After working as a day of wedding coordinator as an independent consultant for 4 years, Mandy's passion for weddings came to fruition in 2017 when Breathe Easy Events was born! Where does her experience come from? Prior to starting her own business, she managed over 100 corporate events - leading events ranging from 10 to 400 people all over the US. She has 10+ years experience working with venues, room layouts, A/V, food & beverage, rentals, flowers, transportation, budgets and more. Mandy's friendly personality, amazing attention to detail, and ability to think on her feet will make sure your day is an unforgettable one!
At Breathe Easy Events, we pride ourselves on personalized service. We take the time to get to know you (the full picture, not only wedding related details - tell us about your pets, your recent vacation, your family, your favorite beverage or ice cream flavor). The Best Wedding Coordinator!
Mandy was truly one of the best parts of our wedding experience. She was so easy to work with throughout the entire planning process and made everything feel so much less stressful. We always felt like we could count on her, and she made the whole experience that much more enjoyable. Honestly, one of the hardest parts of the night was saying goodbye to her! By the end, it felt like we had known her forever. We are so grateful Mandy was part of our wedding and helped make the day everything we hoped it would be.

Little extra oomph
We didn't realize how much we needed a wedding planner until we hired Breathe Easy Events, and we're so glad we did. From our first conversation, communication was straightforward and quick—helped answer our questions without making things complicated. Leading up to the wedding day, saved us multiple times by helping with vendor coordination and general don’t forgets. On the day itself, their support made everything feel smooth, even when things were not which honestly meant the world to me. Breathe Easy Events didn't just help with the last minute plans for our wedding; they gave us the relief we needed to actually enjoy the process. We can't recommend them enough.

You probably have 8 coordinator tabs open on your browser, have read 42 reviews, and are feeling overwhelmed. We are here to tell you to look no further - close those other tabs and send Mandy an email. She is the best coordinator! We cannot recommend Mandy enough for wedding planning and coordination. Over the six months she worked with us, she went above and beyond at every turn. She was exceptionally knowledgeable about our vendors and venue, incredibly organized, and continuously checked in to make sure every detail was locked in. She is a great listener who truly understood our vision, was responsive (email, phone, text) throughout the whole process, and worth every penny for the value and peace of mind she gave us. On our wedding day, Mandy made sure we never had to worry about any details so that we could fully enjoy time with each other and our guests. Breathe Easy Events is the perfect name for her business because we did not have to stress! After our ceremony, we ran into an issue with our transportation company, and Mandy was immediately on the phone sorting it out. She stayed calm under pressure all day, keeping our timeline running smoothly without anything ever feeling rushed. We are beyond grateful we chose Mandy, and we’re already recommending her to all our Boston/NH friends getting married in the coming years. The Best!
What can I say. Mandy made our day so so SPECIAL! And easyyyyy! I really cannot say enough about her professionalism, friendliness, time management and accessibility. She is exactly what you need for any wedding. Most venues have a wedding “coordinator” but they are simply the booking and setup agent. If you want to feel like every base is being covered and every need is being met, you need Mandy from Breathe Easy Events. She thought of so many things I didn’t even know I would have to think of, but also calmly reassured me in times of stress. She always managed to make herself available for in-person meetings and on the wedding day itself, she was nothing short of super woman. 10/10 professional. 11/10 person. We hired Mandy for our day-of needs and we are SOOOO glad we did. Mandy supported us the months leading up to our wedding on 10/18/2025 with Zoom calls (we were an out-of-state couple) to make sure we were on track with all of our vendors and getting everything coordinated. She worked directly with our venue prior to wedding day to make sure all of the final details were squared away. She was our absolute favorite vendor to work with and the one that provided us the most value. We did not have to worry about a single detail the day of and everything went off without a hitch with her on our team. We were able to enjoy the day and not worry about anything and that is PRICELESS for a bride and groom. Cannot recommend Mandy enough if you are looking for a fairygodmother to make your wedding a reality.
