We believe that hiring a wedding planner equates to bringing on a teammate, a partner, and a confidant through your planning journey. We’ve been to and planned a lot of weddings and are here to provide guidance and expertise to design a wedding that is uniquely you.

Description

This package is built out for the engaged couple that might not know where to begin or for those that already have a lot on their plate and are not looking to take on the stress and time it takes to plan a wedding. The full-service wedding package includes venue scouting, vendor sourcing, wedding design, budget management, unlimited meetings, guest management, and more.

The partial planning package is ideal for the couple who have already completed portions of their wedding planning and require less assistance than full service. This is designed to allow a hands-on role in your planning journey with some professional guidance. This package is the most customizable with some select vendor sourcing as needed, vendor coordination, and more leading up to flawless execution onsite at your wedding.

Your venue is booked, and vendors secured, but you’re looking for some help making sure your hard work is executed to perfection on the big day. More than just wedding day management, we will begin working together 6-8 weeks before your wedding to take it across the finish line! Coordinating final vendor meetings, day-of timeline, floor plan design, and more are included in this package.

    We used Rebecca as a coordinator for our wedding and we couldn't recommend her enough! She was on top of everything and helped us bring our vision to life. We had no stress on our wedding day, knowing that she was taking care of everything and it was more perfect than we could have imagined!

    We hired Rebecca as our month-of wedding coordinator and she exceeded all of our expectations. My husband and I moved not long before our wedding, and having Rebecca to coordinate with our vendors and keep us on task was a godsend during an otherwise frantic time in our lives. She kept everyone in line during our rehearsal (no small feat!) and made sure everything ran smoothly and according to schedule on the day of. Also, she’s just an incredible personality and we had a blast working with her. We can’t thank her enough!

    My husband Dan and I got married this past weekend and it was an outdoor, June wedding during a heat wave and entirely DIY! We definitely gave Rebecca a handful to accomplish, but she quickly eased my fears on set up. Our wedding was set up exactly as we imagined and we have Rebecca and her team to thank for this. She is so detailed oriented and quickly jumps on board with whatever your vision is. We felt at ease with her in charge to handle any issue or difficulty as it came. She truly loves what she does and we felt cared for on this special moment in our lives. Her team even broke down everything so wonderfully for us to pick up the next day alleviating a lot of work for us. I highly recommend Rebecca as she is passionate about this work and has a calming energy about her that any couple would be lucky to have on their wedding day. My only regret is not hiring as our full time planner instead of only day of coordinator as her insight was so valuable. Many thanks Rebecca!

    Rebecca is the best. Hire her if you can! She was the perfect fit for our wedding as a wedding coordinator. A clear communicator, a calming presence, and an overall awesome human being! She made it possible for my husband and I to keep our jobs during the planning process because she did so much to communicate with our vendors. She also helped us with some design work (with our florist) because we are not the most aesthetic couple in the world! If you are the type of couple who is excited for your wedding but feeling even slightly anxious about pulling it off, Rebecca will be your guide through it all so you can just enjoy yourself! As our day-of coordinator, she made sure everything leading up to the wedding was ready to go, and on the day-of, she did so much to make sure everything went smoothly. She's good people, as the saying goes, and you'll be happy you hired her!
