    Highly recommended

    We honestly could not have asked for a better experience with Ivory Events! From the beginning, everything felt so organized, thoughtful, and well managed. Planning a two-day wedding can feel overwhelming, but Ivory made the entire process feel so much easier and more enjoyable. One of the things we appreciated most was how much they helped us navigate all of our vendors. They helped us find wonderful vendors, communicate with them, review and negotiate contracts, and negotiate pricing whenever possible. Having someone who understood the wedding industry and knew what questions to ask was incredibly valuable. We always felt like someone was looking out for us and making sure we were getting the best possible value. The planning sheets, timelines, checklists, and software they use were also incredibly helpful. Having everything organized in one place made it so easy for us to keep track of details, vendors, payments, contracts, timelines, and everything that needed to be done. We always knew what was happening and what needed our attention. Our wedding was a two-day celebration with so many moving pieces, and Ivory did an amazing job coordinating everything. There were so many vendors, details, and logistics to manage, but they kept everything organized and made sure everyone was on the same page. What we appreciated most was how taken care of we felt. By the time our wedding weekend arrived, we could actually relax and enjoy our family and friends instead of worrying about logistics. Knowing Ivory was there handling everything behind the scenes gave us such peace of mind. Everything was amazing from start to finish. Ivory was organized, helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making our wedding special. They took so much of the stress off our shoulders, and we truly felt like we could trust them. After all the planning and anticipation, it was such an incredible feeling to walk into our wedding weekend feeling relaxed, knowing that everything was being handled. We were able to be present, enjoy every moment, and celebrate with the people we love. We are so grateful for everything Ivory Events did for us and would absolutely recommend them to any couple planning a wedding, especially a two-day or multi-day celebration. They made such a difference in our experience, and we truly felt cared for every step of the way!

    We initially thought we could handle wedding planning ourselves, but as the wedding got closer, we quickly realized how much there was to manage. That’s when Honey, Kourtney, Earlie, and the Ivory Events team stepped in—and we are so grateful they did! We chose the Partial Planning package, and it ended up being absolutely perfect for us. We still wanted to be involved in planning our wedding and making the decisions, but we wanted a professional team beside us who could be much more hands-on, keep us organized, guide us through the process, and make sure nothing was overlooked and boy - they were amazing with their communication, organization and keeping me on track - from day one to the day after they were fantastic - They texted, called emailed they made sure I felt taken care of. That is exactly what Ivory Events delivered. Honey and her team took the time to understand our style, priorities, and vision. They were incredibly responsive, organized, proactive, and professional throughout the entire planning process. Whenever we had a question or needed guidance, we knew we had a team we could count on. One of the greatest gifts they gave us was the ability to actually enjoy our wedding weekend instead of worrying about all the details behind the scenes. Knowing Honey, Kourtney, and Earlie were there to manage the moving pieces allowed us to truly be present and enjoy every moment. And our guests noticed too! They commented on how smoothly everything flowed, how well everything was organized, and how beautifully the entire celebration came together. Our wedding weekend, including our welcome party, was everything we hoped it would be—and so much of that was because of the incredible team at Ivory Events.     Incredibly disappointing experience

    We were very disappointed in our experience working with Ivory Events for our wedding this summer. I booked their partial planning package more than a year in advance of our wedding. I knew that I wanted to do a lot of the planning myself, but wanted more support and guidance than what is offered in their day-of coordination. Looking back, I truly wish I would have gone in a different direction with another planner. Communication was a major issue from the start. We rarely received proactive updates from their team and always had to be the one to reach out first to get answers or find out where things stook. I often felt like I was managing the planning process entirely by myself. I would get on check-in calls with our planner and I would have to guide the entire conversation, ask the questions, and bring up items we needed to discuss. For a service that is supposed to provide guidance and take some of the stress out of wedding planning, this was incredibly discouraging. Things became especially difficult about 3-4 months before our wedding, when our planner essentially went radio silent on us. We weren't getting responses to emails, updates or check ins for several weeks. We eventually found out from another member of their team that she was dealing with a health issue, which we completely sympathize with and understand that was out of her control. Our issue wasn't that she had to step away, it was the lack of communication from the rest of the team during that time. We were told they were putting another lead planner on our team, yet we never once met this person or heard from her. We were repeatedly passed between different people without a clear point of contact, which left us confused and frustrated during a critical part of the planning process. Several details were also missed on the wedding day, particularly related to decor and the timeline. We completely understand that things don't go perfectly on any wedding day, but these were details that we had discussed ahead of time and should not have been missed.

    Incredible

    Hiring Ivory Events was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the very beginning, Honey and her team were professional, responsive, organized, and genuinely invested in making our wedding day everything we envisioned. Honey brings an incredible amount of experience and knowledge to the planning process. She helped us navigate the countless details that go into a wedding, kept everything moving forward, and made sure we never felt overwhelmed. She was always there to answer questions, provide guidance, and make sure nothing fell through the cracks. On our wedding day, the Ivory Events team was absolutely invaluable. They coordinated with our vendors, managed the timeline, handled setup and all the behind-the-scenes details, and quickly addressed anything that came up. Having their team there allowed us to stop worrying about logistics and simply enjoy our wedding with our family and friends. What really stood out was how calm and professional Honey and her team remained throughout the entire process. They were always several steps ahead and made everything feel effortless.     Best decision!

    Honey, Earlie and Ivory Events were an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. Honey was incredibly easy to communicate with throughout the entire planning process, always responsive to our questions and making sure we stayed on track.
