I started this business 10 years ago because I love event planning and truly want to help my clients enjoy their day, be stress-free, and leave with great memories. I have great resources and have a robust vendor list since I've been in the industry so long. My experience coupled with my passion for helping my clients makes the experience a dream come true!     SO Grateful - This was an incredible experience

    Our wedding was pretty low-key (70 guests) at the City Park Pavilion in Denver, we planned the overall timeline, decor, vendors etc prior to meeting Crystal and team. With that said, we required the Day of Coordination package. Crystal and team went above and beyond to make sure our wedding went according to our vision. From helping us and the bridal party with a quick rehearsal the day before the wedding, to all vendor management leading up to the big day (organizing/implementing the timeline); they made sure that everyone was in order and that I had no stress. They also took care of all set up and take down for our event. They truly allowed my husband and I to enjoy our wedding, which was a delightful surprise. Thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts!

    Amazing Wedding Planner/Coordinator

    Crystal is incredible! She made our wedding day flow so seamlessly and took as much stress off our plates as possible so that we could enjoy our big day. She was super available, communicative, and helpful throughout the planning and coordination process, and she took care of lots of little tasks that felt overwhelming. Plus, she’s incredibly friendly, down to earth, and easy to communicate with, so working with her was a dream. If you’re looking for a wedding coordinator, I can’t recommend Crystal enough!
