Hey there! My name is Victoria and what I love the most is helping people plan their special events and taking on the heavy organizational burden, so they can focus on enjoying their day. Whether it's a wedding, a birthday, or a holiday party, I'm passionate about creating an experience that is tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences. In my free time, I love practicing yoga, reading books, rewatching Harry Potter, and snuggling my Corgi (if he lets me). Let's work together to create an unforgettable experience that will leave you and your guests with lasting memories!

A Wedding Coordinator
We hired Victoria as our day of wedding coordinator for our backyard wedding in June 2026. I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She is one of those vendors that goes above and beyond without you even needing to ask for it. Leading up to our wedding we were pretty nervous since we didn't have a typical venue and it was our responsibility to make sure every single thing went smoothly. Victoria gave us such peace of mind going into it that things would go smoothly. Sure enough, she made sure the day was as seamless as possible. As with any wedding, a few issues came up throughout the event... Victoria and her team resolved them before either of us even noticed they happened. I cannot possibly recommend a vendor more strongly.. Victoria exceeded all of our expectations.

Attentive Day-Of Coordinating Services
From our first conversation with Victoria at Mayflower Events, we knew we had found the right planner for us. She listened carefully to what we wanted and sent over a detailed spreadsheet that kept everything organized throughout the planning process. On our wedding day, Victoria handled all the setup and communication behind the scenes, which let my partner and I actually enjoy the moment instead of stressing about details. Our vision would not have come together without her help, and honestly, both my family and our florist are still talking about how great she was. Victoria's thoughtful approach and clear guidance made the whole experience feel seamless from start to finish. We cannot recommend Mayflower Events highly enough.

My Hero!
I can't say enough good things about Victoria! She was the day-of-coordinator for my wedding and without her I would not have enjoyed the day at all. She kept me calm, level-headed, and breathing! She ensured that anything we needed the whole day was taken care of. Even before the event, meeting with her on zoom calmed my nerves so much! Anytime she needed to be a little more assertive (mostly with the boys, of course), she was! She anticipated all of my needs and made sure that all other vendors went to her with questions. My biggest piece of advice to anyone throwing ANY event, hire Victoria! She is worth it!

Working with Mayflower Events was a dream come true for my wedding. From the very first interaction, their communication style was straightforward, extremely helpful, and reliable. The quality of their work was absolute perfection - she were incredibly detail-oriented and showed genuine kindness throughout the entire process. Everyone in my wedding party, from my husband, my father and bridesmaids, commented on how fantastic and amazing Victoria was to work with. She checked in with me regularly to ensure I had everything I needed without ever making feeling overwhelmed. Victoria understood my vision perfectly and was seemingly everywhere at once, solving problems I didn't even know existed. I was initially apprehensive about hiring a day-of coordinator due to budget constraints, but Victoria was worth every penny and more. (Please - don’t rely on family or friends! Save yourself lol) She made our special day run seamlessly from start to finish. 100/10

Best. Coordinator. Ever.
Victoria exceeded every possible expectation we had of her as a day-of-coordinator. She filled in gaps we hadn't thought of, without blinking twice. Every single minute of our wedding flowed seamlessly - because of Victoria. From the moment we first spoke over the phone, she radiated calm, confidence, and care. On the day itself, she was everywhere at once, anticipating every detail, asking all of the right questions at the right times, and working at the height of professionalism with all of our other vendors (though she met most of them on the day of!). Before the procession, I was feeling very nervous, and Victoria's kind words & center of gravity calmed me down. For the reception, we had table settings to set up - from flowers to runners to signage; Victoria took care of all of it. My husband and I and our families were and are in awe of her. Hiring Victoria was the best decision we made for our wedding. She’s a total pro and we’ll be grateful to her forever!
