From the time you book, we provide tools, guidance, and open communication, ensuring a seamless handoff when we step in. Whether you book us for partial planning, month-of or day-of coordination, we're here for you with vendor recommendations, expert advice, or for quick contract reviews. We also have connections with an incredible group of vendors. We believe in supporting individual business owners and artists, especially those who work in weddings alongside other pursuits in theatre, fashion, beauty and other creative industries.

| Description | Just got engaged and want someone there for you throughout the whole planning process? We're there from venue planning to vendor selection to the day of. We take a small number of full service clients per year, and your planners will block off the month of the wedding so you and your event have our full attention! | Partial Planning or Month of Coordination are for the couples that have started planning their wedding but want an expert to step in for the final phases. For all packages, we will communicate from the time of booking. For partial planning, the bulk of our work together starts 12 weeks out. For month of, we start meeting weekly 6 weeks out and includes timeline creation. | Day of Coordination is for the couple who has planned their whole wedding and needs someone to execute their plans for the day. Five Stars Plus!
If I could give Elizabeth Treimanis Events more than five stars, I would. We were fortunate to have Elizabeth as our planner for our NYC wedding in August 2026. Planning a wedding remotely from San Francisco and Dallas on a short timeline was a challenge, and there is no way we could have pulled it off without her. Before the wedding, Elizabeth helped with everything from securing hotel room blocks, recommending vendors, scheduling transportation, and finding organist to recommending a babysitter for an out-of-town guest. She established relationships with all of our vendors and handled the big things—making sure insurance requirements were met, building and managing our day-of schedule, and serving as our single point of contact. But she also had a keen eye for the small details, whether it was hiding visible electrical cords or upgrading and steaming cocktail table linens. She even assembled and delivered our welcome bags to multiple hotels, which was no small task. She also gave us terrific input on our reception menu, color coordination, and ceremony music. Our wedding weekend was definitely a heavy lift, but Elizabeth adeptly managed all of it: coordinating the logistics of four separate venues and multiple guest hotels, navigating Manhattan traffic and surprise road closures, keeping our bouquets alive in the August heat, making sure every wrinkle was steamed from my dress, and keeping everyone on schedule. In short, Elizabeth and her team handled all the stressful wedding details so my husband and I could focus on our family and friends and actually enjoy our events. We didn't have to worry about who was meeting the florist, when we needed to leave for sunset photos, or who was taking our cake and other items back to the hotel after the reception—because Elizabeth took care of all of that and so much more. Our guests are still talking about how lovely the wedding weekend was, how much fun they had, and how seamlessly everything flowed. None of that would have been possible without Elizabeth Treimanis Events. Wedding planning is stressful. Working with Elizabeth was not. She is incredibly organized, a clear communicator, and exceptionally professional, while also having a wonderfully calm and kind demeanor. We truly cannot say enough about how wonderful our experience was or how grateful we are to Elizabeth and the entire ETE team for going above and beyond to make our wedding weekend such a success.

An Amazing Experience Working Together!
Working with Elizabeth at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden was an absolute pleasure. She is incredibly organized, communicative, and calm under pressure, and she truly couldn't have made my job as the DJ any easier. The couple were both very busy doctors and entrusted so much of the planning and coordination to Elizabeth. Every detail was thoughtfully handled, the timeline ran seamlessly, and she kept everyone informed throughout the day, making the entire event feel effortless. One thing that really stood out was the dinner setup. Elizabeth also designed all of the floral arrangements, and they were some of the most beautiful I've seen. The room looked absolutely stunning, and it was clear how much care and creativity went into every detail. Working alongside vendors like Elizabeth makes such a difference. She's professional, kind, incredibly talented, and genuinely invested in creating an amazing experience for her couples. I would recommend her without hesitation and would love the opportunity to work with her again!

Fantastic experience with Liz’s team!
I worked with Ashley, one of Liz’s team members and she was amazing. She was very sweet and easy to communicate so everything was really seamless! If you're looking for a planner who combines genuine warmth with exceptional organizational skills, Elizabeth Treimanis Events is absolutely worth considering. Save yourself the stress - book with Liz!
Liz and her team brought my dream wedding to life. Liz made herself available a number of times leading up to the wedding day to review the plans and give suggestions. On the big day I didn't have to lift a single finger. Liz and her team took care of everything, from picking up ice for a cooler and making a pit stop to pick up white claws when we ran out. They kept the whole day running smoothly and the entire day went off with out a hitch - or at least for all I know! I appreciated her and the team so much it's hard to put into words. My wedding was perfect down to the second and it wouldn't have happened without Liz and her team! They were all excellent communicators, professionals, and FUN! Thank you Liz for helping us pull off our dream wedding!

Wedding Planning - without the stress!
My husband and I attempted to plan our entire wedding ourselves, but about 4-5 months prior I totally panicked when I realized I just didnt know what I didnt know; Enter Liz (a godsend!). Liz is fantastic to work with - she's calm, well organized, and creative. Exactly what you need from a planner! Liz helped us think of every last thing we needed to prep for before our wedding weekend so that there weren't any surprises. Liz interfaced extremely well with our other vendors and kept them on track leading up to and day of. She kept everyone informed as we developed and fine tuned our detailed day of schedule, which ensured everything went smoothly. When it comes to creativity, Liz is who you want in your corner. She has a talent for calligraphy and hand wrote all of our place cards, hand painted names on all of the ribbons around our menus (and hunted through stores for the perfect ribbon color), hand painted our table numbers, and got a special stamp made of one of the key design elements throughout our wedding. Liz and her team also constructed 100 welcome bags from the various items I shipped to her and then hand delivered all of them to our different hotel blocks. After our wedding, she and her staff even packed up and stored all the items from the wedding overnight and then delivered them to us the next day. These were the types of things I didn’t know how to plan for (and that kept me up at night) before we hired Liz, and she just simply handled them without an issue. If you are looking for full or partial planning, I highly recommend working with Liz!
