I’ve coordinated hundreds of events in Colorado, from intimate gatherings to larger affairs, always focusing on creating a seamless, personalized experience. My goal is to ensure every event—no matter the size—reflects the couple’s vision and runs smoothly, so you and your guests can fully enjoy the celebration.

The amount of time we spend together depends on the level of planning assistance you choose—whether it’s full-service planning or day-of coordination. Throughout the process, I’m highly accessible for questions, vendor guidance, and timeline adjustments, ensuring every detail is handled. My goal is to make your experience seamless and stress-free, so you feel supported and confident from planning through the day of your celebration.

The Essential Package is for assistance with partial wedding planning. It is designed for couples who need partial assistance with their wedding planning. We can help you complete the event design that compliments your vision and budget.	Day-of coordination really begins roughly 30-90 prior to your wedding date. Unlike a full-service wedding coordinator, a Day-of Coordinator is for couples who want to do most of the planning themselves – couples plan; we coordinate those plans.
