    INCREDIBLE

    Working with Mia from Merry by Mia was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From our first meeting, she made us feel confident that she had everything under control, and she proved that confidence was well-placed by staying one step ahead the entire time, anticipating what we needed before we even realized we needed it. Mia answered every question we threw at her with honesty and directness, and on the actual day she stayed completely calm while our wedding unfolded exactly as we'd hoped. What really set her apart was her thoughtfulness; at the end of the night, she collected personal items we'd left scattered around and brought them to our rooms, including things we'd forgotten in all the excitement. If you're lucky enough to work with Mia, she's someone who is incredibly capable, professional, and prepared . We would absolutely recommend her to any couple planning their wedding.

    The Best of the Best!!

    As an Event Manager at a wedding venue, I truly cannot stress enough the importance of working with a solid wedding coordinator. They are worth their weight in gold, and in my professional opinion, they are the most valuable investment you can make to ensure you have the stress-free, perfectly magical wedding day of your dreams. Mia has assembled an absolute powerhouse of a team. Each one of them is organized, responsive, and most importantly, collaborative. Not only are you, as the couple, guaranteed your planning process and wedding day will be smooth and flawless, but your venue team will genuinely appreciate the attention to detail, enthusiasm, and love and care that Mia and her team pour into every single event.     Mia allows you to be Merry!

    As the mother of the bride, this was my first time helping to plan a wedding, and a friend suggested I hire a day-of coordinator. Mia’s company came highly recommended by the Hyatt Regency Greenwich, and from the moment we spoke with her, we knew she was the perfect fit. I originally thought a day-of coordinator only stepped in on the wedding day—but Mia guided us well before that. She coordinated with vendors, built a detailed timeline, organized all of our personal items, and answered every question with professionalism, clarity, and calm. As the big day approached, she became a true source of strength and reassurance. On the wedding day, she was everywhere at once—easily logging 18,000 steps—making sure every detail was set up beautifully and everything ran exactly on time. She worked seamlessly with our contact at the Hyatt, and when the night was over, all our belongings were perfectly packed and ready to take home. I have nothing but admiration for this go-getter, this steady hand, this absolute superwoman. Mia made my daughter’s wedding day flawless, and I am endlessly grateful.     Best Coordinator!

    Essence of Merry by Mia was professional, communicative and the best to work with. Even though Merry by Mia are day of coordinators, meetings start 3 months before your date. Mia was also available to us for questions well before the 3 month mark. I felt so supported by these two women, I honestly don’t know how our wedding day would have gone without them. Essence was so great during the day of, and so detailed in our prior meetings, I didn’t worry or think about any of the details because I knew I was in good hands with her. Thank you so much Essence and Mia for making our day the best day ever. Do yourself a favor and hire them for your day of coordinators!

    Run, don’t walk, to book Merry by Mia!

    Booking Merry by Mia was by far the best money we spent for our wedding. Mia was there for us throughout the entire planning process whether it was answering questions about vendors, logistics, or just calming me down when I was getting stressed! Each time we met with Mia we left feeling so relaxed knowing we were in extremely capable hands. Mia flawlessly communicated with us, our venue, and our vendors causing our wedding to run smoothly. She was extremely professional but also personable and fun to be around throughout the process. We literally could not have done this without Mia and we are SO grateful!! We could not recommend Merry by Mia enough!!! Thank you!!
