About Dhalia Events
Dhalia Events
Dhalia Events is an award winning event production company & was recently named "Best Planners in the Northeast" by LuxLife Magazine. Our magic is borne out of an insistence on creating bespoke, highly personalized experiences. We focus on the uniqueness of our couples by encouraging them to be their most authentic and raw selves. We've commissioned events for large brands such as Volvo Cars and worked with top tier social media influencers to plan their events. Our team has also worked regionally and internationally producing gatherings including destination weddings & corporate retreats. Our couples book us for the following reasons:
1. Our co-founders are educated at MBA level with corporate experience in the luxury brand and design industry, coupled with on the ground experience in the event industry. Melissa also trained directly under the Abigail Kirsch team in NY. 2. Deliece worked as a professional dancer/choreographer for over 15 years. She has a unique eye for creating moments that pull out the nuances of our couples' personalities. Melissa also has a corporate finance background and is always thinking about logistics and delivery of the end product. 3. Our couples love that they can call us friends, while also knowing that their events will always take priority.

Could Not Have Asked for a Better Wedding Planner
We absolutely loved working with Dahlia Events for our wedding. Deliece was our main point of contact, and she was truly a joy and an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. She took care of everything we needed, and so much more than we even knew to ask for. Deliece came prepared with spreadsheets, thoughtful questions, and clear guidance that helped us navigate decisions we didn’t even realize we needed to make, but that proved to be essential. Her organization and attention to detail made the entire planning process feel manageable and well-supported. She handled communication with all of our vendors seamlessly and always made us feel completely taken care of, no matter the detail. When a few hiccups came up along the way, she addressed them with such ease, professionalism, and genuine empathy that we never felt stressed or worried. Beyond her incredible competence, Deliece also brought the warmest, most positive energy, our calls were always something we genuinely looked forward to. And on the wedding day itself, nothing was missed (and I truly mean nothing). Everything ran so smoothly, allowing us to fully enjoy the day without a single concern. We cannot recommend Dahlia Events highly enough. Working with Deliece was one of the very best decisions we made for our wedding.

From the moment we first reached out to Dhalia Events, we were impressed by their quick, efficient, and responsive communication style. They were so thorough in their planning that our wedding day felt completely effortless - the Dhalia team truly made everything come together seamlessly. I loved working with the entire Dhalia crew, they were all so nice and helpful that I was honestly sad to say goodbye to them when our day was over. Dhalia Events was absolutely the right choice for our special day. Deliece and Melissa were with us every step of the way - organized, detail-oriented, and incredibly thoughtful. The day of our wedding went perfectly - from the vendor coordination, from helping organizing the wedding party, and making us feel at ease and comfortable all day. They helped us to execute our vision above and beyond! Special shout out to Kimberly who was available and considerate to the bride the entire wedding day. Our wedding day exceeded our wildest expectations - with behind-the-scenes coordination from Dhalia. Bonus points for great sense of humor too! Would absolutely recommend them to any couple on their wedding day, especially ones that are hesitant with decision-making! They made the day, and we are so grateful to have been able to work with them.

I had such a positive experience working with the Dhalia team for my private estate wedding. Both Melissa and Deliece were incredibly kind, attentive, and professional. I worked closely with Melissa the entire time; she was incredibly thorough and genuinely cared about every detail. I didn't really have much help planning the wedding aside from the Dhalia team, so it meant so much that they took the role seriously and were there to guide me every step of the way, from vendor selection and managing the timeline to providing their general expertise, etc. Despite having less time to plan the wedding (around 5 months or so), I felt confident that they could pull it off, and they did not disappoint. From our initial call, their confidence, experience, and professionalism assured me, which was exactly what I needed because my partner and I had no idea what we were doing. They executed everything perfectly and brought my vision to life. It really was a perfect day. On the day of the wedding, their additional staff was exceptional. A special shoutout to Antonia for her support and attentiveness. She was a literal angel! You can't go wrong with Dhalia Events. They made my wedding day truly magical!
