Incredible food and even more incredible staff!
We used Woodwinds Catering and Planning for our off-site wedding this May and our overall experience was absolutely incredible. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, delicious, and our guests are still talking about how amazing everything was. The team was professional, accommodating, and helped create an unforgettable dining experience for everyone in attendance. The bartenders kept the drinks flowing all night and were very skilled in their craft. Our coordination team was truly outstanding and played such a huge role in making our wedding day stress-free and seamless. From handling every detail behind the scenes to keeping everything perfectly on schedule, they allowed us to be fully present and enjoy every moment. Their professionalism, organization, and calm presence gave us complete confidence throughout the day. Randy, Janeta, Felipe, Christina (and one other young lady whose name I can’t remember) made it so that my husband and I could fully enjoy the wedding planning process and the day itself. We are so grateful for their hard work and couldn't imagine our wedding being as perfect as it was without them!

Randy and the Woodwinds team were very easy to work with. We’re very grateful for all that they provided for us between planning, coordinating, catering, and everything else. We had an offsite wedding and they were on top of all the details and made our special day smooth and enjoyable. The food and service were great, we received a lot of compliments from our guests. They were always helpful in responding to all of our questions and concerns. We would highly recommend Woodwinds!

Stressfree!
We were looking for a caterer for our backyard wedding and The Woodwinds came thru! Once booked they took care of everything! They rented items on our behalf, recommended vendors and even created floorplan for our backyard. They took the stress out of wedding planning and I cannot thank them enough for making our day so special!

Branford Library offers a unique and elegant setting for weddings. The space is charming and well-maintained, with a cozy atmosphere perfect for an intimate celebration. The staff are helpful and professional, making the day special. Highly recommended for a distinctive wedding venue!
