We walk alongside you through every step - from design and planning perfection to vendor selection, invitation suite management, and all things old, new, borrowed, and blue. | Month of Coordination is great for the couple who has almost everything put together but just needs a little help with the finishing touches. Where can we help? By tying up loose ends and adding a little sparkle, 6 weeks before your wedding date. We will finalize every detail you have planned and perfect every image you have envisioned. | Partial planning services are fully customizable and are ideal for couples who have some pieces put together but have left some elements for the professionals. That’s where we come in! We focus on intentionality when combining all the final touches to give you the perfect day. This package comes customary with the wedding coordination package with the option to add other services. |

Best decision we ever made!
If you are debating on hiring Hannah as your day of coordinator, HIRE HER! She absolutely went above and beyond what I possibly imagined she could have done for us leading up to our wedding, and the day of!! I barely even had to talk to Hannah the morning of the wedding as she went straight to work on setting up the ENTIRE space exactly how I imagined it! She handled all of the vendors with ease. If there were any issues, I had no idea about it! Throughout the night, she checked in with us about anything we might have needed, getting us drinks, making sure any other details were taken care of. At the end of the night, she absolutely blew us away with her help with packing up everything. She made the whole day so incredibly easy, and I can't imagine it would've been as stress free as it was without her. Best choice we could've made!
Exactly What We Needed in a Coordinator
We cannot say enough good things about Hannah! From the very beginning, it was clear that she is deeply passionate about what she does. She made us feel like she was just as excited for our big day as we were, which made the entire planning process feel that much more special. We ran into some unexpected issues with our venue throughout our planning process. She communicated clearly and professionally with the venue staff, advocating for us and making sure we got exactly what we were promised. On the day of the wedding, Hannah was amazing. She was flexible and incredibly organized. We barely had to think about logistics because she was quietly working behind the scenes to keep everything running smoothly. She even took care of a few unexpected wedding crashers without causing a stir. We felt so supported and cared for throughout the entire day. If you're looking for someone who brings both heart and hustle to your wedding, Hannah is it. We’re so grateful for her and would recommend her in a heartbeat.
Blue Belles Weddings Saved Our Special Day!
Blue Belles Weddings was an absolute dream to work with! Hannah's communication style was fast, thoughtful, validating and comforting - she was extremely helpful every step of the way. The quality of her work and value was unparalleled, as she went above and beyond, dotting every i and crossing every t. We were never worried about passing anything off to Hannah. When we had to change our entire wedding venue just 10 days before the date, Hannah helped us deal with the fallout of the previous venue, found us a new one, and planned basically an entire new wedding in less than two weeks. She also is just the best person in general. She is so funny and genuinely became our friend through the entire process, helping to keep us calm and answer any question we had. I often felt like I had dumb questions or needed validation on something we were feeling crazy about, and Hannah was always there to make us feel better. We truly don't know what we would have done without her, especially with our extreme last minute wedding change. We are beyond grateful and lucky to have a friend in Hannah now!
Best Coordinator!
Our original coordinator canceled just a month before the wedding, and I was so stressed. Thankfully, our photographer connected us with Hannah and she was an absolute lifesaver! She jumped in without missing a beat, kept everything organized, and constantly checked in to make sure I was doing okay throughout the whole process. If you're looking for a wedding coordinator, go with Hannah, she’s incredible at what she does and such a lovely person to work with. My only regret is not meeting her sooner!
