No, I specialize in makeup only. However, I’m always happy to recommend and connect you with trusted local hair stylists if you need help building your glam team.

The $50 deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the event and may be subject to 50% of the remaining balance. No-shows or day-of cancellations are responsible for 100% of the total booking amount.

The sooner the better! Bridal dates tend to fill quickly, especially during peak wedding season, so I recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date.

Each bridal makeup service includes skin prep, a full long-wearing makeup application designed to photograph beautifully and last all day and night, light touch-ups, and false lashes.

Yes! Bridal trials are available for $75. While optional, I highly recommend them so we can perfect your desired look ahead of the big day.

I do not have a physical salon or studio. I am a fully on-location bridal makeup artist, which means I come to you for your convenience on your wedding day and/or trial.

Yes, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your wedding date. This deposit goes toward your $250 bridal total. A signed contract is also required to secure your booking.

I do not charge a travel fee within 15 miles of my home base in Pleasant Valley, NY. Beyond 15 miles, I charge $0.95/mile. This helps me cover travel costs such as fuel, car maintenance, prep and travel time, etc.

I have a minimum booking requirement of $400 total. This can be reached using any combination of services (bridal, bridal party, travel fee). Is this is an issue, please feel free to chat with me directly!

Would work with Maura a million times over
Maura was such an incredible makeup artist for my wedding. I stumbled across Maura on Zola and felt so grateful when she was super easy to communicate with and book for my wedding. Our trial ahead of time was super seamless and made me so excited for how the real day would turn out. The morning of the wedding Maura and her co-artist Maria arrived on time, set up seamlessly, and were a calming presence throughout the getting ready process. One of my bridesmaids who wasn't even going to get her makeup done ended up popping into the seat when we had time at the end because she loved how the rest of the bridesmaids and moms looked so much. If you're looking for a makeup artist who can translate your vision into reality with ease and grace, Maura is your girl!!

Makeup with maura

Beautiful makeup that lasts all night!
Maura has been doing my makeup for years, so on the most important day- my wedding day- I knew it had to be her! Not only did she calm my nerves while attending to my face, but she kept me looking like myself just a little more glam for my special day. My makeup lasted all day and night despite 80 weather and humidity. She’s the best!
