The Evviva Team - Absolute PERFECTION
There are truly no words to articulate just how impactful and CRUCIAL Kat and her team at Evviva Studio were on our wedding day! From our very 1st meeting to the actual day, Kat was professional, attentive to alllllll the details that come along with weddings, patient, and KIND! The Process Leading Up to "The Big Day": Kat & I had our first consult call a few months before our wedding day. Before talking with her, I felt nothing but overwhelming anxiety & stress for everything that a wedding brings - centerpieces, timelines, signage, you name it!! We spoke for over an hour about my feelings, the actual wedding, the venue, and what her team could do to help truly make it the best day, and wedding planning process, possible. After talking with Kat, it was like all the stress and uncertainty that I was feeling completely melted away. Once we were officially booked, Kat helped us with vendor contract reviews, made sure we didn't forget payment deadlines, and scheduled bi-weekly touchpoints for any questions we might have had. She led all vendor communication while keeping us informed on all responses. At this point in my life, I was juggling moving away from home, a promotion at work, and was in the home stretch of planning a 200 person wedding. I truly, genuinely have NO IDEA how I could have done anything for our wedding without her and her team. The week before our date, Kat created and presented a 17-page timeline for the day-of, outlining EVERYTHING that was going to take place before, during, and after the wedding. I was beyond blown away at her attentiveness to detail while also making the experience for us fun and enjoyable. "The Big Day" The night before our wedding, Kat ran our rehearsal for us (twice!) while also making sure we were all set for the next morning. The next day, Kat and her team (consisting of Kait and Kharisma) showed up exactly when they said they would, bringing an infectious energy with them!! They handled EVERTHING from there - and I mean EVERYTHING. Someone needs to pick up the flowers? They're on it. A vendor has a question/forgot something? They're on it. A guest doesn't remember what time the ceremony starts/where to be? They're on it. Kat and her team were there to assist in moments I didn't even realize would come up. For example, right after the ceremony, my dress needed to get bustled. For the life of us, my mom and sister couldn't find the hook it was supposed to connect to. Both Kat and Kharisma jumped right in and got me situated just in time for cocktail hour! Another example was needing to freshen up before cocktail hour/the reception. I bought perfume specifically for the wedding day and accidentally left it in my room instead of bringing it to the bridal suite. Kharisma and Kait jumped right in and helped find the room key/the perfume so I could put some on before heading in! It was the big things, and the little details like that, that truly made Evviva Studio the BEST of the BEST. They were with us every second of the day right up until the very end (in this case, almost 2 am!!). It's because of Kat, Kait, and Kharisma that I got to truly be in the moment throughout the day. I absolutely owe it ALL to them! When you work with Kat and the entire Evviva Studio team, you aren't just getting a day-of coordinator. You are getting One of One, the ultimate wedding planner, and the kindest/gentlest souls imaginable. The BEST decision I made for our wedding was working with Evviva.
MY LIFE SAVER!!
I cannot recommend evviva studio enough!! every single meeting we had with them leading up to the wedding was amazing. Her attention to detail is like no other. I can’t even imagine what it would’ve been like to have our wedding without her by my side. She’s single-handedly saved our entire wedding and made everything perfect. If you’ve been debating about getting a Day Of Coordinator. Debate no longer this lady is worth every single penny.

I’m We cannot say enough wonderful things about Kat and her team at Evviva Studios! I kept going back and forth about whether to hire a day-of coordinator, but something in my gut kept telling me to do it. I am so glad I listened. I honestly cannot imagine our wedding day without Kat and her incredible team; I’m convinced it would have been a disaster without them. Kat was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Any problem we experienced was solved immediately and seamlessly. We were worried about wrinkled linens, and she had some of her staff arrive early to ensure everything looked perfect. Her team handled all the set-up and packaged everything at the end of the night, so my husband and I didn’t have to lift a finger all day. She made sure we stayed on schedule and that every photo we wanted was taken. She even anticipated little details we didn’t think about, which made everything run seamlessly. Kat’s calming presence made the entire day feel relaxed. We could truly just enjoy our wedding, knowing she had every detail covered. Throughout the planning process, she was so easy to communicate with and always answered every question we had, no matter how small. Her professionalism, organization, and genuine care for us as a couple made the whole experience feel so special. After the wedding, so many of our friends and family members commented on how wonderful our coordinating team was, praising how sweet, helpful, and attentive the entire staff had been. Hiring Kat was truly the best decision we made during our entire wedding planning journey. We felt completely supported and stress-free, and the day went better than we could have ever imagined. I would recommend Kat and her team to absolutely everyone. They were exceptional, thoughtful, and an absolute lifesaver on our wedding day!

We cannot recommend Kat and her team enough. They planned our dream wedding and were so helpful to make sure everything came together. Not only are they so helpful for the months leading up but on the day of the wedding they made sure it went sooooo smooth. You cannot go wrong on hiring them for your wedding!!
