I started Four O’Clock Events to help my clients plan their epic event – on their terms. Whether it’s a Halloween wedding, a surprise engagement party, or a brewery party with your nearest and dearest, I’m here to make your vision come to life! We’ll work as a team throughout the entire process so you will be 100% supported along the way. When the day arrives, my team and I will be in charge of the details on the backend, that way you can truly ENJOY the day you’ve worked so hard to put together. I’m here to ensure that you enjoy the journey just as much as the destination!

My partial planning package is more of a build-your-own package. You tell me what you all need help with and together we'll create a custom package! That pricing starts around $3,500.

My month-of package is more of an all-encompassing day-of package and starts at $2,300.

    If you're in the process of researching wedding coordinators, let this be your sign that Brooke with Four O'Clock Events is your ANSWER! Look no further! Seriously, where do we begin about what an amazing experience we had with Brooke?! When we first met Brooke, she instantly felt like a long-lost friend - so down to earth, easy to be around, and amazing positive energy. We met in-person twice before our wedding to tour our venue and then discuss month of tasks. After each meeting, we felt empowered, not overwhelmed, for the next round of planning. Brooke's approach is thoughtful and detail-oriented while staying focused on what really matters - the 2 of you getting married! She thought of solutions for the most random things (e.g. milk crates for transporting china plates) or had answers ready in an instant (e.g. the perfect tablecloth sizes). She has easy-to-use documents for tracking important logistics and getting organized. Then...the wedding day! People have asked how our wedding day was, and we've been able to say, "everything went perfectly!" which we know is because of Brooke's incredible problem-solving and event-expertise. We had people coming up to us the next day saying she thought of things they never would have thought of. We're sure things happened behind the scenes that we knew nothing about because Brooke is a problem-solver and collaborated so well with our vendors and guests. We were able to just focus on being together rather than logistics. I know how much research has to be done throughout the wedding process, but please! trust me when I say hiring Brooke is THE best decision you'll make for your wedding day :) We love you, Brooke!!!!

    Brooke was absolutely outstanding! We only hired her a month out, but she asked all the right questions & stayed down at our venue the entire day to field anything that happened. People who weren’t even part of the wedding told me they thought she had done a fantastic job/went above & beyond.

    Wow, Brooke really thought of everything and more! She was so on top of everything and helped keep us on track to get everything done. She really went above and beyond and saved the day with our florals for our arch when they didn’t arrive

    I can’t even write this review without crying because Brooke being my wedding planner has meant so much to me. I expressed to her a rough version of my vision and she really just ran with it, took care of all the details, pulled it together and created the most perfect day for me and my family. I absolutely could not have done it without her and I wouldn’t have wanted to. She works tirelessly, always with a kind positive attitude, and was always wonderful to me even when I had bridezilla moments. On the day of the wedding she pulled everything together and I had the wedding of my dreams while she coordinated all my vendors, everything at my venue, managed my guests - she just did everything. It’s honestly shocking how easy she makes it look when it is such a huge amount of coordination. I initially interviewed her and one other planner and I just have been so thankful every day leading up to my wedding that it was Brooke working with me. She will always be a really special part of my wedding day memory.
