I wanted captured. Charissa captured the love, the chaos, the essence, and fun of my special day. For that, I’ll always have something nice to say about her work. Quick turnaround too! Thank you, again, Charissa! Your photos deserve to be in someone’s gallery.

    Amazing Artistic Eye!

    Charissa worked with me on a wedding last month and it was incredible! She has such a good eye for angles and was helpful in giving suggestions. When I met her I felt like I had known her for years! Working together as a fellow photographer and watching how she interacted with our couple, I was very impressed with her professionalism and artistic eye. Typically, couples book me about 13 months before their wedding date. I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible about my availability, even if you’re planning on a shorter time frame.
Definitely. All final images will be edited for color, saturation, exposure, and sharpness to ensure they look beautiful. I also offer retouching services like blemish removal on close up images of the ceremony and the couple's portrait session included in all of my packages.
I've seen that the average couple only downloads on average 100-200 images from a 800-1,200 image gallery. As a result, I believe in only providing 500-600 images regardless of the wedding length to make sure there is a quick turnaround for my clients and prevent decision fatigue when deciding which images to print. This amount covers all of the special moments that the couple would want included in their gallery without extra fluff to fit a number count. This image count also lowers the amount of hours I'm editing on the backend, providing you with better prices for your wedding day photography services. I believe in QUALITY over QUANTITY.
I do! Just let me know if your venue requires a certificate of liability, and I’ll send that over to them.
In the very rare event that I’m unable to photograph your wedding, I’ll make sure you’re covered by one of my colleagues or my contracted assistant. I’ll also provide you with a list of photographers from the many networking groups I’m in, so you can find the perfect replacement.
My turnaround time varies by season. Typically, you’ll be able to view your photos online about 5-6 weeks after your wedding.
I offer one-angle, continuous footage of the ceremony on a tripod with a 4K camera and lapel mic audio for $200. I also add all-day video coverage at $800 providing you with a 2-minute edited video of everything that I also capture!
Sometimes, I’ll bring one or more assistant photographers depending on the size of your wedding.
