My name is Steph Coffman and I am an experienced wedding and special event planner! I focus on making sure your wedding feels like you and making sure you actually enjoy the wedding planning process and the big day. Voted most likely to be seen carrying a clipboard and crying at first looks, personal vows, and first dances.
I want my couples to feel like they've stumbled across a new best friend when they find me, someone who is supportive, listens, and laughs at everything under the sun with you, like when you get so emotional you mess up on the "repeat after me" vows or someone splits their pants on the dance floor from busting a move (and then they come see me to fix it). I will manage vendor selection and negotiation, bring your aesthetic vision to life, keep on eye on the budget, and manage everything with your guests and VIPs. | The "Elevated" package, designed for couples who want help planning their special day, but already have the date and some/most vendors booked. I'll support you with everything logistics related, as well as planning calls and a customized comprehensive planning tool. | The Classic package, designed for couples who have planned everything and need someone to implement it. The Best Wedding Decision You Will Make!
Steph always went above and beyond in planning/coordinating our wedding. She had detailed plans and timelines prepared and she discussed them thoroughly with both my husband and I before the wedding to make sure everything suited us personally before executing the timelines flawlessly. She handled any problems that came up during the wedding and assisted in cleaning up afterward. Steph is absolutely incredible and you can’t go wrong choosing her as your planner/coordinator. It will be the best wedding/party decision you will make!

Working with Steph and the team at SC Signature Celebrations was an absolute pleasure. Steph and the team at SC Signature Celebrations were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding.
