My name is Steph Coffman and I am an experienced wedding and special event planner! I focus on making sure your wedding feels like you and helping you actually enjoy the wedding planning process. Voted most likely to be seen carrying a clipboard and crying at first looks, personal vows, and first dances.
I want my couples to feel like they've stumbled across a new best friend when they find me, someone who is supportive, listens, and laughs at everything under the sun with you, like when you get so emotional you mess up on the "repeat after me" vows or someone splits their pants on the dance floor from busting a move (and then they come see me to fix it). Highly recommend!
Steph and the team at SC Signature Celebrations were an absolute dream to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was fast, organized, and incredibly patient as we navigated all the details. Steph took so much stress off my shoulders in the weeks leading up to the big day, quickly checking in with vendors and ensuring everything was running smoothly. On the night of the wedding, her efficiency, problem-solving skills, and genuine kindness were on full display as she seamlessly coordinated every aspect. I couldn't have asked for a better wedding coordinator - Steph and her team went above and beyond to make our special day perfect. I would recommend SC Signature Celebrations a million times over!

From the moment we started working with Steph and the team at SC Signature Celebrations, we knew we were in good hands. Their communication was quick, detailed, and incredibly friendly throughout the entire planning process. Steph and her team were so detail-oriented, ensuring that our wedding day was low-stress and efficient. They went above and beyond to make our special day truly wonderful, even surprising us with a late-night snack of tater tots and hot sauce - a nod to our first date! Steph has become a true friend on this journey, and we can't thank her and the SC Signature Celebrations team enough for making our wedding day so sweet and perfect.

Steph was absolutely PHENOMENAL coordinating our day! She managed the daunting task of keep my husband and I, plus our crazy families, and just made our day absolutely perfect! We loved her up-beat personality and can-do attitude! We found her around 30 days before the day of, and she reassured me (I might of had a slight breakdown) that is was normal and completely fine. We had an unfortunate bump in the road when the venue let go of the manager we were working with, but Steph took charge and contacted our other vendors to ensure the day went off without a hitch, and she delivered! She set up our decorations, including our beautiful chuppah (pic included) and it was everything we imagined. It was absolutely perfect, and we couldn't be happier!
