Deliece & Melissa were integral to the success of our beautiful wedding, and life savers in their day-of coordination of the event. I selected a ten week package where my fiancée and I selected our vendors and personalized the event to our tastes, but in the two and a half months leading up to the big day they dove in head first to get a handle on every detail and help us polish off any items on our to do list that we were struggling with. After hours of meetings to extract information that had been swirling around in my brain for a year, we were provided with a minute by minute timeline of the day, along with an entire decision making workbook that lead us through ceremony choices, first dance planning and a comprehensive item inventory to make sure no detail was left behind. They provided a budgeting workbook that made my little accountant heart flutter, and offered guidance based on years of practical experience working events and seeing how guests congregate and react to specific elements. Once their package kicked in I was able to pass off tasks that were stressing me out and know that they were being handled completely. Their additional day-of team member, Antonia, shadowed me (the bride) for most of the day and acted like a fairy godmother—handing me an already opened bottle of water or much needed electric fan, provided hair pins out of thin air, tackling my complicated bustle, and generally being warm, pleasant, and comforting in moments of anxiety. She melted into the background when I was on, and offered a protective enclave to sink back into when I needed a minute. The Dhalia team was flawless in their execution of the plan, and tactful in their handling of complex family relationships and herding of guests. Their pricing was clear and uncomplicated, and they were happy to answer straightforward questions with concise answers and no awkwardness or pressure to spend more than planned. I highly recommend Charissa and her team if you're looking for a wedding coordinator/planner! She is so professional, organized, and just the nicest person ever. We had so many questions and worries but Charissa helped us feel at ease throughout it all. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND on the day of the wedding... literally hauling extra chairs with her throughout the botanic gardens so we could get our photographs!! LOL! You can just tell how much she cares about her clients and we so appreciated the effort. We also had Kevin on her team set-up the decor at the venue and they did an amazing job -- we were blown away when we arrived! I have worked alongside Stacey Rogan on numerous weddings and have found that she is a planner in a league of her own. This is attributed to her innate ability to build meaningful friendships with the couples she serves as well as the extraordinary vendors she brings on board. The extra time she puts into getting to know the couple is apparent in the final product; Stacey does a fantastic job of bringing the couple's personality to the forefront of their special day. I would be remiss if I didn't mention her problem-solving abilities. Even with the most perfect planning, outside factors can have a negative influence on the wedding day. Just this year, there was a road closure that prevented vendors from reaching the entrance of the venue. Stacey called me beforehand to let me know and worked with me to find alternate routes so I and other vendors would be able to arrive on time and the wedding could run as intended. Whenever I have the pleasure of working with Stacey, I know that we are creating something personal and beautiful. I highly recommend having her as your planner.

People don’t generally follow directions at events and Kayce made sure that we stayed on schedule and didn’t have any regrets after the big day. Greetings to those who are reading. My name is Shanice and I had the pleasure of working with Justine as a makeup artist for an engagement party. The event was planned and executed flawlessly. On my arrival, parking was easy and there were clear directions made for all attendees. When I arrived I was greeted by Justine, and assisted with my bags by others staffed by Justine to offer helping hands to my work area that was separate, clean, and spacious. My work area had amazing lighting already set up, a chair and table set up, and a personalized gift bag and refreshments waiting for me. I thought that it was above and beyond with service for her vendors. It felt good to work in an environment where I walked in with great impressions, service, and appreciation for my services rendered. I was grateful to have a setup that allowed me to work with ease and comfort. Each person who required makeup had a time slot and was on time and prepped very well. Justine did a wonderful job at making sure everyone was aware of what was going on and where we would be, if working. I appreciated her attentiveness to detail and how through her planning was executed. I also received an itinerary of the event and it was filled with beautiful moments and fun. As an attendee the setup of the event space was gorgeous. There was plenty of refreshments in a spacious and well decorated area. The food was also amazing. I loved the cultural diversity that she offered at her event to make everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. While I didn’t come knowing many people, because of the events and ice breaker games that we played, I left making many new acquaintances. Justine’s event was flawless and I look forward to working with her anytime and in the nearby future.

Matt spent 24 years in the service industry, catering weddings and galas under master-chefs at 5 star venues throughout the country. Danielle from Every Little Detail was amazing and contributed to the absolute success of the most perfect wedding day. We hired Danielle as a partial planner after deciding (thank goodness) that we could not plan a wedding ourselves. Danielle was there every step of the way. She tended to be 2 steps ahead of us. Ahead of the wedding she'd reach out and ensure we were on track. ELD provided an amazing online tool that contributed to this success to track costs, plan seating, and keep all of our wedding documents in one place. Danielle helped us find some amazing vendors and was especially key in the 60 days ahead of the wedding, finalizing details, coordinating with vendors, and providing great details into what we should expect and prepare for. Day of ELD was even more amazing. The venue said ELD was one of the best planning companies they ever worked with - extremely on top of everything and so seamlessly coordinating every detail (no pun intended!). Every Little Detail was a joy to work with and they helped us create and execute a magical and truly perfect wedding day. I could not recommend them more.

The Deets: I finally reached out to Kris about a month before my wedding and I was just a total wreck. There were too many moving parts, too many emails, too many things to follow up on and just NO time between work and life to handle it all. Kris calmly talked me through things to figure out where I was at, what my vision was and what was left to do. I really would not have gotten through that last month, or even the day of, without her. She took over setup of my DIY photo booth and this balcony space I just didn't know what to do with. Kris made that space and photo booth such an oasis, just what I wanted! Her inventory of props and creative experience created such a fun glow-up and relieved such a big burden from my shoulders. Kris is organized, communicative and just so much fun to talk to. She took charge of my vendors and communicated with my venue seamlessly. She worked hand-in-hand with the venue coordinator on such short notice and I really, really can't thank her enough. Joanna and Angela are really the best around. Their professionalism, flexibility, and communication skills were invaluable in ensuring that our day was everything we dreamed of and more. We will look back on our planning process and our day and know it would have not been as perfect without them. Their attention to detail and ability to anticipate and arrange all our needs made the bulk of our planning process and wedding day stress-free. Even with a venue of helpful people, having them work with The Day Of team made everything seamless. MY BACKGROUND: I am not organized nor am I detail-oriented. I am more of a helpful bridesmaid than a wedding planner. Planning this wedding stressed me out as I was working full time, a full time student and was 30 weeks pregnant on the day of my wedding. My venue also did not provide a bridal attendant as event manager was the coordinator on the day of the wedding. A wedding coordinator wasn’t in our initial budget by all means. With that said, SARAH IS A GIFT FROM HEAVEN. She is organized, calm, confident, enthusiastic, responsive, knowledgeable, resourceful, and very-much detail-oriented. What I needed the most, I received: - Stayed in communication between vendors throughout the entire process - Post- wedding clean up and organization - Assisted in setting-up at the location, the night before the wedding - Always kept the budget in mind - Provided realistic expectations of how the event will be executed - Solved problems when we hit barriers - During meetings with vendors, she asked appropriate questions that my husband and I didn’t think of - Has the ability to multitask - Provided checklists and kept us up to date with our vendors - Communicated with my bridal party before and day of the wedding - With the help of her assistant, managed the timeline and oversee the vendors, wedding party, and family members on the day of the wedding - Became a bridal and groom attendant if we needed anything - The zipper of my wedding dress broke on the day of the wedding. With the help of her, a bridesmaid and my photographer, they overcame this really big challenge. Like I said, we initially did not think of a wedding coordinator. When my cousin got married, I saw how Sarah was overseeing my cousin's wedding. It was then, I knew I needed her. At the start of planning my wedding, my husband was ambivalent about having a wedding coordinator as it wasn’t within our initial budget. When the wedding finished, he was so impressed and really grateful to have her throughout the whole process. We could not have pictured working with a better person and I was really able to enjoy my wedding day without stressing. I really recommend Sarah if you're the type of person who needs direction, believes wedding planning is daunting, and just wants to fully immerse themselves on the day of their wedding. She is hands down the type of person we needed and was worth every single penny! Thank you so much for everything Sarah!

Teyanna was absolutely everything and more! I hired her for day of coordination, decor and florals. She exceeded my expectations. We had a South Asian Muslim wedding. She took the time to listen and understand my culture, wishes and vision. She was extremely realistic and reminded me of my budget and what I could do vs not do. I’m a project manager and extremely Type A. It’s hard to impress me, but she was not only able to impress me but was a step ahead. She and I worked on a timeline and had multiple versions to make sure everything was accounted for. She started advising me several months ahead of my wedding. I’m so grateful for her, it’s so important to have someone day of. If you’re gonna spend tens of thousands of dollars on a wedding HIRE TEYANNA so you can enjoy the day you spent so much time and money on. You never truly understand the value of a wedding planner/coordinator until after the wedding. I am SOOOO happy I had Greta and her team help us out with your special day. I would always hear how the wedding day is so stressful and that you don’t get to actually enjoy it, that you don’t even get to eat, as you have to make sure everything goes as planned and cater to all of your guests. I am SO happy to say I did not feel any of that! My husband and I got to relax and we had so much fun because she was there to do all that for us. Greta and her team planned every single detail of the wedding day for me. She had a very detailed timeline and was with us at every moment of the event. She made sure everything ran smoothly and as planned. I know not everyone can afford a wedding planner, but you should AT LEAST hire a wedding coordinator. I was so clueless going into this… There are so many little details we had no idea about. Greta helped us with inspiration ideas, with vendor recommendations(which again- they were the best of the best and that just made everything so much better. We had absolutely no issues with any of the vendors because she knew who to recommend) she helped with the timeline, with the decorations… literally everything. My wedding wouldn’t have been what it was if it wasn’t for her, as she was the brains behind the entire event. Greta is so good at what she does!! She was able to figure out my style and what I like on our first meeting. She’s literally the best of the best! You don’t regret working with her. Trust me, you’ll thank me later!!
