From managing timelines and vendors to overseeing every last detail, we ensure everything runs smoothly. EventJoy plans weddings and wedding-related celebrations, as well as other special events. We want you to be present, relaxed, and focused on celebrating.

    The perfect day of coordinator

    Steph was an amazing day-of coordinator for us. She created a detailed plan for the day of to stay organized. She reached out several times ahead of the wedding to make sure she understood every detail of our vision. She really stayed on top it all, which gave us so much peace of mind during the wedding planning process. On the day of our wedding, Steph was incredible. Every problem that arose, she fixed discretely. We were able to have the wedding of our dreams with zero hiccups because of Steph's help. I couldn't imagine how the day of our wedding would've gone without Steph. Whether it was her meeting us at the picture location with fashion tape because of an issue with my dress, meeting me with an iced coffee with a straw, or doing some really obscure behind-the-scene changes to make the details exactly how I wanted them. Steph was an amazing day-of coordinator for us. She is extremely reliable - I'd recommend her to anyone.

    EventJoy at Madison Hotel

    Stephanie at EventJoy was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From the very beginning, her communication was responsive, proactive and extremely helpful. Stephanie was professional, thorough and anticipatory in her approach, ensuring every detail was taken care of. She coordinated seamlessly with all of our vendors and helped set up some of the decor before the wedding. She caught that some of the decor was not set up correctly by the venue's maitre'd and fixed it, and she knew the space inside and out. She truly went above and beyond to make our special day run smoothly. We absolutely recommend Stephanie and EventJoy!

    She Brought Our Vision to life

    Stephanie was absolutely incredible! From start to finish, she made the entire day feel effortless. I never had to worry about a thing—she handled every detail with calm professionalism and made sure everything ran smoothly behind the scenes. She took my Canva vision board and brought it to life even better than I imagined. The décor, the flow of the day, every little moment felt perfectly curated.     Best Coordinator EVER

    I could never say enough amazing things about Stephanie, truly one of the best decisions made during wedding planning. Her communication was efficient, easy, and open throughout the entire planning process. She is incredibly organized, detail-oriented, and creative in bringing our vision to life. Anything we needed, she had us covered. Stephanie decorated the entire ceremony space and reception beautifully and kept everyone and everything running smoothly on the day of. The end result was even better than we could have imagined - she truly made our special day unforgettable.

    The Best Coordinator We Could Have Asked For

    We absolutely loved working with Stephanie! She made everything about our wedding day run flawlessly. She was incredibly organized, prepared, and on top of every detail from start to finish. Not only did she handle our wedding day, but she also flawlessly coordinated our welcome party the night before and our rehearsal with the entire wedding party. Leading up to the big day, we met with her several times to walk through every detail, and she even created a full binder with everything we could possibly need. Her professionalism made the entire experience stress-free.

We can meet as many or as few times as you'd like! I'm here to take away any stress during the planning process and during the day of your event.
No. Only one wedding per day/weekend.
You don't know what you don't know! I'm here to make sure no detail is missed when planning your big day. Wedding planning can also be very stressful and my job is to alleviate that stress and let you enjoy the special occasion.
We work with couples in Northern New Jersey, but would travel outside the area for an added cost.
I typically arrive 1-2 hours prior to the photographer for weddings and will stay until the end of the day. For other events, I will arrive 1-2 hours prior to the start time and stay until the end. All as needed.
The earlier the better! We typically recommend at least 3 months out from your wedding or event.
