CityLux is a boutique studio based in the Boston area. We started out as photographers and have recently expanded our services, offering video, and now wedding planning services. We are a small dedicated team of professionals. Our couples are down to earth types, who appreciate attention to detail, and laid back luxury.

We charge a flat fee, not a percent of your budget. Our background photographing weddings, combined with our planner, gives you a small team of professionals that look at your wedding from a different perspective. We care about you, your guests, and your vendors. We are not the aloof type of planner, we are service oriented, paying attention to detail and helping you to make the most of your budget and event!

Boston’s Best, and Beyond!!!!
I truly wish I could upload more than 10 photos just to show how perfect CityLux Events made our wedding weekend. From big to small details - cocktail hour, signature cocktails and menu design to florals, décor, hair and makeup schedules, transportation, seating, themes, clean-up, payment, contracts, vendor coordination, and all the little details you don’t even realize go into a wedding—they thought of everything. CityLux helped us plan our intimate, 30-person, two-day wedding weekend, including our at-home ceremony, a private dinner in Boston, brunch the next morning, and an at-home hibachi celebration. From beginning to end, everything was seamless. They coordinated our vendors, seating, table placement, florals, décor, silverware, timelines, and even last-minute replacements and adjustments. Every vendor worked together, everything was on time, and not a single detail felt out of place. Our planner, Allie, was truly incredible. She went above and beyond at every step—from helping us find our amazing videographer through CityLux and offering beautiful décor recommendations to organizing meetings, managing schedules, and making sure every final detail was taken care of. She has an incredible eye, is exceptionally detail-oriented, and, above all, is such a kind and humble person. She is an executor and will get it DONE!! The greatest compliment I can give CityLux is that our wedding was the most relaxed I have ever felt hosting an event. I never imagined I would say that about my own wedding! Because Allie and the team had everything handled, we could simply be present, enjoy our families and friends, and take in every moment. They truly treated our wedding as if it were their own, and you could feel that level of care throughout the entire weekend. We have also worked with CityLux for another university board event, and the experience was equally exceptional. Their consistency across weddings, private celebrations, corporate and alumni events speaks volumes about the team and business they have built. Owners Sarah and Peter are incredibly humble, experienced, and have created something truly special. CityLux deserves to be recognized as one of Boston’s best, and we cannot wait to see them continue expanding beyond Massachusetts. We wholeheartedly recommend CityLux for everything. They don’t just plan an event—they care about it. Our wedding weekend was everything we dreamed of, and we will forever be grateful to Allie, Sarah, Peter, and the entire CityLux team for helping make it so special.

Absolutely Incredible Wedding Planner!!
Allie at CityLux was truly incredible! From the very beginning, she went above and beyond to make our wedding everything we dreamed it would be. She listened carefully to our ideas, understood our vision, and brought it to life even more beautifully than we could have imagined. Her organization, attention to detail, creativity, and calm presence made the entire planning process feel seamless. On our wedding day, we were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment because we knew Allie had everything under control. She genuinely cared about us and our experience, and that showed in every thoughtful detail. We cannot recommend Allie and CityLux highly enough. She exceeded every expectation and played such an important role in making our wedding day unforgettable. We are forever grateful!

A dream come true!
Allie and the CityLux team really outdid themselves! Everything was seamless and most importantly, FUN! I was hesitant to have a large wedding because of all of the planning that it entails, but hiring CityLux to help was hands down the best vendor choice we made. Our planning timeline was put together, and we’re were told what to focus on and when, which was a huge help with juggling life and work outside of wedding planning. Allie helped pull the vision out of my head and put it all together in a way I didn’t even know was possible to achieve! The actual wedding weekend was executed flawlessly, and we’ve had multiple guests tell us that the flow of the wedding day and entire weekend was so seamless. Some even said they had more fun at our wedding than their own kids! Our guests were wowed by the entire thing. You often hear people say their wedding day flies by, but my husband and I both look back on the weekend and know that we were entirely present and able to soak in each and every moment because of Allie and Sarah. I’ll cherish the memories forever!

Can't recommend enough!! Allie rocks
Allie and her team were AMAZING. I can't recommend them enough. Allie thinks of every single thing and her attention to detail is unbelievable. She was my biggest advocate during the wedding (she told off our bus driver who tried to get me to pay the rest of our bill as I was walking into the church. brilliant!) and made my day stress free. Best ROI from our wedding!!

Look NO further, you have found your people!
I thought I (ALL CAPS THERE!) was a perfectionist until I met Allie LeBon. If you're thinking "is this worth it?" or "do I really need a planner?" or even, "I can do this all myself." ...you maaaybe can, but if you want your day to be utterly spectacular - hire Allie. I can't stress enough the importance of hiring someone like her. Our entire day was magic because of her and her CityLux team. We started out our journey with a clear goal, but it all felt a bit daunting. Allie was with us from start to finish (top to bottom planning and day-of!) and made every step along the way incredible. She was prompt, professional, honest, and kind. It's hard to find vendors that are as "on their game." There were times that we were completely at a loss for what was next and she always communicated with clarity so we felt comfortable and prepared to make decisions. There were sooooo many details only she could have thought of. Just when you think you have it figured out, there are 3 more things Allie was thinking of. I constantly said, "oh wow.. I didnt even think of that." Like coordinating bus routes and timing that out... no thank you! We felt like it was all under control because of her meticulous documentation, flawless communication with our other vendors, and emergency plans she put in motion behind the scenes. MOST importantly, she makes sure you can focus on your day and nothing else. From the napkins, to the placecards, to our grass wall, to our place settings, to the drink signs, and everything else in between, it was all so complete and I wouldn't have changed a thing. Not to mention, she professionally vetoed some of our ideas, and finding someone who knows what's realistic and what's not is hard to find. I've recommended her to ALL my friends and every time I get rave reviews. Don't go it alone throughout this process. Go with Allie and go with CityLux! PS: The picture you see with our reaction was exactly the moment we saw our vision come to life at the reception. Speechless.
