    My behind the scenes queen

    Working with Alexandria at Everlasting Events was a game-changer for our wedding day as our day of coordinator. She listened to what we wanted and showed genuine care about making our vision come to life, which made all the difference in how our day unfolded. Alexandria created a timeline that gave us breathing room throughout the day—something we didn't even know we needed—so we could steal quiet moments together without feeling rushed and could take a deep breath and be present in the moment. Beyond the official photos and videos from our photographer/videographer, she captured all those behind-the-scenes moments that we absolutely treasure, and we were able to relive our night right away instead of waiting weeks for everything to come back. Her attention to every detail meant our wedding ran smoothly from start to finish, and she went out of her way to help us feel supported the whole time. We couldn't have asked for a better planner, and we'd recommend Alexandria to anyone looking for someone who truly cares about making their day special.

    Hire Alexandria--you won't regret it!

    We hired Alexandria as our full-service wedding planner at the recommendation of a bridesmaid, and I truly don't think we would have been able to pull off the day without her. She and her team were a huge help the day of, coordinating everything seamlessly. As a result of her planning, very few things went wrong the day of--but when they did, she was able to swoop in and save the day. (She even managed to get a big blue stain off my dress that I got from my bouquet!) Many wedding planners we talked to before meeting her seem to be the type to overreact to a crisis so that they can fix it, but Alexandria always stays calm in a crisis and prioritizes her clients' well-being over anything else. She is laser-focused, solution-oriented, and kind-hearted. Hire her and you won't regret it!

    Wedding Planner

    If you're looking for a wedding planner in the Philadelphia/Camden area, we highly recommend checking out Everlasting Events! We loved working with Alexandria throughout the final months of our wedding planning! We appreciated all of the work that she put in to make sure that our wedding day went smoothly. We were planning our wedding from another state, so we had extra logistical challenges involved in the planning process. Alexandria was so helpful throughout our wedding planning process, especially when it came to creating a timeline for the wedding day and ensuring that all of our vendors were on the same page. On our wedding day, we appreciated Alexandria's help with everything from making sure we were ready to walk down the aisle to bustling my dress so I was ready to dance! Our guests also enjoyed the photo booth and we loved getting to see the pictures everyone took!

    Perfection

    Alexandria was great. She was always reachable and responsive. Thorough but relaxed (which was a huge stress relief)! She effectuated the timeline smoothly on the day of and in a way that made us not have to think about anything but enjoying ourselves with our friends and family. Highly recommend!

You will work with Alexandria directly for all planning needs. Depending on the size of your wedding, you'll work with Alexandria and her assistant on the day of your wedding.
That depends on which package is best for you! Typically, couples have 2-3 meetings with the month-of coordination package, 5-7 meetings with the partial planning package, and unlimited meetings with the full planning package, all prior to the wedding day. Meetings are customized based on your needs and your schedule. Every package includes unlimited contact through email and text, and up to 10 hours of coordination with Alexandria on your wedding day.
I've planned a variety of weddings, all completely unique! I've worked with budgets from $20,000 to $100,000, guest counts from 20 to 250. I've coordinated a fair share of backyard weddings, but also ballrooms, barns, estates, and everything in between. My goal is not to limit you, but to make your wedding dreams a reality with the budget you're working with.
Yes, I would love to be doing more of this! If you book me for full wedding planning, planning your rehearsal is included. With any other package, it can be added on. I would love to plan more bridal and baby showers!
