    From the very first meeting with Jenna and Amalia, I knew they were the ones to help plan my special day. I didn’t need to meet with anyone else — I clicked with them immediately. Their warmth, kindness, and creativity put me completely at ease, and throughout the planning process they always came prepared with thoughtful ideas and solutions. Our planning meetings honestly felt more like I was just hanging out with my best friends than a meeting with my wedding planners. On the day of my wedding, I was full of nerves and anxiety — until I saw them step out of the car. In that moment, all of the stress lifted. Jenna and Amalia have such a calming presence; they anticipated every detail, solved problems before they even reached me, and made sure I could be fully present and enjoy my day. And honestly they are just FUN to be around. My wedding couldn’t have been more perfect, and so much of that is thanks to them. Somewhere between the planning meetings, the endless texts, and the joy of the wedding day, Jenna and Amalia became more than planners — they became people I want in my life forever. My family absolutely fell in love with them too; we’re already planning dinners and future hangouts. That’s the kind of impact they have — they don’t just plan weddings, they become part of your story. I cannot recommend The Butterfly Effect Weddings enough. If you want planners who will not only execute your vision flawlessly but also make the entire process joyful and stress-free, Jenna and Amalia are it.     Hiring Jenna and Amalia was absolutely the best choice I made for my wedding!!!! They truly understood my vision (and then some) and did a great job repurposing flowers and other props throughout the night. They were a total blast and so supportive the whole night! And best of all they were two of the nicest people I've met. If you're considering a day of coordinator, HIRE THEM!!!!

    Jenna and Amalia were absolutely amazing leading up to and through our wedding weekend. In the weeks beforehand they did a great job keeping us organized, tying up loose ends, mocking up decor, communicating with many vendors, and finding us a last minute videographer within budget. We had many moving parts during our wedding weekend and they were behind the scenes ninjas making sure that everything looked stunning and people were where they needed to be. From the first meeting we could feel their authenticity and care for making our wedding everything we wanted it to be, and they delivered that and more. They always made themselves available to us throughout the process and never made us feel like we were behind or unprepared though sometimes we definitely were. Our wedding weekend had numerous events, cultural moments, vendors, and moving parts especially because it was a summer camp-Indian-Peruvian-fusion wedding, but nothing seemed to dim this team’s ambition. Jenna’s enthusiasm and excitement were always a source of light and encouragement for us in some of the tougher days leading up to the wedding and Amalia’s cool demeanor and get stuff done attitude moved everything along with ease. Despite the tight schedule and challenges we threw at them, Jenna and Amalia made both me and my husband feel grounded after every interaction. Seeing their smiling faces in the crowd during the weekend events was always a source of comfort. They make an incredibly balanced and capable team. PS they were so great with our pup too!

    It was amazing to work with Amalia and Jenna on our mutual client’s spectacular destination wedding weekend at our Tyler Hill venue.
