Her capable team is made up of wedding coordinators and assistants from diverse professional backgrounds, from executive assistants to startup vets to creative industry pros. Her team brings a unique perspective to your wedding, drawing on expert knowledge from the wedding industry and beyond.

From the time you book, we provide tools, guidance, and open communication, ensuring a seamless handoff when we step in. Description

Just got engaged and want someone there for you throughout the whole planning process? We're there from venue planning to vendor selection to the day of. We take a small number of full service clients per year, and your planners will block off the month of the wedding so you and your event have our full attention!

Partial Planning or Month of Coordination are for the couples that have started planning their wedding but want an expert to step in for the final phases. For all packages, we will communicate from the time of booking. For partial planning, the bulk of our work together starts 12 weeks out. For month of, we start meeting weekly 6 weeks out and includes timeline creation.

Day of Coordination is for the couple who has planned their whole wedding and needs someone to execute their plans for the day. Does not include timeline creation.

    A few months out from my wedding, I reached out to Elizabeth in need of a lot of help organizing, planning, and executing many ideas. Elizabeth was INCREDIBLE. She did not only help make the day run smoothly, but spent so much time hand writing all of my guest escort cards using beautiful calligraphy and writing each guests name on a bow on all of our menus to add a personal touch. She even met me at my final dress fitting when my mom was unable to travel in town. On the wedding day, Elizabeth and her husband Josh went above and beyond. They brought such a calm and efficient presence that is so needed on a wedding day. The day couldn't have been more perfect and my husband and I are so glad we had Elizabeth to make the day so special.

    Elizabeth and her team made our wedding day so smooth! My fiance and I had done a ton of planning and organizing leading up to our wedding, but brought in Elizabeth to help execute on the day. They nailed it and made everything look so beautiful, including incorporating different lovely touches (like adding flowers to the easel that held our seating chart) that we didn't think to ask them to do. They were proactive and communicative and ready to jump in wherever they were needed. Two particularly memorable save-the-day moments: 1) when I needed deodorant after so much dancing and Elizabeth had some I could borrow without messing up my dress, and 2) when some unexpected confetti left a mark on the floor and they had wipes that made it disappear. We felt very cared for and waaaaay less stressed than we would have been otherwise. Hiring them enabled us to genuinely enjoy our day. Thank you, Elizabeth and team!

    Choosing Elizabeth Treimanis Events for partial wedding planning was, hands down, the best money we spent throughout the entire process. We thought we could handle everything ourselves, but as the stress mounted, she stepped in and truly kept us sane. Her value was immediate. From the moment we started working with her, she provided constant support and strategic guidance, acting as our ultimate resource. She made many helpful recommendations, connecting us with true professionals who perfectly matched our style and budget, saving us countless hours of searching and vetting. On the day itself, she and her team was a master of logistics. She took all the moving parts, all the last-minute details, and masterfully pulled the entire day together flawlessly. Everything was seamless, smooth, and perfectly timed, allowing us to completely relax and actually enjoy being the couple getting married. If you are debating hiring a planner, especially for partial services, stop debating and hire her immediately. She is worth every penny and more!

    Hiring Elizabeth for month-of coordination was truly one of the best decisions that we made during the wedding planning process. We experienced a fairly large hiccup six months out when our restaurant buy-out canceled, and Elizabeth went above and beyond in ensuring that we found a suitable replacement. She is someone who will truly go to bat for you. Elizabeth was kind, helpful, responsive, and organized throughout the entire process of working with her. We were able to let go and relax the last week before our wedding because we knew her team had our back. They handled deliveries, pick-ups, moving stuff, set-up, ceremony timing-- you name it and they were there. Our September 2025 wedding day was fantastic (I might be biased, but probably the best wedding I've been to) and it went so smoothly in large part to Elizabeth and her crew. True pros. In a nutshell: Hire Elizabeth!
