The Total Package is our all-inclusive wedding planning service. It’s exactly as it sounds…everything is covered in this package! This service is catered to busy couples who want their ideal wedding, but may not have the time to plan and execute their vision while keeping their day job.	The Essential Package is for assistance with partial wedding planning. It is designed for couples who need partial assistance with their wedding planning. We can help you complete the event design that compliments your vision and budget.	Day-of coordination really begins roughly 30-90 prior to your wedding date. Unlike a full-service wedding coordinator, a Day-of Coordinator is for couples who want to do most of the planning themselves – couples plan; we coordinate those plans.

Oh goodness, where do we even begin with how incredible Patricia made our wedding? Maybe we should start with the compliments others gave us first… “Your coordinator was so on top of it.” “Your coordinator was honestly the best.” “Your coordinator was so friendly and made everything so easy.” Now our turn! From the moment we toured our wedding venue, The Rose, we knew we would choose that venue, in large part so that we could work with her. The first time we met her, she impressed us with her organization and thoughtfulness. That gave us confidence that the entire planning process would be a breeze, and it absolutely lived up to those expectations. Patricia is perhaps the most available person we have ever worked with. At times, we joked that there must be three of her. Her thoroughness put us at ease. Her expertise gave us confidence in every decision. And her energy and fun demeanor made both the planning and the wedding day simply the best. She also did a great job providing us a list of vendors that fit our overall vision and budget, which removed a lot of stress in planning and helped us know we were choosing vendors who would exceed our expectations. Her communication with all of our vendors ensured the day ran smoothly. Her day-of support kept everything organized yet relaxed. All we had to do was show up and enjoy. Having Patricia coordinate our wedding was perhaps the best decision we made, outside of saying “I do,” of course.

Where do I even begin?! I first met Patricia when I worked at the Rose Event Center in 2021 and when it came to planning my own wedding I knew exactly where to go. She is absolutely so talented and her passion for what she does is simply hard to come by. From beginning to end she was made the entire planning process and wedding reception flow seamlessly. She went above and beyond to provide everything and anything we needed to plan the perfect day. From detailed spreadsheets that my type A personality loved, to answering random little questions within minutes, and providing us with recommendations I wouldn’t have even thought of, she exceeded all expectations. Even on the day of the wedding, I knew I could completely relax because I trusted that she had it all handled. And she absolutely did! It truly was the perfect day, and I owe a huge part of that to Patricia! Now for the Rose Event Center, not only is it a beautiful and historic building that all our guests raved about, but the staff is truly unmatched. I don’t think my husband or I had a single moment we didn’t have a full drink in hand because they were attentive. Not only that but the food is incredible!! Not to be bias, but it was the best wedding food I have ever had, and they did an amazing job of helping us craft the perfect wedding menu. We cannot thank the Rose enough for giving us the most beautiful day and we would absolutely recommend this venue to anyone!

Since 2015, All Four Seasons Events, led by Patricia Zutman, has planned 200+ weddings plus rehearsal dinners, welcome parties, and other events. Yes! While weddings are my specialty, I also plan a wide range of related events, including rehearsal dinners, bridal showers, welcome parties, post-ceremony brunches, and other celebrations. I’ve coordinated hundreds of events in Colorado, from intimate gatherings to larger affairs, always focusing on creating a seamless, personalized experience. My goal is to ensure every event—no matter the size—reflects the couple’s vision and runs smoothly, so you and your guests can fully enjoy the celebration.

Most couples begin working with me anywhere from 3 months to over a year before their wedding or event. The amount of time we spend together depends on the level of planning assistance you choose—whether it’s full-service planning or day-of coordination. Throughout the process, I’m highly accessible for questions, vendor guidance, and timeline adjustments, ensuring every detail is handled. My goal is to make your experience seamless and stress-free, so you feel supported and confident from planning through the day of your celebration.

I only take on one wedding per day to ensure that I can provide each couple my full attention and deliver the best possible experience. This allows me to focus entirely on making your day seamless, stress-free, and truly memorable.

I work independently as the owner and lead planner of All Four Seasons Events. While I don’t operate as a large team, this allows me to focus completely on you and your wedding, ensuring a highly personalized, seamless, and stress-free experience. From planning through execution, you’ll work directly with me, and my hands-on approach has allowed me to successfully plan 200+ weddings and countless other events, earning praise for attention to detail, organization, and flawless coordination.
