    Incredible!!!

    Wow! It is truly hard to put into words how incredible Alexandria was as our wedding coordinator. Alexandria is very calm, kind, organized, proactive, creative, and a great leader. She went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was beautiful and smooth. From the start, Alexandria was professional and facilitated clear communication with all of our vendors. We are so grateful to have worked with Everlasting Events and cannot recommend them enough!

    Great Work

    We worked with Alexandria for month-of coordination for our wedding, and overall, we had a positive experience! She helped us finalize our timeline, keep everything on schedule on the wedding day, and make sure the little details, including decor setup, were taken care of. She also checked in to make sure we had what we needed throughout the day, which was appreciated. One of our favorite parts was the behind-the-scenes photos Alexandria took throughout the day! It was so nice to have those candid moments captured, and they were such a thoughtful bonus to look back on after the wedding. She kept a level head and helped things stay organized, allowing us to focus on enjoying our day. We appreciate her help in making our wedding day run smoothly!

    Simply the best

    We worked with Meghan and it was a fantastic experience. Day of our wedding we had to pivot due to the weather. Meghan took a super stressful situation and handled it all. I didn’t have to worry about anything and that was the greatest gift of the day. Truly cannot recommend Everlasting Events enough.

    My behind the scenes queen

    Working with Alexandria at Everlasting Events was a game-changer for our wedding day as our day of coordinator. She listened to what we wanted and showed genuine care about making our vision come to life, which made all the difference in how our day unfolded. Alexandria created a timeline that gave us breathing room throughout the day—something we didn't even know we needed—so we could steal quiet moments together without feeling rushed and could take a deep breath and be present in the moment. Beyond the official photos and videos from our photographer/videographer, she captured all those behind-the-scenes moments that we absolutely treasure, and we were able to relive our night right away instead of waiting weeks for everything to come back. Her attention to every detail meant our wedding ran smoothly from start to finish, and she went out of her way to help us feel supported the whole time. You will work with Alexandria directly for all planning needs. Depending on the size of your wedding, you'll work with Alexandria and her assistant on the day of your wedding.
That depends on which package is best for you! Typically, couples have 2-3 meetings with the month-of coordination package, 5-7 meetings with the partial planning package, and unlimited meetings with the full planning package, all prior to the wedding day. Meetings are customized based on your needs and your schedule. Every package includes unlimited contact through email and text, and up to 10 hours of coordination with Alexandria on your wedding day.
I've planned a variety of weddings, all completely unique! I've worked with budgets from $20,000 to $100,000, guest counts from 20 to 250. I've coordinated a fair share of backyard weddings, but also ballrooms, barns, estates, and everything in between. My goal is not to limit you, but to make your wedding dreams a reality with the budget you're working with.
Yes, I would love to be doing more of this! If you book me for full wedding planning, planning your rehearsal is included. With any other package, it can be added on. I would love to plan more bridal and baby showers!
