Description

This package is built out for the engaged couple that might not know where to begin or for those that already have a lot on their plate and are not looking to take on the stress and time it takes to plan a wedding. The full-service wedding package includes venue scouting, vendor sourcing, wedding design, budget management, unlimited meetings, guest management, and more.

The partial planning package is ideal for the couple who have already completed portions of their wedding planning and require less assistance than full service. This is designed to allow a hands-on role in your planning journey with some professional guidance. This package is the most customizable with some select vendor sourcing as needed, vendor coordination, and more leading up to flawless execution onsite at your wedding.

Your venue is booked, and vendors secured, but you’re looking for some help making sure your hard work is executed to perfection on the big day. More than just wedding day management, we will begin working together 6-8 weeks before your wedding to take it across the finish line! Coordinating final vendor meetings, day-of timeline, floor plan design, and more are included in this package.

    We worked with Rebecca from RS events for our wedding in March 2024 as a partial planner and day-of coordinator. She was fantastic! Extremely helpful in keeping us on track with all of the many necessary deadlines. Rebecca made the whole day so seamless. Between working with the florist, band, catering, photographer, videographer - Rebecca handled all of it, leaving us to just enjoy the day! She was also a great resource for recommendations for hair and makeup, and photo booth. We definitely recommend working with Rebecca and couldn't have had a better experience!

    Becca was extraordinary. She excels in her field. Initially, we attempted to organize our wedding independently, but upon meeting Becca through a friend's referral, we quickly realized her value. In our first meeting, Becca efficiently identified our oversights, setting us on a successful path while reassuring us about our previous efforts, significantly reducing stress. Remarkably attentive, Becca was even available during her honeymoon, proactively arranging meetings and ensuring everything was managed. She consistently followed up with detailed action items and summaries, fostering a sense of confidence that nothing could go awry. This led to a flawless wedding day, executed exactly as planned. Becca patiently accommodated my frequent indecisiveness and unconventional ideas, a trait I deeply appreciated. On the wedding day, she seamlessly coordinated everything, traveling between my hotel and Tami's location, ensuring all details were handled discreetly.     We worked with RS Events for day of coordination and Rebecca was a pleasure to work with. Leading up to the wedding, we had a couple of sessions over Zoom and I always left those sessions feeling a huge weight off my shoulders. Planning a wedding is so stressful and you don't know what you don't know but Rebecca does! She is there to ask you all the questions that you haven't thought about. The day before the wedding, we did a walkthrough at the venue and I was so grateful to know that Rebecca would be on top of everything and that I could really let go of all the details and stressors and enjoy the day. On the day of Rebecca checked in with all the vendors and I didn't even need to be on my phone, I knew that everything would be good to go! The event went off without a hitch and I know a lot of that was owed to Rebecca's work behind the scenes!

    Rebecca did an amazing job with our day of coordination and we are so thankful for it! We scheduled a few additional consultations with her on top of the normal 6-8 week in advance of the help that is normal for the package we opted for. We met every few weeks before the wedding to confirm we had everything planned and were aligned for the day of. She was friendly, outgoing and very professional. We felt comfortable talking to her about our many ideas and she talked through all of them with us, even the crazy ones! We had one minor issue with the communication with the caterer. Rebecca had created the contract with the caterer and we were told that the caterer would pick up and clean after the wedding, but everything was left and we had to clean it up ourselves the next morning. The caterer also kept telling everyone that we were running out of alcohol, when we indeed had plenty more leftover the next day. These issues didn't take away from our day at all, everything came out just as we wanted and we didn't even hear about these until the next day, but it's just worth noting to remember for future weddings! Overall, she was great to work with and I'm excited to follow along on her journey as she helps other couples as well.
