I have worked within the wedding industry in various forms for over 10 years. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, which has really taught me how to best understand and serve people from various backgrounds. I have been fortunate to have opportunities to work in various roles that have equipped me to be a well-rounded wedding planner. In 2016, my parents built a wedding venue in Texas, which fast-tracked my wedding career. I have experienced the ins and outs of weddings. I’ve learned what works & what doesn’t. Most importantly, I have learned how to host an unforgettable wedding that you, your and your guests will rave about!

I have worked in the wedding industry for over 10 years, and have had the privilege of coordinating over 150 weddings in the past few years. I have a seamless planning process that consistently receives positive feedback and praises from both couples and vendors. I am a preferred planner at one of Denver’s premier wedding venues (Moss Denver) and also accept bookings throughout the state of Colorado and beyond.

I don't have enough words in my vocabulary to describe just how amazing our experience with Bethany from Ivory Oaks was. She's incredible. In the weeks leading up to our wedding, there were many times when my partner & I said "we don't know what we'd do without Bethany!" And now that our wedding is over, we can confidently say that she is a key reason for the success of our special day. Bethany was there to answer every question along the way. She gave recommendations when we needed them. There wasn't a single issue she couldn't help us navigate through. She kept all of our vendors organized and on-time. On our wedding day, she was organized and managed to make our day as stress-free as possible. Hiring Bethany was the best decision we made for our preparations and our wedding day. She's amazing and I'd recommend her to anyone planning a wedding.

Bethany was so wonderful to work with and so easy to talk to. She was responsive throughout the whole wedding planning process. I paid for month of services and it kept my sanity. Bethany kept us informed of all vendor communication. She was also a wizard on the wedding day. She made our wedding visions come true. Bethany also had everything a bride and groom needed on the day of the wedding. Clear communication was such a huge help but so was her emergency kit, and to tips and tricks throughout the wedding day.

As an Event Designer at a high end caterer, I work with so many planners! While a large majority of the planners I have the pleasure of working with are amazing, Bethany at Ivory Oaks is beyond exceptional! She understands the ins and outs of planning, is super responsive with both vendors and clients, and is just a true joy to work with. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an amazing planner with many years of experience not only planning, but also managing venues, working as a photographer, and many other aspects of weddings and events!

I am always up for an adventure! Travel is available upon request. Prices subject to current gas/airline prices. For RoseMary Package couples: travel is included in your booking!

First, take a deep breath! Luckily, in over six years of doing this full-time, I have never had to miss an event. However, in the unlikely event that something catastrophic did arise, I would do my absolute best to find an adequate replacement if time allowed for it. I do have contacts of local coordinators & photographers in both Texas & Colorado and would do my due diligence to find a substitute.

I get it! Life happens and things change, even to the best of us. In the event that you decided to reschedule your event, I would accommodate the date change (if I am not already booked for another event on that date). If you needed to cancel for some reason, I would issue a voucher to use for any of my services at a later date.

I pride myself on client satisfaction. I know that your wedding day is the most special day of your life, so I make it my job to give you the best experience possible. I have over a decade of wedding industry experience, and feel confident every single time I walk into a wedding. You can rest easy knowing that you are in good hands, and that pleasing you and bringing your vision to life is my top priority.

Your wedding day is not only special to you, but also your family, which is why it is SO important to allow them the opportunity to enjoy it, instead of stressing over coordinating it.
