    Highly recommend!

    I can't say enough great things about Nadia and her team at IPWE! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make our wedding day everything we dreamed of. Nadia’s attention to detail was extraordinary. She took the time to get to know us as a couple and really understood our vision for the day. Every idea, from the smallest decor element to the biggest logistical plans, was handled with care and precision. It was clear that she and her team were passionate about making our special day perfect, and it showed in every aspect of the event.

    My wedding on July 29,2023

    Nadia and the team were amazing to work with. Easy to communicate with, fast responses with emails and any silly questions or concerns we had. We had some bumps in the road while planning( but what couple doesnt) The day of the wedding already started rocky and very emotional, there was some communication errors and some other issues but we were able to work it out and the day ended amazing and how I wanted( besides it being a rainy summer) Thank you Nadia and team for being a big part of our special day!

Our planning and design experiences are customized and begin at $4,000, with scope tailored based on the level of support and overall vision.

We take a structured, intentional approach to communication—ensuring you have clarity, direction, and expert guidance at key moments, without feeling overwhelmed. To maintain a high-touch experience, we take on a limited number of events, allowing us to be fully present throughout your planning process.
Our planning and design experiences begin at $4,000, with final investment based on scope, event complexity, and level of support. During our initial consultation, we walk through your vision and outline a tailored approach.
We offer a refined wedding day management experience designed for couples who have planned their event but want expert oversight and seamless execution. This includes timeline development, vendor coordination, and on-site management to ensure everything flows effortlessly.
IPWE takes an integrated approach—blending planning, design, and in-house offerings (including décor, rentals, and stationery) to create a cohesive and elevated experience. The next step is a discovery consultation—a thoughtful, personalized conversation to understand your vision, priorities, and where you are in the planning process. From there, we outline a tailored approach and next steps if aligned.
We primarily serve New England, including Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Cape Cod & the Islands, and select destination locations. We are available for out-of-state and destination celebrations; travel and accommodation are incorporated into the overall investment based on location and scope.
