I 100% recommend Ayden and her team for wedding planning/coordinating/officiating. Not only did Ayden help plan and coordinate our non-traditional two-day winter wedding, she also officiated! She even helped us to write a custom ceremony. She was endlessly flexible and patient with our busy schedules during the planning process. She was organized and prepared at every meeting without being overwhelming. Her pricing is very reasonable. We had a great experience working with Ayden and could not recommend her more!
A Joy To Work With!
My husband and I have never thrown a large-scale event and did not know what to expect of working with a day-of coordinator, but when I first spoke with Ayden, I got the sense that she was somehow easy going but extremely organized. She seemed to immediately understand that our biggest priority for our wedding was creating a warm, connective atmosphere. She took care of the nitty-gritty beforehand so we could focus on having a wonderful time with our community. On the day of, Ayden was a joy to be around. We love all of our friends and family so much and having Ayden there felt like having another (incredibly organized) friend to guide us through the process.
Ayden is a life saver
I can’t say enough good things about Ayden! I hired her later in the planning process, and my only regret is not hiring her sooner. She truly kept me sane on my wedding day. From quickly bustling my dress so I could get back to the party, to even helping my dad fix the hem of his pants—she went above and beyond in every way. My venue went through three different coordinators in the span of a year (something I never thought would happen, especially at such a nice hotel in Maine). The communication was a nightmare, and I honestly don’t know what I would have done without Ayden. She was relentless in trying to get in contact with someone when I simply didn’t have the time—I work a full-time, demanding job—and I didn’t even hear from the venue until about three weeks before my wedding. We still had timeline issues that needed immediate attention, and Ayden took charge. She finally got me in touch with the general manager, and things smoothed out from there. By the time the wedding arrived, I was so burnt out that I gave Ayden very little direction on how to set up some of my decorative pieces—and she absolutely nailed it. Everything looked wonderful and exactly how I had envisioned it (if not better). She kept me on schedule, executed every detail perfectly, and made the day feel effortless. I know wedding planning is expensive, but the stress and anxiety are just not worth the hassle. Having Ayden there was truly priceless. She is calm, collected, and incredibly detail-oriented—exactly the person you want by your side on your wedding day. If you’re on the fence about hiring a day-of coordinator, let this be your sign—Ayden is absolutely incredible!

Ayden and her team at Praks Planning were absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish. From the very beginning of our planning process, Ayden went above and beyond to make sure every detail was thoughtfully handled. She helped with so many different elements, big and small, and always made us feel supported and cared for along the way. Whenever I started to feel overwhelmed or stressed, Ayden was there with her calm, reassuring presence and practical advice that instantly put me at ease. On the wedding day itself, she and her team made everything run seamlessly behind the scenes so that we could truly relax and enjoy every moment. We honestly couldn’t have done it without her! Our day was everything we hoped for and more, and we’re so grateful to Ayden and her team for helping make it all possible.
