The Total Package is our all-inclusive wedding planning service. It’s exactly as it sounds…everything is covered in this package! This service is catered to busy couples who want their ideal wedding, but may not have the time to plan and execute their vision while keeping their day job.

The Essential Package is for assistance with partial wedding planning. It is designed for couples who need partial assistance with their wedding planning. We can help you complete the event design that compliments your vision and budget.

Day-of coordination really begins roughly 30-90 prior to your wedding date. Unlike a full-service wedding coordinator, a Day-of Coordinator is for couples who want to do most of the planning themselves – couples plan; we coordinate those plans.

    The very best part of our entire wedding experience was Patricia. I honestly don’t even know if words can do justice to who she is and what she did for us. I have never met someone so hardworking, caring, and genuinely passionate about their work. Her communication is extraordinary.. she doesn’t just answer questions, she makes you feel completely supported and understood every single step of the way. From day one, Patricia was there for us in every detail: walkthroughs, tastings, worksheets, deadlines, questions.. you name it, she handled it with so much grace and precision. She is incredibly organized and intentional, and because of her, we never once felt the stress that everyone warns you about when planning a wedding. By the month of our wedding, we literally had nothing left to do because Patricia had made sure everything was already taken care of. That sense of calm she gave us was priceless. Our family and wedding party were blown away at the rehearsal, we spent the whole night talking about how impressed we were with Patricia. And when the wedding day came, it was effortless. We didn’t worry about a single thing. Even our DJ and photographer couldn’t stop talking about how amazing she was and how much easier she made things for them too. She not only ensured our vision came to life, she made the entire day flow beautifully for everyone involved. Patrica is so much more than a coordinator or a vendor, she has truly become a friend. We are endlessly grateful for her and everything she has done for us. It’s honestly bittersweet, because while we’re so thankful, we also know we’ll miss her deeply. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Patricia, for making our wedding not only beautiful but also stress-free and full of joy.     From the first moment we met with Patricia, we were impressed by her proactive, clear, and helpful communication style. She was consistently kind and made us feel at ease throughout the entire wedding planning process. Her exceptional knowledge and attention to detail were evident in every aspect of our special day. When the bustle on my dress broke mid-reception, Patricia sprang into action, ingeniously sewing it back up using dental floss - a creative solution that allowed me to dance the night away without a hitch!     My son and daughter-in-law were married last month, and as Mother of the Groom I was responsible for planning their Rehearsal Dinner – an event that evolved into a Welcome Dinner for 50 in Arvada. I live in Wisconsin, so started searching for a wedding planner who could be my local coordinator. Based upon her stellar reviews, I decided to contact Patricia Zutman with All Four Seasons Events. I’m so very glad I hired her!! From the beginning, Patricia was so thorough – she listened intently to my vision of what we were looking for, took detailed notes, and had tons of ideas. She is exceedingly organized, very detailed planning with useful insight into what would work for our particular event. Patricia kept us on track throughout the months of preparation leading up to the event, and her extensive experience and skill in coordinating every aspect of our gathering was so helpful. Working with the caterer and the venue to insure a seamless evening, she made what could’ve been a rather stressful event completely worry free. This allowed me to spend my time with our family and guests. Patricia went out of her way to make sure every detail was considered and taken care of. I felt so supported and taken care of, and we received tons of compliments from our guests on how well the evening went. I would definitely recommend Patricia for any and all aspects of wedding and event planning!

    It was so wonderful to have our son's Bar Mitzvah at The Rose Event Center (All Four Seasons Events). The staff was so great to work with, made everything so easy to manage. We are Golden locals and loved being able to bring our friends and family to town to celebrate at a perfect space, full of character! I would give them so many more stars if I could!
