Amazing coordinator
My daughter recently got married, and we used Ravenwolf Ranch as our day-of coordinator. Alana and her team were absolutely amazing. Even though we hired Alana for her services for primarily the wedding day, she was there for us throughout the year prior as we worked to get all of the vendors and arrangements organized. On the day of the wedding, Alana made everything run so smoothly, and she brought all of the visions we had for the decor to life. I am so thankful that she and her team were there and for all of the hard work they provided to make my daughter's special day one of a kind. I really can't thank them enough for everything. I would, without a doubt, recommend them for any event you might be planning!

Alana is amazing!
I had to dig quite far down the Google rabbit-hole to find Ravenwolf Ranch, and I'm so glad I did! Alana is great to work with, has clear communication, and was a god-send on my wedding day! (Also very reasonably priced!) Things ran so much more smoothly with her there (especially with some unexpected downpours on/off throughout the day). With setup, we were able to focus on getting ready/first look/couples photos, during the reception we were able to focus on our guests and each other (with Alana keeping track of/reminding us of our schedule) and at the end of the night we were able to be out of the venue a half an hour ahead of schedule! Hiring Ravenwolf Ranch is absolutely worth it, especially for heavy DIY-ers (and those without an MC/DJ to keep things moving).

Best Coordinator Ever
Ravenwolf Ranch did an exceptional job as my day-of-coordinator. We met multiple times prior to the wedding to nail down what the big day will look like. She helped me make decisions, helped me not feel as overwhelmed, and absolutely rocked it on my wedding day. Ravenwolf perfectly excecuted our plan and I was able to focus on enjoying the ceremony and celebration, rather than worry about all the little details. Thank you so much Ravenwolf Ranch!

fantastic wedding coordinators!
I needed wedding coordinators for my small 25 person wedding, but not wedding planners, and Ravenwolf Ranch fit that niche perfectly. I pulled them on basically a month before my wedding due to a miscommunication with my catering team, and they rocked it. Did awesome with coordinating my vendors and with shifting around the schedule when I was 15 minutes late ahahaha. As far as I knew that day, my wedding was great and perfect, so they did awesome shielding me from the little problems that cropped up. Did an awesome job with setting up my table decorations, and yeah! Thank you so much Alana and Kris, yall were the best!

Dream Ceremony
We were extremely excited for our big day and wanted everything to go perfectly for our guests but we had really no idea where to even start. Thankfully, we started with RavenWolf because they knew exactly what to do! They were extremely patient and listened very carefully to all of our ideas and really helped us bring all of our goals together to form what turned out to be a wedding beyond our expectations. My mother in law kept referring to the event as a ‘Dream Ceremony’! We worked with Alana and Kris and these people really know their stuff. Not only did they make sure our ceremony looked amazing, they made sure everything went off without a hitch. My husband and I had nothing to worry about except having the time of our lives. Thank you, Ravenwolf!
