We walk alongside you through every step - from design and planning perfection to vendor selection, invitation suite management, and all things old, new, borrowed, and blue. | Month of Coordination is great for the couple who has almost everything put together but just needs a little help with the finishing touches. Where can we help? By tying up loose ends and adding a little sparkle, 6 weeks before your wedding date. We will finalize every detail you have planned and perfect every image you have envisioned. | Partial planning services are fully customizable and are ideal for couples who have some pieces put together but have left some elements for the professionals. That’s where we come in! We focus on intentionality when combining all the final touches to give you the perfect day. This package comes customary with the wedding coordination package with the option to add other services. |

Couldn’t have done it without Blue Belles!
Hannah is incredible! Everyone involved in wedding planning agreed that hiring Hannah was the best investment of the whole wedding. From meticulously planning things ahead of time, to keeping people where they needed to be when they needed to be there, and setting up/cleaning up day of…. she did it all. The only reason I was able to stay so calm the week of the wedding and especially the day of is because I knew Hannah was there! Truly don’t know how we would’ve done it without her. Her presence on the day of was so calming, and she was so aware of what I needed (food, drinks, a moment to chill) before I even knew I needed it. Everyone just had the most wonderful things to say about her, her organization, her patience, and her energy.

Hannah was an absolute delight to work with and I’m so glad I found her! She was so hopeful during the planning process and especially during the day of. She took care of set up, break down and making sure every thing went smoothly allowing me to be completely stress-free on our wedding day. My husband and I’s day was perfect because of her hard work, I don’t think I could thank her enough. She’s amazing and you’d be lucky to have her on your vendor team! ️

Booking Blue Belles Weddings as our Day-of-Coordination provider was one of the best decisions my husband and I made for our wedding. From engagement to marriage, we had six months to plan our big day. When I first got in touch with Hannah — a little over a month prior to our date — all the details were planned, I just needed to entrust them to someone who would ensure everything went according to plan. Hannah was a God-send! During my consultation call with her, I knew I wanted to hire her immediately. I could tell she was extremely organized, had an attention for detail, was a great communicator, and someone who could hold attention (very much needed with wedding parties)— all traits that she gracefully exhibited on our wedding day to ensure no detail was overseen. Hannah did an excellent job taking the plan and running with it, allowing me, my family, and friends to be fully present in each moment of the wedding day. I cannot recommend enough entrusting your wedding with Blue Belles Weddings!
