Honey Ahijevych of Ivory Events Co. and the entire Ivory team were a dream to work with. As a family without a ton of prior wedding-planning experience, we truly appreciated how approachable, organized, and supportive their entire team was from start to finish. I plan corporate events for a living, so I came into the process comfortable with contracts, run of shows and vendor management — but what mattered most to me was having a team that could provide a thoughtfully curated list of trusted, proven vendors in Colorado. Honey delivered exactly that. Every single vendor we worked with was exceptional, and I truly credit Honey and her team for guiding us toward such an incredible group of professionals. We also navigated a unique situation: our venue at the Limelight Boulder was still under construction when we booked it, so we were essentially planning alongside an evolving space. Honey handled this with grace, flexibility, and steady confidence, helping us adjust and make thoughtful decisions as the venue came together. Throughout the process, Honey was not just our planner — she was a calming, supportive presence who genuinely understood what mattered most to us. Our wedding was planned in under ten months, yet nothing ever felt rushed or overwhelming. The attention to detail, organization, and care shown to both us and our family made all the difference. I hired Ivory Events for day-of coordination, and I can confidently say they went far above and beyond anything I expected.
