I anticipate your needs, manage every detail and create a joyful experience on your wedding day. Based in Philadelphia, I work throughout the East Coast, including New York, New England, and Florida, guiding couples through every step of the journey.
For more than twenty-three years, I've helped couples create elegant, deeply personal celebrations while quietly carrying the countless details behind the scenes. My approach is rooted in trust, thoughtful planning, and a genuine partnership, allowing you to be fully present throughout your engagement and on your wedding day. 10 Year Anniversary Party
Working with Wendy was one of the best decisions we made for our large party. Wendy was responsive every step of the way, answering our questions quickly and walking us through the planning process with clarity and patience. On the day of our event, she coordinated all of our vendors and handled the setup so we could actually enjoy ourselves instead of worrying about logistics. She has a real gift for understanding what you want and making it happen exactly as you imagined. Wendy brought warmth and professionalism to everything she did, and we felt confident knowing she had our backs. Our Awesome wedding Day
Wendy made our wedding day such a walk in the park. Everything was organized and designed so well. She handled the vendors perfectly and everything looked absolutely amazing. We had an amazing day and she helped immensely sort in reducing all of the stress in the planning leading up to the big day.

Wedding miracle on a super speedy timeline
Wendy turned what could've been a disaster into a dream wedding! We made the mistake of thinking we could plan our own wedding, and booked a venue on our own. We quickly got overwhelmed with everything else and hired Wendy; she took one look at our venue contract and advised us to reconsider -- we were going to double or triple our total budget by bringing in all the amenities that the venue *didn't* have. With only 3.5 months before The Big Day, we had to pivot! She used her vast contact list and knowledge of area venues to find us the perfect venue - we viewed it and contracted it within the week. We had a lot of unique elements in mind; she helped us retrofit them from the original venue into the new one, so we were still able to have the wedding we'd always imagined. No idea was too big or too wild; she was always confident it could be done. She responded within minutes to any communication, no matter the day or time. Her years of experience shown through -- she always was able to advise us or provide a solution. And with such a short timeline to pull everything together, she kept us on track and honest without adding to our anxiety, remaining positive and helping us keep the end goal in mind: OUR day! Wendy saved us! We couldn't recommend her more strongly!

Wendy was AMAZING!
I can’t say enough good things about Wendy. After talking with several day-of coordinators who offered confusing packages, Wendy stood out because she simply promised to help whenever we needed her-and she truly delivered. She joined planning calls and vendor meetings weeks (occasionally months!) before the wedding, asked thoughtful questions, and brought a clear vision based on her experience. On the day itself, she set up all of our DIY decor beautifully, handled vendor issues behind the scenes, and kept everything stress-free for us. Wendy was organized, responsive, and a true advocate for us throughout the process. I 100% recommend her to anyone planning a wedding!

Amazing Support from Angel of Hearts
We can't thank Wendy from Angel of Hearts Weddings and Events enough for her support with my daughter's wedding. We were thrilled with how the day went smoothly and how she made everything look so beautiful. Our venue was primarily a museum, not a wedding venue. But, Wendy handled those challenges well, took control and made great executive decisions when required. Wendy had a lot to do in a small window of time and got it done. She really did an amazing job!
