If you want someone who actually works and doesn't just stand there with a clipboard, this is it. We had a minor hiccup with one of our vendors arriving late to the venue, and I didn’t even find out until the next day because it was already handled. Taylor and her team were amazing!

Working with Taylor was amazing! She listened to all if my ideas and made everything come to life. None of it would have been possible without all of your input, ideas, patience, understanding and hard work. It was exactly how we had hoped it would be and much more!

Not at all! To ensure a stress-free day, I jump in at least a month out to wrap up your vendor communications and finalize the logistics. I’m the first one at the venue and the last to leave, acting as your buffer so you don't have to answer a single "where does this go?" question all night.

As soon as you have your venue! While I handle the "day-of" logistics, the earlier you book, the more I can help refine your timeline and vendor list. Booking early ensures your date is secure and gives us plenty of time to make sure the transition from ceremony to reception is flawless.

Yes! A venue coordinator works for the building; I work for you. They focus on the food and the facility, while I focus on your personal vendors, your wedding party, and your specific timeline. I’m the one making sure your personal items are set and your family is taken care of from start to finish.

That is exactly what I’m there for. I am the "point person" for every vendor, so if someone is running late or a delivery is incorrect, it’s my job to solve it before it ever reaches you. I stay behind the scenes handling the pivots so your only focus is staying in the moment and enjoying your day.
