Day of Coordinator

Teyanna’s communication style was quick, consistent, and detailed, which made the day of process seamless as a contracted day of coordinator. She was easy to work with, had great communication, and paid close attention to all the details for the couple. I would highly recommend The Bailey Experience Wedding and Event Co. to any couple planning their wedding.
Amazing Planner Amazing Wedding Day
Words cannot express how grateful my husband and I were to have found Teyanna. Planning a wedding is highly stressful, but having a caring planner who is patient, flexible, funny, responsive, and highly organized, relieves a lot of stress and is an absolute blessing…and that’s exactly who Teyanna was to us! We hired her for partial wedding planning and from our first meeting, we instantly clicked; it felt like we were talking to a long-time friend. She has an amazing energy that immediately makes you feel comfortable, and she listened so intently to our ideas and our vision of what we wanted, that by the end of the meeting, she was just as excited for our wedding as we were. Her enthusiasm to execute exactly what we wanted was reassuring and her attention to detail was phenomenal (this coming from a girl who specifically requested elements of Harry Potter in the wedding, WITHOUT it being the full wedding theme lol). We knew we were in good hands as she swiftly communicated with all our vendors and handled any issues we had whenever we encountered barriers, so much so, that we didn’t find out about them until after our wedding (a true pro). Come wedding day, everything was perfect and went so smoothly. From the timeline to the décor…the whole day was even better than we expected; we had so much fun! It’s been almost a year (this review was long overdue lol), and till this day, whenever we see any of our guests, they still talk about what an incredible wedding we had and how beautiful everything turned out. Teyanna will always have a special place in our hearts, and we highly recommend hiring her and her team!
Literally the BEST!
We booked Teyanna in 2022 for our August 2024 wedding and did not regret it one bit. It was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. Teyanna was beyond accommodating and informative throughout the entire process. Her precise, creative, and professional "client-first" mentality shone through. From countless Zoom calls to meeting up in person to select flowers, it was more than we could have asked for and were expecting. Her professionalism and creativity showed through when we had to improvise our outdoor ceremony to an indoor one thanks to a horrific tropical storm. She called us on the morning of our wedding to ensure we were doing okay and went over every detail with both my husband and me to make sure she and her team didn't miss anything. We cannot wait to work with Teyanna again in the future.

Avoid The Bailey Experience Wedding and Event Co. at all costs. Teyanna Bailey, who previously operated under the name Essence of Flair, has a long history of taking customers' money without providing the promised services. In our case, they nearly ruined our special day and we never received the products or services we paid for. Their communication was limited to email and phone, and they were completely unresponsive when we tried to resolve the issues. Based on our experience and the reports of other couples, this business should be avoided - Teyanna Bailey has simply changed the company name in an attempt to hide from her past misdeeds and continue defrauding customers. Stay far away from this unreliable and unethical business.
