    We just had our tasting with Tailgate Gourmet yesterday and we couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment we reached out to John, he has been incredibly accommodating. We’ve gone back and forth with ideas, and he has consistently gone above and beyond to help bring our vision to life. Upon meeting John, we loved his personality and knew that we wanted to work with him. During the tasting, we really enjoyed getting to know him and Julie. It felt like a personalized experience, and we loved being able to chat and connect. The collaboration between John and Julie was seamless, we really appreciate how intentional they are; from the food to the timeline of the day to thoughtfully handling special requests. And most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious… every bite was incredible from the appetizers to desserts. After meeting with them, we feel SO excited and confident knowing we’re in great hands for our big day!

    We recently had a food tasting with John and his team at Tailgate Gourmet Catering, and we were blown away! My fiancé, our mothers, and I were all so impressed with not only the quality of the food but also the level of care and professionalism the team brought to the entire experience. John made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked in. Every dish we tried was fantastic, but the mac and cheese was truly next level, absolutely delicious. It was the kind of dish you take a bite of and immediately look around the table to say, “Wow.” And the apple crisp? Hands down one of the best we’ve ever had. Perfectly warm, flavorful, and the ideal mix of sweet and comforting. Overall, Tailgate Gourmet Catering exceeded our expectations. The food, the service, and the passion John and his team put into their craft really stood out. We left feeling confident and excited about choosing them for our wedding. Highly recommend!

    From the moment we first spoke with Tailgate Gourmet Catering, we knew they would be the perfect fit for our wedding. John's team was incredibly involved, had great communication, and were so friendly and open to our ideas. From our tasting a year ahead of our event, John and Julie were a true all-star team. We instantly felt comfortable with everything they walked us through and the options (and amazing pricing) that were provided to us! The food at the tasting was to die for, and we knew immediately that we were making the right choice, given the amount of love John puts into his cooking. The quality of their work throughout the entire planning process was truly amazing. At our party, the food was out of this world, and their teamwork and leadership ensured our celebration went off without a hitch. At our party they arrived early, had great communication, and were extremely efficient. We truly wouldn't have had the same special day without them. We were even sent home with 8 trays of delicious leftovers (I am still dreaming about the Mac and Cheese and need to find a way to get more)! Tailgate is also amazing at adapting for guests' allergies. When we had a guest with a vegan diet, they not only provided a separate plate but also a whole tray for others to enjoy, which was included in our leftovers. Our guests were raving about the food, going back for thirds and fourths. We are so grateful to Tailgate Gourmet Catering for making our wedding day truly unforgettable.
