The best caterer
John and Julie Andrew and I would like to take a moment to express our sincerest heartfelt gratitude towards you both and your entire staff. After dinner was served, the rest of the evening’s conversations started with that the food couldn’t have been better. From start to finish, everything was beyond incredible and exceeded our expectations. Your staff was incredibly kind and we were so impressed with the level of professionalism they showed. Amazing Tasting
Finding the perfect caterer was at the top of my priority list and I’m so happy we found John and Julie. Not only are they extremely reasonably priced, they offered a complimentary tasting! The tasting completely exceeded our expectations. They were super informative and helpful, walking us through what our day will look like, and all the food we tasted was amazing. We can’t wait for our wedding day with them!

Hot Grills, Happy Guests and a Memorable Day
We had a Nor'Easter hit our wedding day, but John and his team at Tailgate Gourmet Catering rolled with it like pros. When we needed to change the buffet location last minute, they adapted without missing a beat and made it look beautiful. The food was seriously delicious—I'm still thinking about those pulled pork sandwiches, and our guests couldn't stop raving about John's mashed potatoes. From the tasting to the big day, the whole experience felt smooth and stress-free because John listened to what we wanted and actually delivered it. Every guest left talking about how good the food was, and honestly, we felt the same way. We'd absolutely have them cater our next celebration. Nothing but 5 stars and I truly mean it.

Guests raved about the food
We hired John and his team for a wedding and the food could not have been more delicious! I love the way that everything is cooked on site over charcoal grills, the food was fresh and the timing was perfect. Our menu included the prime rib and chicken thighs and the meats were cooked perfectly and were so juicy and flavorful. The guests really raved about the food and said that everything was so good. Not only that, but John and his team were great to work with and their setup was self sufficient and did not require any inputs from the venue, which greatly simplified things for us. I would definitely hire John again if I had another event.

Incredible Food!
We just had our wedding and Tailgate Gourmet Catered. John and his staff are nothing short of professional! From the day we had our tasting to the wedding everything was perfect. They’re communicative and my husband and I were catered to our entire day! The food itself was absolutely incredible. Our guests could not stop talking about it! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
