    The Coordinator Every Couple Needs

    Vivian was absolutely incredible! Sitting at our table and taking it all in for the first time felt like stepping into a fairy tale. The timeline flowed seamlessly, and knowing Vivian had everything handled allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our wedding day. She truly felt like a teammate throughout the planning process, supporting my vision and bringing it to life. Having her as the point person for all of our vendors gave us complete peace of mind—we never had to worry about what was happening behind the scenes and were simply able to soak in every moment together.

    The absolute best!

    Working with Vivian was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. She made the entire planning process feel smooth and approachable, and when the wedding day arrived, everything came together exactly as we had envisioned.     Dream Coordinator

    Vivian was such a huge relief for Wyatt and me! She took the stress off my shoulders and made sure our wedding day went perfectly. She listened to my vision, supported us every step of the way, and knew exactly what to do when challenges came up, like when a groomsman dropped out, she handled it so smoothly. I love any style that truly reflects the couple. I have done backyard DIY weddings to barn weddings. Also wedding at the most elegant venues that typically have their own event managers. However, having your own event manager not with the venue allows ensures you receive what you envisioned without any issue.
