We go above and beyond for our couples. Whether you book us for full planning or even management we want you to feel confident that you are being taken care of. Our final details wrap up no later than two weeks in advance so that you can enjoy your wedding week!

    Laura was the designated planner for our wedding at Juniper Mountain House in Evergreen, CO and we're so happy we had the chance to work with her! Laura asked the right questions to ensure our day was exactly what we had envisioned. Her coordination with vendors in the months/weeks leading up to the wedding allowed my husband and I to focus on ourselves and our guests. On the day of the wedding, we both felt so relaxed and had a blast at our wedding knowing all of the details and coordination were being taken care of! The entire wedding flowed so nicely and was truly the best day of our lives.

    My husband and I booked the package in which McArthur Wedding & Events takes over the planning process entirely about two months before the wedding. Heli was assigned to us and wow was she amazing! I could not recommend her enough. She was efficient, organized, and super supportive throughout the whole process. All of our friends and family were blown away by her help and guidance. We love Heli!

    McArthur Weddings and Events was recommended to us by our venue and made our wedding day absolutely perfect! McArthur Weddings and Events was very easy to communicate with, highly professional, and the friendliest bunch to have included in your wedding. They took all of the headache out of wedding planning and allowed us to simply be guests at our wedding, instead of having to host our own event. Our lead planner Heli was an absolute rockstar!! Her and her assistant Mollie thought of everything down to the smallest details and were expertly prepared to make sure our day ran smoothly. We couldn't recommend them more!!

    She took care of every detail for our wedding, making it easy to plan and seamless to execute. She was great at finding vendors that fit what we were looking for and our budget. She was available throughout the process to answer questions and guide us through step-by-step. As a result, we had nearly NO STRESS about the wedding. She went above and beyond our expectations as a wedding planner.
