She doesn’t just plan weddings—she builds genuine relationships and pours her heart into every couple she works with. Throughout the entire planning process, Kat was our calm, our guide, and our greatest source of reassurance. She anticipated every need, eased every worry, and made what could have been overwhelming feel joyful and exciting. Her attention to detail is unmatched, and her ability to turn emotion, story, and vision into something breathtaking is truly extraordinary. Our wedding weekend was nothing short of magical. Every detail was intentional, thoughtful, and flawlessly executed—from the rehearsal events to the wedding day itself. Walking into our reception for the first time is a moment we will never forget. It was more beautiful and emotional than we ever imagined, and our guests are still talking about it. What truly sets Kat apart is her heart. We cannot say enough great things about Evviva Studio. If you’re looking for a coordinator, look no further!! Kat & her team are absolutely fantastic! Kat & team were so kind, professional and organized. They took so much weight off of our shoulders leading up to the wedding and especially on the wedding day. They made sure to constantly check in, bring us drinks & food during cocktail hour while me and my husband had a few minutes to ourselves. Kat helped me with my dress, even helped sew buttons back onto one of the guys tuxedos. They made sure not only we were taken care of but also our families - which was important to us! Evviva made our whole vision come together and made the day run so smoothly. I truly couldn’t recommend a business more, they are top tier. Thank you Kat & the Evviva team!!
THE MOST IMPORTANT VENDOR OF THE DAY
Out of all the vendors we chose for our wedding, there were only 2 teams that TRULY made an impact. This team here and our photographers. The EVVIVA team was so professional and kind! Communicating with us the entire time and thinking of the operations of the day. My husband STILL (1year married) talks about how this team’s impact on our day increased how special we felt and how smoothly everything went!!! As for me and my household, we love the evviva team.
