I created Evara Events with one thing in mind: Bringing matters of the heart to life by expert hands. With years of experience in the wedding planning, nonprofit fundraising, and corporate event planning space, there’s no event we can’t do! We value the unique vision you have for your event and are here to carry that dream across the finish line.

Three Cheers for Evara Events!
We can't recommend Hannah enough. From our first planning conversations, Hannah took the time to understand what was important to us and helped us create a wedding day that felt authentic to us. She listened to our ideas, found thoughtful ways to bring them to life, and was honest about the trade-offs, alternatives, and options when we weren't sure what we wanted. On the wedding day, everything ran so smoothly that we were able to be fully present and enjoy the moment. Hannah and her assistance were a incredible problem solvers behind the scenes. We later learned from friends that there were a few small hiccups throughout the day, but we had absolutely no idea because she handled everything so seamlessly. That's exactly what you want in a coordinator. Hannah's calm, thoughtful approach and attention to detail made such a difference. If you're looking for someone who will advocate for your vision, keep everything running smoothly, and allow you to truly enjoy your wedding day, we wholeheartedly recommend Hannah.

Hannah is the planner for you!
I've had the pleasure of working alongside Hannah, and I can't recommend her enough. From the very beginning, it was clear I was working with someone who is incredibly organized, proactive, and genuinely invested in creating a great experience for her couples. Leading up to the wedding, communication was clear, timelines were well thought out, and every detail was handled professionally. On the wedding day, Hannah was calm, efficient, and always one step ahead. She kept everything running smoothly while making it look effortless. As a wedding DJ, I can confidently say she made my job significantly easier. When vendors work well together behind the scenes, couples get to enjoy their day without stress and that's exactly what happened. The couple, guests, and vendor team all had an incredible experience thanks in large part to Hannah's preparation and leadership. If you're looking for a planner who is organized, communicative, and an absolute pleasure to work with, I would recommend Hannah without hesitation. Hannah was the best ever!
Working with Evara Events was a game-changer for our wedding planning process. From our first conversation, they understood what we needed and made the whole thing feel manageable instead of overwhelming. On our wedding day, they were everywhere—making sure we had water and drinks in our hands, checking that our grandparents stayed cool and comfortable, and handling every small detail with such grace. She caught problems before they became problems, which meant we got to just enjoy ourselves without stress. Her experience and attention really showed in how smoothly everything ran. We honestly can't imagine planning a wedding or the wedding day without her. Would completely recommend Hannah for anyone!!

From our first conversation, we knew Evara Events was the right choice for us. Hannah and her team were prompt and patient throughout the entire planning process, always respectful of our vision and timeline. They took the time to really understand what we wanted, especially how important it was to honor our Jewish traditions in a way that felt authentic to us. On the wedding day, they essentially "downloaded our brain" and handled every detail so my husband and I could actually enjoy the moments instead of stress about logistics. Hannah checked in with us at appropriate times throughout the day/night, making sure everything was running smoothly and that we felt supported. Hannah is the best to ever do it, truly!
Hannah was truly incredible! She made me feel so at ease in my wedding day and the months/weeks/days leading up to it. She handled every curve ball with such grace and made everything so stress free. My favorite part of my experience with Hannah was that she came and sat down with me first thing when she got there and asked me how I was doing, made it feel seen and heard right from the start. She made sure I was hydrated fed and happy throughout the day. I really loved that she wasn’t afraid to tell guests or family things that kept them on track and within the boundaries of our day/vision for the day. She’s so kind and thoughtful and trustworthy. As an out of state bride going in blind, she took the time to visit my venue for me and FaceTimed me to do a walk through, answered any questions I had, and always dealt with the difficult vendors with grace. I would 1000% recommend Hannah to anyone looking to make their day as smooth as possible and have fun doing it!
