Wedding Food Tasting
From the moment my fiance and I first reached out to Tailgate Gourmet Catering, we were impressed by their easy, quick, and professional communication style. John, the owner, was incredibly responsive and helpful. At our food tasting, we were blown away by the high-quality, delicious offerings - it was clear the Tailgate Gourmet team is truly dedicated to what they do. They are a perfect match for us. We are so excited to have Tailgate cater our wedding!

We just had our tasting with Tailgate Gourmet yesterday and we couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment we reached out to John, he has been incredibly accommodating. We’ve gone back and forth with ideas, and he has consistently gone above and beyond to help bring our vision to life. Upon meeting John, we loved his personality and knew that we wanted to work with him. During the tasting, we really enjoyed getting to know him and Julie. It felt like a personalized experience, and we loved being able to chat and connect. The collaboration between John and Julie was seamless, we really appreciate how intentional they are; from the food to the timeline of the day to thoughtfully handling special requests. And most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious… every bite was incredible from the appetizers to desserts. After meeting with them, we feel SO excited and confident knowing we’re in great hands for our big day!
Food Tasting
We recently had a food tasting with John and his team at Tailgate Gourmet Catering, and we were blown away! My fiancé, our mothers, and I were all so impressed with not only the quality of the food but also the level of care and professionalism the team brought to the entire experience. John made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. Every dish we tried was fantastic, but the mac and cheese was truly next level, absolutely delicious. It was the kind of dish you take a bite of and immediately look around the table to say, “Wow.” And the apple crisp? Hands down one of the best we’ve ever had. Perfectly warm, flavorful, and the ideal mix of sweet and comforting. Overall, Tailgate Gourmet Catering exceeded our expectations. The food, the service, and the passion John and his team put into their craft really stood out. We left feeling confident and excited about choosing them for our wedding. Highly recommend!
Tasting
Tailgate Gourmet Catering provided exceptional service during our tasting. Their communication was great - they were very open and willing to compromise to make our dream wedding happen. The quality of their work and attention to detail was extremely impressive, and we feel we received incredible value and they exceeded all expectations for our first tasting. We've only had a tasting so far, but we already know they will take great care of us on our big day.
