Evviva is the BEST!! Worth every single penny spent. I truly cannot say enough amazing things about this team! They were so on top of every little detail that it made my entire wedding day run SO smoothly. They coordinated with all of my vendors to create a seamless timeline, and when I say detailed, I mean DETAILED. The owner of the florist I used, who has been in business for over 100 years, even commented that they had never seen a more detailed and organized timeline. If that doesn't say something, I don't know what does! I worked primarily with Sydney & Kat, and throughout the entire process, I always felt heard and understood. They truly helped bring my vision to life, and I cannot thank them enough for that. One piece of advice (or warning, really) that I kept getting leading up to my wedding was, "The day flies by, so make sure you enjoy every single moment." With Evviva there making sure everything was under control, I can confidently say I have ZERO regrets from my wedding day. And although I obviously wish it could have lasted an entire week, I genuinely didn't feel like the day "flew by." I was able to be fully present, soak in every moment, and actually ENJOY the day we had spent so long planning. I couldn't even tell you if something didn't go according to plan because Evviva did such an incredible job handling and redirecting anything that may have gone awry. My parents are divorced, and truthfully, navigating that dynamic on my wedding day was giving me a bit of anxiety. But Evviva handled everything so thoughtfully and seamlessly that it all worked out perfectly. It was one less thing I had to think about, and that alone meant so much to me. Every. Single. Request. I made was fulfilled. From making sure I had an LMNT packet in my water to having a specific drink in my hand, they were on top of EVERYTHING. At times, I would literally feel someone from the team pinning loose pieces of hair that had fallen out of my updo to make sure my hair stayed looking 100% all night. It's those little things that really show how much they care. Hands down, just an AMAZING group of women who genuinely care about their clients and making their big day feel as special and important as it should. By the end of my wedding day, I kept saying, "Can we actually be friends after this?" :') With wedding culture becoming such a massive industry and SO many moving parts, planning and executing a wedding can feel incredibly overwhelming. But I truly encourage every bride to book Evviva for any of their services. It is worth every penny, and more importantly, it helps bring you back to the whole purpose of getting married in the first place. Celebrating the love you and your partner have built, surrounded by the people you love, with very, VERY little stress. Being able to be fully present on a day you've spent so long dreaming about, imagining, and waiting for is truly priceless. And that is exactly what Evviva gave me. I would book them a million times over!!

The Best Wedding Coordinator Team EVER!
I truly cannot speak more highly of Evviva Studio. I have been promoting them until I am blue in the face. Kat, the owner, is the most kind human being ever. She really took the time to listen to me and my husband and what we needed for our big day. From our very first phone call together over a year prior to our wedding until the end of the night on our actual wedding day - Kat and her team really went above and beyond. We chose to have our wedding in our backyard which can be stressful as we had to do everything ourselves, but Evviva made the process so smooth. Everyone kept telling me how calm of a bride I was and it's really all because of Evviva. Special shout out to Sydney on the team as well! She was our lead coordinator for the day of and, because of that, everything went off without a hitch. I keep telling everyone how perfect our wedding day was and it really is because of Evviva. They are the absolute best ever! Thank you Evviva team for all that you did for both me and Nick. You're a dream team!

Best decision we made!
Hiring Evviva was the absolute best decision we made. Kat, Sydney, and their whole team were an absolute dream. Sydney was our lead planner and I was able to relax, feel confident, and just enjoy the day. I didn’t have a single worry. She made sure everything went smoothly, coordinated professionally even when my venue made things difficult, and was just such a positive bright and kind light. They think of things you never would, make a plan, and make sure everyone is where they need to be, when they need to be there. I recommend them to everyone I know you will not regret having them. Sydney and Kat are the best

5 Stars Isn't Enough
Kat & the Evviva team are AMAZING! From the start of the entire process, the Evviva team was incredibly generous with their time. Even though we did not really get into the weeds with them until 3 months before the actual wedding day, they answered any & every question/email, no matter how big or small. The team makes you constantly feel like a VIP throughout the entire process. When it came time to get into the details of the actual wedding day, they were an invaluable asset. Their expertise and experience was incredibly helpful as we firmed up details and planned different scenarios. In addition, the resources they shared were amazing, and they even helped us find a babysitter for one of our guests! On our actual wedding day, Kat & Kharisma were such critical parts of the day's overall success. They go above and beyond to take away the couple's stress and navigate the day as calmly as possible. They operated with true confidence and made our life SO easy. They kept everyone on time (ahead of schedule, actually) and were amazing company throughout the day - easy to get along with, keeping the day light hearted, and making sure that stress was removed from the wedding party. My husband and I would not have wanted anyone else to be with us on our big day. If you are considering Evviva - do it!!!

Best of the BEST!!!!!
I truly don't even know where to begin- but hiring Evviva was the best decision we made for our wedding, hands down!! Not a single thing went wrong on our big day- and we have Kat and her team at Evviva to thank for that! Starting with the initial call, Kat made us feel so seen, heard, and taken care of- the minute we hired them, every single ounce of stress or worry disappeared. As an organized person myself- I was truly blown away by how thorough and organized every email and response was to all of my millions of questions. We were amazed by our design deck and all of the attention to detail put into every single piece of our big day- from the placement of everything to making sure all of the personal touches were perfect. Our lead planner/day-of coordinator, Sydney, was the absolute best and truly such a pleasure to work with. We laughed on every single planning call and she truly melted every single worry away. They did not miss a single thing when it came down to the day-of timeline- I can not stress enough how relaxed I was able to feel at our wedding because of it. Sarah, Kharisma and Courtney were absolutely INCREDIBLE on the big day- from the moment they arrived till the last song played, I felt taken care of in every way possible. Each and every member of the Evviva team went above and beyond to make our day special- it was honestly better than anything we could have asked for. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend that anyone getting married does too!!
