I've been in the food service industry for over almost 30 years, since my first job as a hot dog vendor for the New Haven Ravens when I was 16! I am passionate about food, especially nostalgic American comfort foods. And I love adding my own flair to make them unique. I grew up in New England and my cuisine is heavily influenced by my adventures throughout Europe, the US, and Canada.

Sure there are people who serve comfort food but nobody does it quite the way that we do. We take familiar dishes and flavors and combine them in fun and interesting ways. We're happy to work with you to create the menu you'd like.
