Her capable team is made up of wedding coordinators and assistants from diverse professional backgrounds, from executive assistants to startup vets to creative industry pros. From the time you book, we provide tools, guidance, and open communication, ensuring a seamless handoff when we step in. Whether you book us for partial planning, month-of or day-of coordination, we're here for you with vendor recommendations, expert advice, or for quick contract reviews. We also have connections with an incredible group of vendors. We believe in supporting individual business owners and artists, especially those who work in weddings alongside other pursuits in theatre, fashion, beauty and other creative industries.

| Description | Just got engaged and want someone there for you throughout the whole planning process? We're there from venue planning to vendor selection to the day of. We take a small number of full service clients per year, and your planners will block off the month of the wedding so you and your event have our full attention! | Partial Planning or Month of Coordination are for the couples that have started planning their wedding but want an expert to step in for the final phases. For all packages, we will communicate from the time of booking. For partial planning, the bulk of our work together starts 12 weeks out. For month of, we start meeting weekly 6 weeks out and includes timeline creation. | Day of Coordination is for the couple who has planned their whole wedding and needs someone to execute their plans for the day. Does not include timeline creation. |

Wedding Planning - without the stress!
My husband and I attempted to plan our entire wedding ourselves, but about 4-5 months prior I totally panicked when I realized I just didnt know what I didnt know; Enter Liz (a godsend!). Liz is fantastic to work with - she's calm, well organized, and creative. Exactly what you need from a planner! Liz helped us think of every last thing we needed to prep for before our wedding weekend so that there weren't any surprises. Liz interfaced extremely well with our other vendors and kept them on track leading up to and day of. She kept everyone informed as we developed and fine tuned our detailed day of schedule, which ensured everything went smoothly. When it comes to creativity, Liz is who you want in your corner. She has a talent for calligraphy and hand wrote all of our place cards, hand painted names on all of the ribbons around our menus (and hunted through stores for the perfect ribbon color), hand painted our table numbers, and got a special stamp made of one of the key design elements throughout our wedding. Liz and her team also constructed 100 welcome bags from the various items I shipped to her and then hand delivered all of them to our different hotel blocks. After our wedding, she and her staff even packed up and stored all the items from the wedding overnight and then delivered them to us the next day. These were the types of things I didn’t know how to plan for (and that kept me up at night) before we hired Liz, and she just simply handled them without an issue. If you are looking for full or partial planning, I highly recommend working with Liz!

Awesome Planners
Elizabeth Treimanis Events was the perfect wedding planner for us. From the beginning, their communication style was easygoing, detailed and extremely helpful as we navigated the wedding planning process. The quality of their work and the value they provided was truly exceptional - they were thorough, creative and went above and beyond to ensure our special day was flawless. For example, they helped us organize our thoughts and priorities before the wedding so that on the day of, we could simply focus on celebrating with our loved ones. Additionally, we booked our hair and makeup providers, wedding cake baker and our photographers based on their recommendations and the whole team delivered perfectly. They also expertly dealt with a last-minute issue that came up with our shuttle reservation, handling it professionally so we didn't have to worry. Erica and Ashley, our day-of team, were indispensable and so helpful in dealing with inevitable stressors and guest questions. The partial planning package was exactly what we needed, and we're so grateful to Elizabeth Treimanis Events for making our wedding day truly unforgettable.

AMAZING
A few months out from my wedding, I reached out to Elizabeth in need of a lot of help organizing, planning, and executing many ideas. Elizabeth was INCREDIBLE. She did not only help make the day run smoothly, but spent so much time hand writing all of my guest escort cards using beautiful calligraphy and writing each guests name on a bow on all of our menus to add a personal touch. She even met me at my final dress fitting when my mom was unable to travel in town. On the wedding day, Elizabeth and her husband Josh went above and beyond. They brought such a calm and efficient presence that is so needed on a wedding day. The day couldn't have been more perfect and my husband and I are so glad we had Elizabeth to make the day so special.

Such a huge help!
Elizabeth and her team made our wedding day so smooth! My fiance and I had done a ton of planning and organizing leading up to our wedding, but brought in Elizabeth to help execute on the day. They nailed it and made everything look so beautiful, including incorporating different lovely touches (like adding flowers to the easel that held our seating chart) that we didn't think to ask them to do. They were proactive and communicative and ready to jump in wherever they were needed. Two particularly memorable save-the-day moments: 1) when I needed deodorant after so much dancing and Elizabeth had some I could borrow without messing up my dress, and 2) when some unexpected confetti left a mark on the floor and they had wipes that made it disappear. We felt very cared for and waaaaay less stressed than we would have been otherwise. Hiring them enabled us to genuinely enjoy our day. Thank you, Elizabeth and team!
