Hey there! My name is Victoria and what I love the most is helping people plan their special events and taking on the heavy organizational burden, so they can focus on enjoying their day. Whether it's a wedding, a birthday, or a holiday party, I'm passionate about creating an experience that is tailored to each client's unique needs and preferences. In my free time, I love practicing yoga, reading books, rewatching Harry Potter, and snuggling my Corgi (if he lets me). Let's work together to create an unforgettable experience that will leave you and your guests with lasting memories!

BEST COORDINATOR EVER!
We cannot say enough wonderful things about Victoria and how incredible she was as our wedding coordinator! From the very beginning, she was patient, thoughtful, organized, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our wedding everything we dreamed it would be. She made us feel so supported throughout the entire planning process, and we always knew that no matter what came up, she would figure it out and ensure everything was taken care of. Her attention to detail, organization, and ability to anticipate issues before they became problems were truly unmatched. On the wedding day, she made everything feel completely seamless. We were able to be fully present, enjoy our families and friends, and actually experience our wedding because we knew she had everything under control. There were so many moving pieces throughout the day, and somehow everything came together beautifully. We also have to mention how much both of our families loved working with Victoria. They have not stopped talking about how incredible she was and how much they appreciated everything she did. They felt so taken care of, listened to, and reassured throughout the day. They genuinely loved her and thought she was absolutely amazing, and we couldn't agree more! Our wedding was everything we hoped it would be, and so much of that is because of Victoria. She took our ideas, our little details, and all of the things that were important to us and turned them into a day that felt so completely us. She answered all of our questions, calmed our worries, handled every little detail, solved every mishap, and most importantly, cared so much about our wedding and our experience. We feel incredibly lucky that we found Victoria and had her guide us through such an important chapter of our lives. We could not have asked for a better coordinator, and we genuinely cannot imagine our wedding day without her. She was an absolute dream to work with, and we would recommend her to any couple looking for someone who will care for their wedding as much as they do! Thank you, Victoria, for everything! We will always be so grateful for the role you played in making one of the happiest days of our lives so perfect.

Victoria has a real talent - she is professional, thorough, has a sharp eye for detail, and above all, she is empathetic and kind. It was such a relief for me to put my trust in her on my wedding day - it made me more present and able to live in the moment because I knew whatever happened, she’d be there! From setting up the reception area to making sure I always had a drink in my hand, she was there for me. It was great to bounce ideas off of her in the wedding planning process, and everything came together flawlessly. I truly couldn’t have done it without her.

A Wedding Coordinator
We hired Victoria as our day of wedding coordinator for our backyard wedding in June 2026. I truly cannot say enough good things about her. She is one of those vendors that goes above and beyond without you even needing to ask for it. Leading up to our wedding we were pretty nervous since we didn't have a typical venue and it was our responsibility to make sure every single thing went smoothly. Victoria gave us such peace of mind going into it that things would go smoothly. Sure enough, she made sure the day was as seamless as possible. As with any wedding, a few issues came up throughout the event... Victoria and her team resolved them before either of us even noticed they happened. I cannot possibly recommend a vendor more strongly.. Victoria exceeded all of our expectations.

Attentive Day-Of Coordinating Services
From our first conversation with Victoria at Mayflower Events, we knew we had found the right planner for us. She listened carefully to what we wanted and sent over a detailed spreadsheet that kept everything organized throughout the planning process. On our wedding day, Victoria handled all the setup and communication behind the scenes, which let my partner and I actually enjoy the moment instead of stressing about details. Our vision would not have come together without her help, and honestly, both my family and our florist are still talking about how great she was. Victoria's thoughtful approach and clear guidance made the whole experience feel seamless from start to finish. We cannot recommend Mayflower Events highly enough.

My Hero!
I can't say enough good things about Victoria! She was the day-of-coordinator for my wedding and without her I would not have enjoyed the day at all. She kept me calm, level-headed, and breathing! She ensured that anything we needed the whole day was taken care of. Even before the event, meeting with her on zoom calmed my nerves so much! Anytime she needed to be a little more assertive (mostly with the boys, of course), she was! She anticipated all of my needs and made sure that all other vendors went to her with questions. My biggest piece of advice to anyone throwing ANY event, hire Victoria! She is worth it!
