Planning weddings since 2008, I am a certified, award-winning planner who believes your day should feel effortless and deeply personal.     We truly could not have asked for a better wedding coordinator! From the very beginning, Kate was incredibly helpful, responsive, and patient with every question I had. She guided me through the entire planning process with such ease and reassurance, which made everything feel so much less overwhelming. On the wedding day, everything ran seamlessly. Kate & her assistant Katherine handled every detail behind the scenes, allowing us to fully relax and enjoy each moment. Everything looked absolutely perfect and was exactly what I had envisioned...if not better! Her organization, calm presence, and attention to detail made all the difference, and I’m so grateful for everything she did to make our day so special. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to any bride—she is truly amazing!

    Kate was absolutely amazing from day 1. I only hired her for the day of but she checked in with me the entire year prior, helped with my vendor issues, answered all of my questions, and brought some of her own decor. I would have hired her for full planning if I wasn’t already knee deep in DIY at the time of booking. Kate put me in touch with Margaret who made my bouquet and several other floral pieces which turned out absolutely beautiful! If I could give Kate more than 5 stars I would!

    Kate was absolutely amazing to work with! She was communicative, made excellent recommendations, and was a huge part in making our wedding day enjoyable for us and our guests. I especially appreciated her ability to anticipate the needs of vendors, venue, caterers, DJ, etc so we sent into every meeting and phone feeling prepared! She also worked her tail off to make sure a timing error did not impact our wedding day. Thank you so very much Kate! I highly recommend A Touch of Whimsi! BT
