The Best Entertainment hands down
Matthew Richards was one of the absolute best decisions we made for our wedding! From the moment cocktail hour began until the very last song of the night, he brought an incredible energy that elevated every part of our celebration. His talent is truly unmatched. He perfectly set the mood during cocktail hour and then kept the dance floor packed all night, seamlessly playing alongside the DJ. He knew exactly how to engage the crowd, and our guests couldn't stop talking about how amazing he was. Every song felt even more special with the live saxophone, and he created an atmosphere that was both elegant and incredibly fun. Not only is Matthew an amazing musician, but he was also professional, easy to work with, and genuinely invested in making our wedding unforgettable. If you're looking for something that will take your wedding or event to the next level, I cannot recommend Matthew Richards enough. He exceeded every expectation and was truly one of the highlights of our entire day!

From the moment we first connected with Matt, we knew he was someone special! During our first zoom call, we could feel his vibrant energy, his positivity, and genuine excitement and happiness. Matt’s communication throughout the planning process was top tier, with quick and clear responses. Matt took the time to ask questions about us personally, and it made us feel that he truly wanted to get to know us so he could help deliver what we were visualizing and hoping for on our special day. Matt lead us into our reception, and his presence was so comforting, fun, exciting, lively, I could go on and on! We had already known that he was going to make our night one to remember, but he truly exceeded all of our expectations. He brought an energy to our dinner portion that I have never witnessed before at a wedding. It was absolutely incredible. Watching our guests dancing through dinner and being able to interact with Matt and enjoy his talent was so special. It was hard to imagine the night getting better… and then it did! Our dance floor was full, and Matt kept everyone included and hyped up. Our guests expressed their admiration to us all night long, with many of them wanting to book Matt for their own events! Our wedding was now 5 weeks ago, and our friends and family are STILL talking about him. And so are we! We feel so incredible lucky to have gotten to experience Matt’s talents and energy, but we feel even luckier to have been able to meet him and have us present during our wedding. He is a special, one of a kind human, and we feel so grateful and appreciative of him and his time. If we could give him more than a 5 star rating we would! The BEST!
We first found Matthew at a friend’s wedding in New Jersey over two years ago, and from that day on we knew we wanted him at our wedding. Even though we’ve seen so many other wedding saxophone players since then, no one ever compared. When it came time to plan our own wedding, booking Matthew was one of the easiest decisions we made. From the start, Matthew was one of the kindest vendors we worked with. He was so easygoing, enthusiastic, and genuinely excited to be part of our day. He played as guests entered the reception room, seamlessly transitioned into cocktail and dinner vibes, then completely transformed the dance floor after dinner and kept the energy going through the after-party. His talent is incredible and he can play to anything and everything. From songs my parents loved, to our favorites, to Drake, Olivia Dean, country, ABBA, and everything in between. Our guests loved him too. We had so many people coming up to us throughout the night and afterward asking who he was and telling us how amazing he was. He was one of the biggest hits of our wedding and we’re so grateful.

Made a great wedding even better
Matt was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. All my husband wanted for our wedding was to have a saxophone player. I booked Matt without him knowing, and Matt helped me execute the perfect surprise, working hand in hand with our DJ the entire time. I read the other reviews before booking him, and there is no exaggeration in what anyone says. He brings energy all night, had our dancefloor packed, and was just such pleasant guy to work with - not to mention his amazing talent! I think it was just as much a gift for me and the rest of the guests, as it was for my husband. Everyone is still talking about it, and I would book him over and over again. I'm sure we would have a had a great day regardless, but Matt truly just made a great day even better.

Best Sax
The way Matt elevated our wedding is hard to describe. He is truly a talented, charismatic, and fun performer! Not only is he actually playing music with his sax, he got all of our guests hyped up and engaged. He was the star of the show and almost every guest mentioned how amazing he was. He perfectly executed our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. He had great communication the entire wedding planning process and met with us frequently. My biggest piece of advice for any newly weds, or anyone looking to hire Matt, is to do it before he gets too famous. He is amazing!
