    THE BEST!

    We loved working with Jessica at Yeti or Knot as our Day of Coordinator! She was very organized and responsive from the start and took the time to understand our wedding's needs and communicate with our vendors. She is trustworthy and managed our wedding's timetable very well. We really appreciate her managing the decor even amidst our beloved yet fickle CO weather. The equipment we rented from her came in clutch too. Her work took a huge load off our shoulders so we could feel most present in enjoying our big day. If we were to do it all again we wouldn't hesitate to go with Yeti or Knot!

    Highly recommend!

    Jessica is so fantastic at what she does -- organized, professional, and intuitive. Our wedding day was so successful, every problem was dealt with swiftly and seemingly effortlessly (although we know there was so much effort going in!) We are so grateful for Jessica's meticulous planning and thoughtful questions in the months before the event. She really got to know us in order to best support us on the day of the wedding.     Jessica was on it!

    Jessica was so helpful with planning and organizing our wedding! She made sure that everything went smoothly and thought of things we wouldn't have ever considered. Her spreadsheet to help plan was so great to help me think through everything I wanted for the day and made sure we were on the same page with all the logistics! Not only did she know all the details, but the planning process made me feel like I knew everything too. Would recommend working with Jessica if you love details and hands-on planning, but don't want to have to manage anything or lift a finger the day of!

    We love Jessica!!!!

    Working with Jessica was incredible. She solved problems we didn’t know we had seamlessly and problems we came to her with swiftly and effortlessly. Our day ran perfectly because of her help. Hiring her as a vendor was our best money spent and worth every penny. She helped us coordinate with our vendors, organize and set up/take down our reception, herd cats through the rehearsal and day of process, and shielded us from all of the craziness that came up.

    Ensured everything was taken care of!

    essica was fantastic as our day-of coordinator. She made sure everything was taken care of and helped our wedding day run smoothly from start to finish. We ran into a few challenges with other vendors, and we were so grateful to have Jessica there to step in, problem-solve, and keep everything on track. Having someone we could trust to handle issues behind the scenes allowed us to focus on enjoying our day. She was also incredibly helpful when we were faced with unexpectedly extreme heat. Jessica quickly helped us think through last-minute options and adjustments to keep our guests comfortable. Overall, we are so glad we had her support. Her professionalism, calm presence, and attention to detail made a huge difference. The ability to utilize her rental inventory was an added bonus and made planning even easier. We would absolutely recommend Jessica to any couple looking for a coordinator who truly cares about making their day a success.

YES! But it's not actually only on the day of. My coordination services start 60-90 days before your big day, usually with a final walkthrough at your venue and pre-event details meeting or call. So that's why I refer to it as simply "wedding coordination" or "wedding management".
Yes! I always recommend starting with the services that you know you'll need because you can always add services later on, but you can't remove them once they have been booked. This is one of the benefits of an a la carte service model and why I custom build packages for every couple and venue I work with.
I included unlimited texting and email communication in every package I offer. Depending on the level of planning assistance you are looking for, you can also add extra meetings and calls up to unlimited.
The first step is for us to meet in person or on a video call for a free consultation. Trusting and connecting with your wedding planner or coordinator is so important! This helps ensure that I'm the right fit for your big day. After our meeting, I'll send over a proposal or two based on the conversation that we have. From those options, it's now up to you to say yes! Once we have a finalized list of services, the next step is to sign a contract and pay a booking fee. At that point, your date is officially on my calendar and the planning can begin!
