    We truly hit the jackpot with Charlene as our day-of wedding coordinator. She managed everything like an absolute pro, and thanks to her, the entire day unfolded seamlessly. From the weeks leading up to our wedding, Charlene was by our side. Keeping us organized, answering every question (big or small), adjusting to last-minute changes like it was no big deal, and making sure every detail came together perfectly. She even helped set up the venue, found and coordinated amazing support staff, passed out vendor tips, and made sure my husband and I actually got to enjoy cocktail hour (hello, hors d'oeuvres delivered straight to us!). Charlene brought such a calm, reassuring presence while staying totally on top of it all. So professional, so attentive—we honestly can’t thank her enough. If you’re looking for someone to make your big day feel effortless, she’s the one!!

    I'm obsessed with Charlene! She was a dream to work with. She brought such professionalism to our hectic event. We were planning a wedding at a personal property, meaning we had to supply every single vendor and she handled everything amazingly. She wrangled the vendors prior to the day of and she helped me keep my cool during the stress of the morning. You can tell she's a pro at this! There were times I felt a little underwater in terms of managing an event I had no experience with, and her demeanor was so calming and she handled any last minute things. She also helped with some post-wedding issues even though she could have wiped her hands and been done with the event day of. I've already told multiple people in her area to book her immediately.
