Description	We now have openings for full planning services in 2028. We end-to-end help you choose vendors, create your timeline, floor plans and communicate with all involved for the smoothest day possible.	From the minute you sign with us, we’re here in the background for support and then in a more structured way, we begin planning together around the 3-month mark. Together we will craft your timeline, floor plans, and we will be your gut check for assembling all of your wishes together. On the day-of, we will be your eyes and ears driving the day forward, while gently guiding you through the day.	• 2 dedicated strategy sessions to review (at any point in your planning!) • Professional timeline review and logistical gut-check • Personalized reminders to ensure no detail falls through the cracks • Note: Virtual/pre-wedding guidance only (no day-of onsite coordination)	No celebration is too large or small for us! Merry by Mia is the best!
Working with Merry by Mia was honestly one of the best decisions we could have made for our wedding! From the very beginning, we felt so comfortable with Mia and immediately knew we were in great hands. She made the entire planning process feel so organized and manageable, and we always felt like we had someone in our corner every step of the way. Her planning documents were AMAZING and helped us keep track of everything, stay organized, and know exactly what we needed to do next. She was always thinking ahead, helping us map out next steps, and making sure no detail was overlooked. She answered every single question we had, was incredibly responsive, and was always so happy to help. We never felt like we were on our own or had to figure things out ourselves. Her positive energy, kindness, and genuine excitement throughout the process made working with her such a pleasure, and she took so much of the stress out of wedding planning! On the wedding day, Mia was truly incredible. Everything ran so smoothly, and we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment. She handled everything behind the scenes so seamlessly, and we had complete trust in her throughout the entire day. We honestly don't know what we would have done without her! We truly cannot recommend Merry by Mia enough. We would 10000% recommend Mia to anyone looking for a wedding coordinator. Truly can't say enough great things!

Look no further for day of coordination!
I can’t recommend Merry by Mia enough - she is organized and detail-oriented, and puts her heart into everything she does. You can tell how much she genuinely cares about making sure every couple has the best day possible. She pays attention to every detail, makes sure everything runs smoothly, and goes above and beyond to take the stress off your shoulders so you can actually enjoy your special day. Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, but having someone like her to make sure everything comes together makes such a difference.

They are the best!
We feel so fortunate that we got to work with Merry By Mia to help coordinate and structure our wedding day! The team has excellent communication, experience, and organization to help make couples’ dreams into a reality. We cannot say enough great things about our coordinator, Essence. In our meetings prior to the big day she made us feel assured and confident. Her organization was impressive, and we knew from the start how much she was in our corner and wanted our day to be special. On the actual day of the wedding, she put in a tremendous effort behind the scenes to bring everything together. Our families commented on how amazing she was, and we are so grateful for her and Mia’s entire team. They are the best!

Mia is the best!
Mia was our day of coordinator for our June wedding, and she was absolutely amazing! Even though we only hired her for day of coordination, she truly went above and beyond throughout the entire process. She was always available to answer our wedding questions and made us feel supported every step of the way. Mia is incredibly detail oriented and organized, which made our wedding day feel completely stress free and seamless. I'm such a type A person and I was truly impressed by how on top of everything she was. Everything ran so smoothly!!! I highly recommend hiring Mia! She is truly the best- so sweet, fun, and an absolute joy to work with. We couldn't have asked for a better coordinator, and our wedding day couldn't have gone any more smoothly thanks to her. We're honestly sad our wedding is over because it was such a pleasure working with her. She made the entire experience so enjoyable, and we're so grateful for everything she did to make our day perfect! Thanks so much Mia!!!

INCREDIBLE
Working with Mia from Merry by Mia was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From our first meeting, she made us feel confident that she had everything under control, and she proved that confidence was well-placed by staying one step ahead the entire time, anticipating what we needed before we even realized we needed it. Mia answered every question we threw at her with honesty and directness, and on the actual day she stayed completely calm while our wedding unfolded exactly as we'd hoped. What really set her apart was her thoughtfulness; at the end of the night, she collected personal items we'd left scattered around and brought them to our rooms, including things we'd forgotten in all the excitement. If you're lucky enough to work with Mia, she's someone who is incredibly capable, professional, and prepared . We would absolutely recommend her to any couple planning their wedding.
