Welcome to Arie T. Photography, a black queer woman-owned and operated traveling portrait and wedding photography service based out of the Georgia and Michigan! I've had the honor of capturing all walks of life across the USA with hopes of taking it worldwide. I'm known for my use of natural light, and "unposed” stress-free approach when it comes to my clients. If you feel like you’re awkward in front of the camera, I’ll take that as a challenge to prove you wrong because I can be awkward too.

My goal is to build a relationship with you throughout your journey because when it comes to an event as big as this, you want a trusted friend by your side. I approach every session and wedding with a candid, photo-journalist view. I aim to capture the most organic you as possible. It’s something about photographing raw emotion that makes my heart flutter. I want your story to be told without words.     Arie was professional, courteous, and went out of her way to make us feel that we were more than just another wedding couple Arie was shooting. Arie went out of her way to understand the vibe of our wedding and what photos we had wanted/were most important to us.     I was matched with Arie through what was called Tolman Media at the time. I had huge fears and reservations just having a photographer chosen for one of the biggest days of your life but Arie was spectacular. She helped me from the very beginning setting up a phone meet and great to discuss what was important to my husband and I. She then lit up the room with her personality and professionalism on our big day. She met everyone exactly where they were and made sure everyone felt comfortable. Our wedding pictures are absolutely perfect and I couldn’t have picked a better photographer myself! Thanks Arie!

    We had Arie our our engagement shoot photography and will be using her again for our wedding in June 2024! She was amazing and helped us both feel so comfortable during our shoot. Despite rain in the second half of our session she was still able to capture magic! We are looking forward to having her capture all the special moments at our wedding.     Wow, where to begin! Arie did a phenomenal job as our wedding photographer! We found Arie through the business Once Like A Spark, and with scheduling her short notice (2 weeks before the wedding), she did an amazing job capturing our vision and style. We honestly love each photo she took and had a really difficult time choosing 60 out of 500 for our album! Arie communicated really well before and throughout the wedding day, was on time to capture getting ready photos, and was attentive throughout the whole night. We admired how she took creative liberty and made sure to capture all the key moments as well as the small, sweet moments too. Even during dinner time, Arie made sure we got photos with each guest, which we greatly appreciated. While we only spent one day together, Arie seems like such a great person with a passion for capturing wedding days with love, care, and a dash of humor. Definitely book Arie for your next event, you won't regret it!
