I promise you won't regret hiring Evelyn!
1000/10!! Evelyn is nothing less than a wedding rock star! We hired Evelyn for partial planning, design services and day-of coordination for our wedding that was (literally) across the country. She helped as find and book a majority of our vendors, all of which deserve their own 5-star reviews. She was extremely responsive and organized throughout the entire process. She did multiple site visits to ensure that our design could be accomplished. We had issues with a venue coordinator making promises that could not be kept that resulted in design changes, not once, but FOUR times, even as close to the date as 2 weeks and despite those set backs Evelyn handled it with the utmost professionalism and was still able to deliver on our (less than traditional) vision! We've had multiple guests say it was the best wedding they have ever attended and we couldn't agree more! If there were fires that needed put out, we (the bride and groom) never heard about them. The day was scheduled down to the minute and there was flawless execution across the board. It was truly the best day of our lives and we were able to enjoy every moment of it knowing full well everything was handled that needed handling. OH and did I mention that by the time we hired Evelyn, we had less than 6 months to accomplish EVERYTHING?! Yup - she's THAT good. If you need a wedding planner, look no further. Evelyn is your planner!!

Love & Laughter Weddings made our wedding dreams come true! It was honestly the best day of my life, and I still can’t believe how perfectly everything came together. Evelyn and her team didn’t just bring my Pinterest board to life, they somehow made it even more beautiful than I could have ever imagined. They were kind, thoughtful, and genuinely fun to work with. Throughout the whole planning process they felt more like friends than just planners. I always felt supported and taken care of and they made everything feel so easy. I can’t recommend them enough. 5 stars isn’t even enough for how amazing this team is!!
Flawless planning with the kindest team!
Working with Evelyn and the Love & Laughter Weddings team was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding! From the very beginning, we felt like we were in the hands of people who truly cared not just about the logistics, but about us as a couple. Evelyn and her team are the kindest, most genuine humans, and it honestly felt like we were planning with family who loved us and wanted the day to be as perfect as we did. Their communication was amazing, always available, always supportive, and always listening (especially during the moments when wedding planning stress kicked in!). They brought our vision to life in ways we couldn’t have imagined, and made the entire process feel joyful and exciting. We truly could not have done this without them. Every woman on this team is incredibly talented, thoughtful, and passionate about what they do. We’re forever grateful and we can’t recommend Love & Laughter Weddings enough. If you’re lucky enough to work with them, you’re in the best hands possible.
Don't Waste Your Time
I do not recommend working with Love & Laughter Weddings. We went under contract with Evelyn to do partial wedding planning on February 6th, for our August 9th wedding, and paid the retaining deposit. By Monday, February 24th, I had not heard one word from Evelyn, other than her emailing us blank Google documents for us to enter some information into. It was never discussed. 2/24, I texted her to see if we could talk, so I could catch her up on some vendors that I locked in, and to ask for her help with a few things. She said she was busy, but would make time to talk to us Thursday or Friday. She texted me around noon on Friday to see if we could still talk that day. It was a relief to hear back from her! I caught her up on things I'd completed, and she promised to get back to us on Monday with a timeline for our date, and further information I had requested. On this call, I did ask about the possibility of downgrading our package from partial, to month of, since I was continuing to do all of the planning and work. I was very clear that I didn't mean to offend her in the question, and that we were happy to be moving forward with her either way. She seemed to receive the inquiry just fine, and not surprisingly said she could not downgrade the planning package. Ok, totally fine! You can imagine my surprise when I received an email from her the following Monday, March 3rd, that did not include the promised information, but instead said that she was canceling our contract because she believed we needed someone to help with decor, and who aligned better with our needs and vision?? We wouldn't have chosen her in the first place if either party didn't feel like she aligned with our vision and needs... and if I can figure out a florist, dj, photographer, venue, etc, I can surely handle decor rentals. That obviously was not what we hired her for, and our needs did not change from our initial conversations with her, other than things that I completed myself, that I was hoping she would be able to help me with, and didn't. She canceled our contract on us, without any discussion, and without having done literally one thing for us in the planning process in the month that she was under contract with us. So, now we're a month further down the line, with less planner options as our date grows closer, now only 5 months away, and having to start completely from scratch in finding a wedding planner. Do not waste your time or energy. Unbelievably unprofessional.
