We believe that hiring a wedding planner equates to bringing on a teammate, a partner, and a confidant through your planning journey. Hiring the right planner will alleviate the stress and time it takes to plan a wedding because your time is valuable. We’ve been to and planned a lot of weddings and are here to provide guidance and expertise to design a wedding that is uniquely you. Fully booked for 2026 but available for weddings through December 2027!

Description

This package is built out for the engaged couple that might not know where to begin or for those that already have a lot on their plate and are not looking to take on the stress and time it takes to plan a wedding. The full-service wedding package includes venue scouting, vendor sourcing, wedding design, budget management, unlimited meetings, guest management, and more.

The partial planning package is ideal for the couple who have already completed portions of their wedding planning and require less assistance than full service. This is designed to allow a hands-on role in your planning journey with some professional guidance. This package is the most customizable with some select vendor sourcing as needed, vendor coordination, and more leading up to flawless execution onsite at your wedding.

Your venue is booked, and vendors secured, but you’re looking for some help making sure your hard work is executed to perfection on the big day. More than just wedding day management, we will begin working together 6-8 weeks before your wedding to take it across the finish line! Coordinating final vendor meetings, day-of timeline, floor plan design, and more are included in this package.

    Professional, friendly, lovely to work with!

    Rebecca really helped streamline our wedding planning process. She came prepared with templates and a clear timeline that kept us from feeling overwhelmed and made the (many!!) decisions seem manageable. What really helped us in particular was how she narrowed down our vendor options for hair, makeup, DJ, and photography to a few excellent choices; we ended up very happy picking from the vendors she recommended and saved ourselves so much time in the search. Rebecca also managed all our communications with vendors very smoothly, and always graciously listened to and would try to accommodate the random ideas/concerns/asks that would come up from us. We're so grateful to have had her on our team!!

    Rebecca is Truly Amazing!

    Our wedding day was absolutely perfect thanks to Rebecca! From start to finish, she was organized, proactive, communicative, timely, and reassuring throughout the entire process. Rebecca was personable and detail oriented. She eased our nerves during any stressful moments along the way. Rebecca also provided creative ideas and suggestions that really elevated our vision! Despite Rebecca’s maternity leave beginning prior to our wedding day, she ensured we were in great hands day of, as well as setting us up so the entire day ran smoothly. We’re so grateful for everything she did for us and highly recommend Rebecca for wedding planning and day of coordination!

    An Amazing Wedding Planner

    RS Events was an exceptional wedding planner to work with. Their communication style was clear, thorough, concise, and extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process. The quality of their work and attention to detail was excellent - they were extremely detail-oriented, efficient, and ensured everything was executed flawlessly. Rebecca, the lead planner, kept us on track each month leading up to the wedding, helping us complete all the necessary tasks. She was a true pleasure to work with - calm, confident, reassuring, and hard-working. Rebecca did a fantastic job, and I would highly recommend her and the RS Events team to any couple planning their wedding. Yes! We can help with your wedding weekend festivities including welcome/rehearsal dinners and farewell breakfasts. RS Events is also available to help with planning baby showers, bridal showers, as well as corporate events.
RS Events has recently relocated and is now based out of Norwalk, CT! We service weddings and events in the tri-state area (CT, NY, NJ) with the opportunity to travel outside of that region.
At RS Events we believe in collaboration, trustworthiness, dependability, and connection. We understand that wedding planning can be, well, a lot, but we’re here to make sure that it’s also fun! Your wedding is (hopefully) a once in a lifetime experience and we want you to celebrate and enjoy every part of it while also feeling confident you’re hitting key planning milestones.
Probably not the way you are thinking. Our Event Management package clients begin working with us 6-8 weeks out from their wedding day. There is so much that goes into your wedding that this gives us plenty of time to learn all the details you’ve worked so hard to plan. That way we are set up to execute your way day exactly how you’ve envisioned leaving you to relax and enjoy!
While we recommend the earlier the better, we understand, plans change and time is not always on our side. Send us a note and let's talk more!
