After working as a day of wedding coordinator as an independent consultant for 4 years, Mandy's passion for weddings came to fruition in 2017 when Breathe Easy Events was born! Where does her experience come from? Prior to starting her own business, she managed over 100 corporate events - leading events ranging from 10 to 400 people all over the US. She has 10+ years experience working with venues, room layouts, A/V, food & beverage, rentals, flowers, transportation, budgets and more. Mandy's friendly personality, amazing attention to detail, and ability to think on her feet will make sure your day is an unforgettable one!

We hired Mandy for our day-of needs and we are SOOOO glad we did. Mandy supported us the months leading up to our wedding on 10/18/2025 with Zoom calls (we were an out-of-state couple) to make sure we were on track with all of our vendors and getting everything coordinated. She worked directly with our venue prior to wedding day to make sure all of the final details were squared away. She was our absolute favorite vendor to work with and the one that provided us the most value. We did not have to worry about a single detail the day of and everything went off without a hitch with her on our team. We were able to enjoy the day and not worry about anything and that is PRICELESS for a bride and groom. Cannot recommend Mandy enough if you are looking for a fairygodmother to make your wedding a reality.
The absolute BEST!!
Mandy and Beki were an absolute dream to work with. From the moment we started working together, I felt completely at ease. Mandy was so helpful with all the details, but never overwhelmed me. She helped me build out a detailed timeline, suggested ways we can make my wedding day perfectly tailored to me, and thought of absolutely everything. Beki was the "clipboard lady" of my dreams on the day of my wedding. She had the answers to all the questions, was ready to give anyone direction and took care of literally everything so I didn't have to worry about anything and got to just focus on being a bride. I cannot recommend Mandy, Beki, and Breathe Easy Events enough!!

Mandy was incredible to work with for our Sept 2025 wedding. We hired her as a day of coordinator, but her services went above and beyond with timeline planning and communication about 5 months prior to our wedding. She was critical for ensuring all of our vendors were organized and that we had a logical timeline for the whole wedding weekend. She was a pleasure to work with and really made sure she got to know me and my husband so that we could feel confident that she could handle decisions day-of the wedding. I would 100% recommend Mandy to any friends and family for her professionalism, organization, and value of her services.

Mandy was incredibly wonderful to work with. She went above and beyond. It was great to have her to bounce ideas off of via email during my planning process. She helped me navigate my timeline and a few difficult vendors. Her tips at the rehearsal were so useful. My venue had a day of coordinator as part of their package, so I almost didn't hire one, but I'm SO glad I did. I was an incredibly organized bride, but she made it so I could actually enjoy my day. She was a lifesaver the day of and relieved a lot of stress in the few weeks leading up to the wedding. Hire Breathe Easy, you won't regret it!
