    We love Jessica!!!!

    Working with Jessica was incredible. She solved problems we didn’t know we had seamlessly and problems we came to her with swiftly and effortlessly. Our day ran perfectly because of her help. Hiring her as a vendor was our best money spent and worth every penny. She helped us coordinate with our vendors, organize and set up/take down our reception, herd cats through the rehearsal and day of process, and shielded us from all of the craziness that came up.

    Ensured everything was taken care of!

    essica was fantastic as our day-of coordinator. She made sure everything was taken care of and helped our wedding day run smoothly from start to finish. We ran into a few challenges with other vendors, and we were so grateful to have Jessica there to step in, problem-solve, and keep everything on track. Having someone we could trust to handle issues behind the scenes allowed us to focus on enjoying our day. She was also incredibly helpful when we were faced with unexpectedly extreme heat. Jessica quickly helped us think through last-minute options and adjustments to keep our guests comfortable. Overall, we are so glad we had her support. Her professionalism, calm presence, and attention to detail made a huge difference. The ability to utilize her rental inventory was an added bonus and made planning even easier. We would absolutely recommend Jessica to any couple looking for a coordinator who truly cares about making their day a success.

    Flawless Wedding Reception

    We enjoyed working with Jessica for day-of coordination of our wedding reception in May 2026. Her expertise leading up to the event and attention to detail on the day itself allowed us to breathe easier knowing she was taking care of the details and would manage any last-minute or unexpected concerns. The event itself went flawlessly, and she kept us on point and on time throughout, while allowing us to enjoy the night hassle-free. She offered to attend our welcome party the evening before so she could meet our families and establish familiarity and points of contact, even helping with some small needs she observed, which was above and beyond our contract. Jessica’s vendor relationships and management, as well as her own inventory of stock items for centerpieces and more, were valuable. We opted for an add-on package for her to help us with creative planning, and her presentation for table centerpieces and activity ideas were super helpful. Finally, Jessica rounded out her support for us with a few personal touches at the end that helped to make our experience all the more special. We appreciate her support and would recommend Yeti or Knot for other couples.

    Jessica was AMAZING!

    Working with Jessica with Yeti or Knot Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She was super professional, on top of all the details, friendly, responsive, and calm. One of my favorite things she did was share a client portal with us, which included recommended vendors, worksheets for budget and timeline, and other helpful resources. This helped us understand what all needed to happen in order to have a smooth event. On the day of, I felt like I got to sit back and relax - she made sure we were where we needed to be, and worked directly with all the other vendors. I just sincerely can’t recommend her enough.

    Excellent coordinator, great planning & support!

    We were hesitant hiring a planner/coordinator early in our wedding planning process, but by the end we couldn't imagine having done it without her! It was such a relief having Jessica handling all the important coordination and day-of tasks so that we could focus on celebrating! She walked us through a lot of the planning stages, asked us important questions, thoroughly notated and documented everything, and worked directly with our venue and vendors on the timeline, layout, and details. She was a wonderful host and MC, keeping the evening on track and making slight modifications when necessary. She communicated very well with us and facilitated a fantastic evening! Jessica even helped us find a replacement officiant just a couple weeks before the wedding when ours had to back out. We felt confident trusting her with our big day and everything went smoothly. Top notch wedding coordinator, thank you, Jessica!

YES! But it's not actually only on the day of. My coordination services start 60-90 days before your big day, usually with a final walkthrough at your venue and pre-event details meeting or call. So that's why I refer to it as simply "wedding coordination" or "wedding management".
Yes! I always recommend starting with the services that you know you'll need because you can always add services later on, but you can't remove them once they have been booked. This is one of the benefits of an a la carte service model and why I custom build packages for every couple and venue I work with.
I included unlimited texting and email communication in every package I offer. Depending on the level of planning assistance you are looking for, you can also add extra meetings and calls up to unlimited.
The first step is for us to meet in person or on a video call for a free consultation. Trusting and connecting with your wedding planner or coordinator is so important! This helps ensure that I'm the right fit for your big day. After our meeting, I'll send over a proposal or two based on the conversation that we have. From those options, it's now up to you to say yes! Once we have a finalized list of services, the next step is to sign a contract and pay a booking fee. At that point, your date is officially on my calendar and the planning can begin!
