Hello there! My name is JayLynn. I am a romantic at heart, a lover of LOVE and a collector of daydreams. My journey in this one of a kind industry started a decade ago. I have experience as a bridal and wedding gown consultant, in the cosmetic and jewelry industry, and as a bridal model. My versatile background empowers me to be a knowledgeable resource and to add value to my clients experience through all stages of the planning process. I am a licensed, certified and insured event planner with coordination experience across all industries- Weddings have just captured my heart!

Description	Our Full Wedding Planning and Design Service is the total all encompassing package for couples that desire step by step companionship from beginning to end. We create events that are more uniquely tailored to your story while allowing you to truly enjoy the planning process and eachother.	Our "Meet in the Middle" is for our couples who are looking for a consultant through their wedding planning process with more involvement needed than event management and services customized to your progress. Partial planning comes with a lot of collaborative meetings and project takeover.	Day of/ Wedding Management Services to us are much more than "Day Of"- We work with you well ahead to give you guidance and support while flawlessly executing your vision on the Day of and being there for you throughout the whole day.

JayLynn is FANTASTIC! She traveled solo all the way to Arkansas for our wedding day! We booked her over 1 year out from our wedding & we started our google meets once a month to plan. She helped plan the finest details and offered her input and advice for every part. The day of the wedding I had a dress malfunction & she went to the store to grab the needed supplies to fix it. Her personality is so bubbly and she is very easy to get along with. We had the most perfect day & are so glad she helped make our wedding run smoothly. We highly recommend her for your wedding!

From the first time we met with Jaylynn, the owner of Weddings by Jay, we knew we were in excellent hands. Her communication style was constant, friendly, and motivated - she checked in on us no less than 10 times to make sure we were doing well and that the planning was going smoothly. Jaylynn's attention to detail and genuine care for our special day was evident in every aspect of the planning process. We couldn't have asked for a better wedding planner - she went above and beyond to ensure our wedding was perfect, and we are so grateful for her hard work and dedication. Weddings by Jay truly is the best in the business.

Jaylynn is the most incredible wedding planner and person. Jaylynn truly is a professional, an artist, a visionary, and expert in all things wedding. She was truly the best decision that we made in the wedding planning. If you don't read any further than this, just know that you need to hire her for your wedding. In our early planning phases, we thought we could do it alone. But we quickly became stressed and overwhelmed with so many options and open questions. We interviewed Jaylynn and immediately fell in love with her warm and positive energy. It was an easy decision. Within a few months of working with Jaylynn, we found all of our amazing vendors. Our DJ, photo booth, hairstylist and baker came from Jaylynn. On our own, it would have taken months to find. With Jaylynn, it was a breeze. She introduced us to DJ Miss Haze, who is the most incredible DJ, and Nicole Bendig-Lamb, who made the most delicious cake. She also introduced us to Guiding Mountain Lion Dance, who gave us an unforgettable performance. These vendors were not only great at their craft, but also wonderful and kind people. Leading up to the wedding, Jaylynn resolved so many problems for us. The week of our wedding, a huge snow storm hit Colorado. She sprang into action, helping us to redo our timeline. We had to cancel our rehearsal dinner, so she helped us rehearse the day of the wedding, and got us into top shape in less than thirty minutes. We had an issue with a hairstylist, and she was able to talk to them and help us get a refund in less than 12 hours. The wedding day was perfect. Her team decorated the venue with so much eye for detail. She also designed our wedding website, signage, and much of our decor, and it was exactly what we wanted. The wedding day was perfectly smooth, despite the snow. It was such a joyful, perfect day. Many of my friends and family remarked on how incredible Jaylynn and her team were. I hired Jaylyn for ONLY DAY- Of COORDINATOR but if i say this is 1000 star review it is a 1000 star review, She is awesome from the start she was there for me from the start even though day of coordinators are only for 1 day she is great with just communication and just checking up on me and if i needed help with anything. I’m just speechless of how amazing Jaylyn was. Please book her everything was perfect and so is she and so is she with her job!
