We are a client focused and family oriented wedding and events team. That’s right; we do other events too! There’s nothing we won’t try to do to make your day the best day to remember. Couldn’t have done it without her!
My wife and I had many dreams of DIYing and doing things ourselves. Our venue added a clause that we needed a day of coordinator so we went on a search hoping to just meet the new venue requirement. Little did we know that we were going to stumble upon one of the biggest blessings we had while planning our wedding. Justine, head contact at mills memories, was a life saver from the very first meeting! Extremely relatable and took the time to get to know us and immediately started to help our dreams come true. I quickly realized I was in over my head and was so grateful we hired someone with experience and professionalism. Justine made sure we had a timeline that was seamless, assisted me questions for my other vendors and came up with many solutions when things came up. The title day of coordinator did not fit Justine; she assisted well beyond that! The day of our wedding we didn’t worry about a thing! We couldn’t recommend her services enough! 10/10
Above & Beyond from Beginning to End!
We absolutely LOVED working with Justine at Mills Memories for our special day! Justine went above and beyond at every step of the way for us. We knew we needed a coordinator for the day of, but Justine met with us about once a month for almost a full year leading up to the wedding. She made sure we were staying on track with all the to-dos and even provided a checklist for us to work through. The week of the wedding she was on top of everything. All of our other vendors sang her praises and we can confirm, working with Justine made our whole wedding day so much smoother. She also came to our rehearsal which was a huge help, not only because it was great that she knew how everything at the church should go on the day of, but also because I had a wardrobe malfunction and she was there to help my matron of honor sew me into my rehearsal dinner dress. To top it all off, when we were going through the cards from our wedding night, we found the sweetest card from Justine, which was such a beautifully kind gesture. We are so grateful for all the hard work and dedication that Justine put into our wedding day and we can’t recommend her enough!

I got to work with Justine as the coordinator for a wedding, and she was amazing! Super organized, easy to communicate with, and kept the day running smoothly. She made my job so much easier, and everything flowed perfectly. Would be happy to work together again anytime!

Where do we begin?! Justine has been an absolute saint helping us with planning our wedding and we wouldn’t have been about to do it without her! With the stress that comes with planning a wedding, I think Justine doubled as a therapist as well She is patient, professional, and so supportive! Having her there on our wedding day allowed us to enjoy our time and we are so so incredibly grateful to have come across her! We love you Justine!
