The number one thing I tell clients is that something WILL go wrong on your wedding day, but I'm there to limit the chaos with backup plans. Why hiring me is the best decision for your special day: 1. I'm awesome and fun. 2. I'm good at details and bossing people around (in a nice way). Your vendors, bridal party, and family will know exactly where to be and when. 3. I am 100% team couple. I'm going to have your back and do what YOU want on your special day.
I will be your number one support person and encourager throughout the entire process. Becoming friends with my couples is my favorite part of the job. Seeing your vision come to life and giving you the best experience is my second favorite part!

My favorite wedding planner ever
Weaver Weddings and Events was the perfect wedding planner for our special day. Melissa was to the point, kind, and exactly what we needed to stay organized and on track through the planning process. Melissa and her team went above and beyond. She sprinted to the getting ready room for my bouquet when I realized I was about to walk down the aisle without it. Melissa and her team did an amazing job keeping the whole day completely stress free! In my opinion, Weaver Weddings and Events provides the best wedding planning you can find.

Melissa is amazing!! She is so friendly, professional, a joy to be around and instantly feels like a best friend. She really saw my vision and helped bring it to life. We had a small multiple level venue with only 2 hours until show time and her and her assistant freaking killed it! It looked amazing She kept everything on track for the evening and was able to make changing one aspect of our timeline during the night seem like it was supposed to go that way all along. I did not stress over anything the night of our wedding or feel rushed. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and also made the evening so enjoyable for my mother who was emotional and stressed about all the various elements until Melissa and her assistant proved that everything was in MORE than capable hands. If you are on the fence about getting a coordinator - do it & book Weaver Weddings. You won’t regret it
