Redwood Weddings and Events

Hi! I’m Rachel and I love planning and celebrating life’s big moments! I have been in the event industry since I started as a banquet server at a country club (way) back in 2008. Since then I have worked in many aspects of the event industry including banquet manager, onsite catering manager, staffing coordinator, venue coordinator, and now am the owner of Redwood. Throughout my time in the industry I have learned how much I love all aspects of events. The planning, the excitement and anticipation, the logistics, the joy and love throughout it all, and of course the celebration!

Redwood grew out of a joint passion between my husband and I to own a business together. The name is a combination of our nicknames, Red and Woody! Redwood is something we cherish dearly and any event that gets planned and executed by Redwood will be cherished as well. I want your wedding or event to speak to you, your personality and your relationship. I often tell my clients “all you HAVE to do it sign the marriage license!” when they ask me if they have to incorporate a traditional moment into their day. I will work hard to make sure your day goes exactly how you want it to go and that your vision really comes to life.
