We were recommended to try tailgate gourmet and I reached out regarding more details. From the start John was super helpful. We went over what we were looking for and he invited us and a few friends in for a menu tasting and let me say that was the most fun I have had in a long time! The food was amazing and the company was great! Cant wait to see them again at our wedding!

My fiancé and I had our tasting the other night and I cannot say enough good things about John and his employee Julie. The communication from the start was clear and timely, the professionalism and interest they had in us, our story, and our thoughts felt like celebrating with close friends, and the food? The FOOD!! The salmon was the best I’ve ever had, the gluten free stuffed mushrooms were amazing! The chicken thighs were exactly what you’d want from a roasted chicken for flavor. The attention to allergies, presentation and professionalism shows just how much John loves what he does. We look forward to working with him more in the future. Thank you so much guys.

Can’t say enough great things about John and his team. Would absolutely use them again and we’re so happy with how the food and presentation came out. Absolutely delicious, the staff was beyond nice, professional and ensured we were taking care of and we could enjoy the moment. We cannot recommend Tailgate Gourmet highly enough! They catered both our welcome party and our wedding reception over 4th of July weekend, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. We actually attended their complimentary tasting before booking, and we knew right away they were the perfect fit. The food was incredible, the team was knowledgeable and welcoming, and we left feeling completely confident in our decision. For our reception, they created the most amazing summer menu — grilled lobster, pulled pork, beef kabobs, chicken kabobs, mashed potatoes, and Caesar salad — and every single item was outstanding. The lobster felt so festive for the holiday weekend, and the barbecue favorites were perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Our guests are still talking about how delicious everything was! The night before, they also handled our welcome party beautifully and set the tone for the entire weekend. We had wanted steamers (which isn’t on the regular menu) and they were able to make it happen! Everything was fresh, wonderfully presented, and executed flawlessly. Beyond the food, their team was professional, organized, and so easy to work with throughout the planning process. John was there every step of the way to answer questions and make sure the menu was exactly what we wanted. They made everything seamless and stress-free, which meant so much during our wedding and a busy holiday weekend. We’re so grateful they helped make our wedding weekend unforgettable.
