Wedding Day Coordinator
If you're looking for a wedding day coordinator who will make your day absolutely seamless, look no further than Christina, she is awesome! Leading up to our wedding day, Christina took over vendor communication and curated a detailed timeline from the first vendor arrival through clean-up at the end of the evening. During our planning sessions, Christina walked us through the final stages of planning and prep, provided her expertise, and eased our worries about how the day was going to go. From the moment the wedding day started, Christina had everything running like clockwork. She ensured the timeline was followed, every detail was accounted for, and checked in on us to see how we were doing. What really stood out to us was how calmly and patiently she handled the stressful moments, making sure our vision was priority #1. There were countless ways she went above and beyond what we expected. She didn't just coordinate our wedding, she made it feel effortless, joyful, and truly special. Hiring Christina was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. If you want someone you can completely trust on the most important day of your life, she is your person.

Dream Wedding Coordinator
We found Christina by endlessly scrolling on Instagram for a coordinator for our November 1 wedding in the Hudson Valley and we are SO LUCKY we did. We cannot say enough good things about Christina and Wild Lily. For starters, Christina is such a wonderful, kind, and positive soul. She brought a sense of calm to the wedding planning process, was extremely organized and efficient, and gave us so many helpful suggestions without being pushy. She was not only a fabulous planner/coordinator but a true bestie in the months leading up to the wedding. I truly felt like we were the only wedding she was planning because she invested so much time, care, an attention into us. When she came on the scene in September I knew we were in good hands, and I immediately felt a weight lifted. She worked behind the scenes to get all of our vendors in order, a task I did not envy and would have never wanted to do myself. On wedding day, Christina made sure everything ran so smoothly. She did an amazing job bringing my vision of the reception space to life, and she kept the night running on schedule. My friends and family who got to interact with Christina absolutely loved her. If you are looking for a coordinator or planner who will not only make sure your wedding day is absolutely perfect but will also provide support during the planning process, we highly recommend Christina and Wild Lily.

CHRISTINA IS THE BEEEESTTTTT!!!!!!
We had Christina do our month-of/day-of coordination for our wedding and she truly went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!! It's been a few weeks and I'm still in awe with what she did with my mess of decorations that I threw at her!!! I work in a creative field myself, so I got down and dirty with the D.I.Y. for our big day. I, kid you not, had 300 colorful bud vases, 200 colorful candle holders/votives, and a massive amount of other silly decorations for her to set up for us. I did my best to stay organized for her sanity - but let me tell you - IT WAS A HUGE COMPLICATED JOB and she did it with such ease. I kept apologizing for the amount of work I was giving her, I felt like I was being a little insane with it all LOL... but she was incredibly kind, calm, and reassuring with me through the whole process and kept telling me to stop apologizing LOL!! She is so super knowledgable about everything and has such good instincts about event planning. I added on a 30 minute planning session a few months before she started her coordinating for me - and it was incredibly helpful. Aside from her eye for decorations and impeccable creativity, she was also so so so amazing in coordinating the event in general. I had multiple people from the wedding party ask "wait so that's your coordinator?" and then follow with something along the lines of "she's awesome she just told me where to go and what to do so fast - and I was like YES M'AM" All of the party loved working with her, from my parents to my in-laws. I cannot stress enough how much of an amazing person she is through and through - and if you're lucky enough to get in her books for your wedding, you won't regret it!!

Best planner ever!!
We absolutely loved working with Christina. We needed a planner to help out during the last 10 weeks before our wedding to coordinate with our vendors, finalize everything with the venue, and do day-of decor and coordination, and we are so glad Christina was able to make this somewhat unusual time frame work. She really lightened our load, and her experience and attitude made us feel so confident that things would go smoothly — and of course they did! We loved feeling like we were working with a (highly capable and professional) friend, and especially loved seeing her greet us after the ceremony ended with two glasses of champagne for us to enjoy. Also, Christina is really knowledgeable about Hudson Valley-based vendors, and would’ve been a great resource for that too had we started working with her earlier in the planning process. She is wise beyond her years, supportive, direct, patient, good-humored, and more than capable. Cannot recommend enough!!!
