My husband is my second photographer, so we come as a photo team! Just like you, I have felt awkward in front of the camera. I’ve had photos taken of me that I didn’t like. When you go on a session with me, I will not only make you feel comfortable, but I will make sure you look good! I will give you prompts to keep you moving so you look and feel natural and comfortable. I’m sorry but there are some angles, and poses that are not flattering for everyone. Like, please don’t take a photo of me from below! Hello double chin! What I’m saying is, I Got You!
I don’t just show up the day of your wedding with a camera. I care about YOU! I am there for you as you plan your perfect day. Answering any questions you may have about timeline or giving any recommendations you may need. I will help you with planning a photo timeline to make the day go smoothly. Then when your day comes, I’m by your side. Making sure we take time for the things most important to YOU. If the day is a little behind schedule, I will help navigate how to still get the photos you’ve always framed of without rushing or stressing. I Got You!

Would give more stars if I could
Lacie and Tim are just the most amazing photographers (and people). They met up with us in Montana to shoot our elopement photos ahead of our shooting our wedding reception in Indiana. They are both so friendly and fun and Lacie has such great instincts. She and Tim surveyed glacier national park for great photo ops the day before we met. When we met some cloud cover in the park Lacie made a great call to pivot and get some amazing sunset photos on the lake which were stunning. While we drove around the park it felt like we hanging out with our good friends which made it all the more fun and the photos more authentic. Both Lacie and Tim were so helpful and kind, and our photos both in Montana and Indiana are everything I’ve ever wanted! Would hire/will hire them again and again!

Where do I start with Lacie and Tim?!? Lacie was the first vendor I booked and for a good reason, it took one call and that was it - I knew she would be perfect for our wedding day. My husband and I have always been photo-shy and have often took awkward photos, and had a fear this would happen during our wedding day. There was never a moment that Lacie did not know what to do or what to suggest. We never had to think about it. What I believe contributes to Lacie's photo magic is she is an amazing person, incredibly easy to talk to and a joy to be around, and makes you feel confident and comfortable - we realized during photos it was like we were gabbing and being around one of our friends, and this distracted us from the fact and anxiety that we were actually taking a photo. Not only did this make taking photos fun, but it captured a lot of great candid moments and the photos felt natural and not overly staged. On wedding day, they were on top of it - timely, organized, and efficient. They were also incredibly supportive while we were both pretty anxious. They also give your sneak peaks freaky fast. We have already seen a few of them, and they look straight out of a magazine. It was an absolute joy working with Lacie and Tim, and we definitely plan to use them again in the future as we grow our family.

PictureMeThisByLacie was the perfect photography duo for our wedding day. From our first interaction, they were fantastic and very friendly, putting us at ease throughout the entire process. On the day of, they were on top of all the photos and had great ideas to capture unique shots, while still allowing us to enjoy the moment and not feeling too involved. The final photos were absolutely stunning - we couldn't be happier with the quality and value of their work. 100/10 would recommend this husband and wife team to any couple looking for fun, laid-back photographers who will deliver incredible results.
Best decision ever!
PictureMeThisByLacie was one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding process. Lacie was amazing to work with the entire time. She was easy to communicate with and kept us updated on our photo timelines, not to mention all of our photos turned about AMAZING. Our package included an engagement session and Lacie worked out a weekend she was already in Chicago to accommodate us. Leading up to our session, we had issues with controlled fires and protests in our preferred location, but Lacie found us a spot that blew my expectations for photos out of the water. She gave us a sneak peak and also got our pictures back to us super quick. On our big day, Lacie and Tim(her husband/second photographer) were the best to work with. They made us feel comfortable and captured our day better than we could have imagined. As soon as they got there, they got straight to work. Lacie got all the details and getting ready photos that I will cherish forever. Things were running behind the day of and they let us add on an hour to our contract the day of and pay at a later date. This ensured that we got dance floor photos and it was so worth it! Specifically getting pictures of my husband's grandmother in her 80s dancing with all her grandkids. We received a sneak peak very quickly and our whole (massive) gallery less than 2 months after the wedding. For as many photos as we got, this was a crazy quick turn around. Overall, PictureMeThisByLacie captured our day better than we could have ever imagined, we could not recommend them more!
