We go above and beyond for our couples. Whether you book us for full planning or even management we want you to feel confident that you are being taken care of. Our final details wrap up no later than two weeks in advance so that you can enjoy your wedding week!

    Working with McArthur Weddings & Events for our wedding was amazing from start to finish. Laura and Heli guided my husband and I through every step of the planning process with so much attention to detail. I'm terrible at planning but with their help, everything was entirely manageable and seamless. On the day of our wedding, I had zero stress because of them. Laura and Heli both were also so sweet, warm, and just fun to have around. Many of my family members commented about how kind and helpful they were. Not only did Laura and Heli plan and coordinate our wedding day, but they were also incredibly generous on the day of. For example, Laura worked on cleaning a mud stain off my dress after the ceremony and Heli helped me change shoes on the trail to and from the ceremony site at Juniper Mountain House. I feel very grateful to have worked with them and would recommend McArthur Weddings & Events to anyone who wants help planning their big day!

    I knew I would be a tough client for any wedding planner - I have worked for over a decade as a Production Coordinator for tv, theater, dance, music and special events, and I am meticulous when it comes to logistics and details. Our beautiful venue Juniper Mountain House is an incredibly unique location, and because of that they smartly partner with McArthur Weddings and Events to be part of their venue fee, getting planner services 60 days out from the wedding. That arrangement was perfect for me since I wanted to plan most of my wedding myself and then be able to pass it off to someone I could trust to execute my vision. When we first met with Laura and Zoe from McArthur, I could tell we were in the best of hands. The documentation alone (including a color coded checklist timeline to keep me on schedule for the planning I did myself) was a work of beauty, and both Laura and Zoe were so easy to work with, offered advice and suggestions about how to best achieve what we were going for, and were absolutely rockstars on the day of. We had a bunch of variables - my 100 lbs sweet but powerful pup was in our ceremony and signing our marriage license, we decided to shuttle all of our guests to Evergreen from Boulder about 45 min away using both party buses and car services at a variety of departure/arrival times, my husband and I wanted to not see each other until I walked down the aisle - which in a small outdoor venue can definitely be a challenge, and in classic Colorado summer fashion we got a big rainstorm mid-ceremony. But absolutely everything went perfectly! When it started raining, Laura and Zoe moved our lounge furniture to be spread out under the various covered spaces and were on hand with clear umbrellas (one of my favorite photos is of us in the woods right after the ceremony having a moment under the umbrella in the rain). They coordinated with my dog sitter in picking up my beast of a pup and getting him and all of his things home safely so I could be worry free. My crazy transportation plan all happened and I heard nothing about it, which is the ideal. I truly can’t thing of one thing I would go back and change, and that was in huge part to the McArthur - including their day of champ assistant Molly! We’ll be forever grateful that the McArthur team gave us our dream day!

    We worked with McArthur this past spring to pull off our 50-person wedding in Evergreen, CO. Laura was a highlight of our wedding planning experience. From our one-on-one calls to our walk throughs and all the way to our wedding day, Laura's professionalism and help made wedding planning easy. The resources, checklists, and timelines she provided helped us tremendously throughout the planning process. She was always quick to answer questions and did a great job of communicating with us. Our wedding day came with an unexpected snow storm resulting in last-minute changes to our floorplan. We could have easily gotten overwhelmed with all of those details but Laura handled everything and our wedding turned out more beautiful than we could have imagined. We highly recommend Laura and the McArthur team!
